El lugar esta muy bien, la vista es hermosa desde el balcon de la habitación y el restaurante durante el desayuno. Las habitaciones son acorde a las fotos y estan limpias. Lo unico malo es que si viajas con maletas o no tienes dificultad para movilizarte es complicado porque son muchas gradas y la persona en la recepcion esta sola y no hay quien te ayude con las maletas.

La posada es muy linda, el ambiente muy relajante y queda cerca de playa joao fernandez y azeda para llegar caminando. Nos demoramos 35 minutos desde el centro a pie. Mi pieza no tenia secador de pelo por lo que tuve que pedir a mis amigos prestado de su pieza y el baño estaba malo cuando llegamos. Lo arreglaron pero fue un mal rato.
Cabe destacar que tienen un desayuno buffet pequeño y para comer durante el día tiene pocas opciones por lo que es un lugar para dormir mas que nada y salir todos los dias.

There was no power when I arrived there at 7pm. The staff promised to fix it by 10. Next morning there was no water. Management didn't show up and offered no alternatives to me or other guests. Staff had to weather the storm. Responsible managers should not give excuses but fix troubles for guests. No plan B to place us in a comfortable space. All they provided was a flashlight.

As fotos do hotel não condizem com a realidade. Ficamos na acomodação número 9 por apenas uma noite. O quarto não tinha uma limpeza condizente, o banheiro cheirava esgoto, o sabonete líquido acabou e não foi reposto, a luz central estava queimada, no quarto o lençol estava furado, as cortinas encardidas e o sofá rasgado. O café da manhã tinha moscas nas frutas e nos frios. O preço não compensa de maneira alguma. Um absurdo. Sorte que passamos somente uma 1 noite.

Escadaria demaaais, mal planejado você se cansa só de subir as escadas pro quarto, as moças que servem o café super grossas, o café começa a servir 07:30 eu cheguei às 07:26 e expliquei que tomaria o café pq já estava para ir embora da pousada e estava atrasada para pegar o ônibus e as moças que estavam servindo o café foram super grossas reclamando que ainda não era nem 07:30 e que se quisesse eu teria que esperar sendo que o café já estava até posto, era só colocar os pegadores!

El inconveniente es que se encuentra en la parte alta de la ciudad, por eso de la vista excepcional, pero tiene un precio, las pendiente de las calles a su alrededor, son cortas pero muy pronunciadas, no recomendaria para los que le gusta la caminata en terreno plano o tiene alguna dificultad motriz :(

A estrutura da pousada é condizente com o valor, nada de excepcional, assim como o atendimento.
Quanto a minha suite (número 11) em específico, a luz da varanda e do banheiro estavam queimadas e quando os hóspedes da suite ao lado fumavam vinha cheiro de cigarro pro nosso quarto, bastante desagradável.

Pouco preparo da equipe, sendo que a dona e os funcionários não são receptivos desde a entrada até no final. A estrutura da pousada é boa com bela vista e quarto bom. No café da manhã, a dona me informou da restrição de ovo o que nunca tinha visto em nenhum lugar. Uma porção por pessoa. Não tem misteira que é algo básico no café da manhã. O funcionário do bar foi rude, se você está na área da piscina não perguntam se você deseja algo. E falou em tom rude quando pedi o cardápio (falou para tirar foto) e um copo a mais para usar no quarto (falou que já tem 2 copos no quarto). O estacionamento é na rua, com poucas vagas e apertado. Outro ponto é que o check in é ás 15h. Eu cheguei às 14h e só pude entrar às 15h. E no check out foi pior, as 11h55 o funcionário da recepção estava batendo na porta pedindo pra liberar o quarto (check out as 12h). Acho que tem tudo pra ser muito bom, mas do jeito que está não hospedaria de novo e nem recomendo até que seja melhorada a política do lugar

A pousada não tem acessibilidade e ficamos nos últimos quartos que implicava subir cerca de 40 degraus. Observamos que todos os quartos possuíam vista mar e mesmo solicitado a troca do quarto foi informado que não seria possível. O café da manhã foi razoável, não tinham tantas opções e quando solicitamos coisas simples, informaram que não era possível fazer. Também pedi um travesseiro extra e disseram que não possuíam. Quando ficamos na área da piscina, apesar de ter um bar não tinha quase nenhum petisco nem drinks disponíveis. O quarto no geral é pequeno, mas confortável e realmente tem uma vista espetacular, única coisa que vale a pena.

