It’s perfectly located in a quiet area and very short distance from the beach. It took literally less than 2 minutes to walk to the beach! Definitely a spot to come back to! Also, they served a complimentary afternoon coffee with chocolate cake, coconut cake, toasts and more!

Great location, but has some problems

Plus: great location. Hotel is a block and a flat walk to one of the best beaches in Buzios. Staff was generally good except for an incident involving arranging a taxi ride from the hotel back to the airport in Rio. We arranged the ride a couple days before checking out with the hotel employee at the front desk. When we asked a different hotel employee to confirm the ride at check out, she said that the hotel had no record of the ride being set up. she said that it was the official policy of the hotel, not to arrange taxi rides, and that it was our fault for not getting the name of the prior front desk
employee or getting something in writing from him. This was not an issue of language barrier since we were traveling with Brazilian friends and native Brazilian speakers. It eventually got it sorted after an hour, but experience left us never wanting to return to the hotel. breakfast has a good selection of pastries, but the only eggs every morning were cold and runny. The hotel was aware of this because we asked them to microwave them to make them edible. AC is noisy and rooms a bit dated.

Fraud in reception

Expedia talk to them taht we change the reservation from 2 nigths to 1 night and they tried to charge me 2 nigths or no show. I told them that Expedia called them changing the reservation and they said \"No, you need to pay 2 nights\" I called Expedia, Expedia garanted me that was talk to Ana Yamamoto (The woman that was charging me 2 nights) and she knew thas was just one nigth.
Just after I puted Ana in my phone with Expedia she agreeded to charge 1 nigth.
Very disaponted with the hotel.

Excelente custo-benefício. Pela segunda vez nos hospedamos no Coronado Beach que conserva todos os bons quesitos. Para quem quer desfrutar de João Fernandes, desconheço melhor hotel em proximidade. Você fica a poucos metro da praia, que é maravilhosa. Um atendimento acolhedor e eficiente. Todas as solicitações atendidas. Você vai encontrar um ambiente muito tranquilo no hotel. Acessibilidade perfeita. Apesar da topografia inclinada, elevador panorâmico alcança todos os andares. Nosso quarto muito bom, de frente para o mar com vista maravilhosa, varanda espaçosa, iluminação do quarto com luzes quentes, com camas confortáveis, ar condicionado split, banheiro muito espaçoso, chuveiro excepcional, piscina grande com mobiliário ótimo no seu entorno, garagem espaçosa para manobras. Além do café da manhã, um já tradicional chá/café da tarde com torradas e bolos às 17 h. O hotel não serve refeições completas, mas tem atendimento 24 h de lanches e pequenas refeições. Por perto do hotel, muitas opções de restaurantes, lanches e comercio. Para quem viaja sem carro próprio, o local tem boa oferta de Uber e outras conduções para passear pela maravilhosa Búzios. Aconselho que você experimente.

Ótimo hotel excelente localização

Segunda vez que me hospedo nesse hotel e novamente a experiência foi excelente. Inicialmente o quarto disponibilizado não nos agradou, mas a Ester prontamente nos atendeu e conseguiu disponibilizar um upgrade para outro quarto extremamente melhor.
Dica importante: reservem sempre os quartos de padrão superior.

Sempre que vou pra buzios fico no coronado beach ou no coronado in, e acho os dois perfeitos. Gosto de tudo nesse hotel localização, limpeza, café da manhã e funcionários prestativos e atenciosos e como diferencial tem um lanche da tarde delicioso cortesia. Vou a buzios 2 vzs no ano, mas adoraria ir mais vezes e ficaria com certeza no coronado ❤️

Boa estadia. O hotel tem uma estrutura boa de piscina e cafe da manha. O quarto é bom, cama confortável, TV com opcoes de canais, banheiro com agua quente. Podem melhorar os travesseiros, muito baixos e ruins. O estacionamento tbm nao é dos melhores, mas como os outros da região tbm nao dispoem de tanto espaco, ainda assim é um diferencial.

Paguei por um quarto superior, com varanda e vista para o mar. Minha primeira noite foi terrivel. Nunca vi um colchao em tão mal estado (muito deformado, sem falar nas manchas). Sem falar que o cheiro de mofo vindo do armário era