A pousada é linda os funcionários Benne, Sara e Didier super atenciosos, bolinho de bacalhau superou as expectativas. A limpeza do banheiro de um dia para o outro poderia ser malhor assim como o cobertor extra que estava com area quando abrimos para deitar. O café é bem básico e poderia ter algo gostoso para surpreender, muita coisa repetida do dia anterior... Ficamos no quarto 7 aonde a vista é incríveil, voltaremos com certeza e em breve!

A pousada tem grande potencial. Vista maravilhosa, no entanto sentimos falta de gestão. O quarto estava com cheiro de mofo, além de pouco confronto. Reservamos para três pessoas. A cama extra não estava forrada com lençóis. Havia somente duas toalhas de banho. Ao solicitar na recepção nos informaram que precisariam de uma autorização para nos disponibilizar. Toalhas somente são trocadas a cada 2 dias e roupa de cama a cada 3 ou 4. Alegam sustentabilidade, só que não tem toalheiro para secar!! Café da manhã, apesar da atenção dos funcionários, é confuso e atrapalhado. Uma boa administração seria incrível!!

fizemos o check-in as 15h e precisamos do serviço de passadeira e fomos informados que o mesmo ja havia se encerrado , o local nao fornece nem ferro de passar , ninguém atende o telefone da recepção, por diversas vezes tentamos ligar e nao conseguimos resultados e tinhamos que sair do quarto para fazer simples perguntas na recepção e isso quando tinha alguem para atender. O secador do quarto estava com defeito , na descrição da pousada dizem que podemos solicitar um outro na recepção mas a gerente estava em cabo frio e levou a chave do almoxarifado com ela. só uma mulher sabe como é viajar e nao poder simplesmente secar um cabelo e fazer um peteado ou ate colocar uma roupinha que foi tão planejada para um momento especial e nao poder usar.

Ela é relativamente perto das praias de João Fernandes, Azeda e Ossos, você consegue ir andando e tem lugares para estacionar na pousada e em frente a ela. A melhor coisa da La proeza é o atendimento de todos os funcionários, nunca fui tão bem atendida. A única coisa que me deixou receosa foi entrar no quarto e ter uma bíblia pelo fato de eu ser LGBT e estar em viagem com a minha namorada mas não houve nenhum tipo de situação que me deixasse desconfortável

Pousada agradável, com uma vista linda das praias dos ossos e João Fernandes. Quartos confortáveis, atendimento ótimo dos funcionários. Pontos de melhorias: Ficamos na pousada de segunda a sexta, apenas na sexta-feira o café da manhã teve uma variedade maior de opções (Molho de salsicha, queijo minas), não teve pão de queijo por ex. O wifi não funcionou nenhum dia corretamente, não mantinha conexão. Gostamos de assistir TV Globo, no nosso quarto o canal ficava agarrando e não foi possível assistir. Recomendo a pousada para quem busca um local agradável, bonito, familiar e com uma vista linda.

A pousada fica localizado no alto, próximo a praia de João Fernandes e Azeda. Tem um tamanho de quarto excelente, confortável e com vista para o mar. O café da manhã também muito variado e a equipe prestativa. Como pontos negativos apenas que não tem estacionamento dentro, mas na frente (parte externa) da pousada e o acesso para todas as áreas é apenas por escadas, portanto não recomendado para pessoas que necessitam de acessibilidade.
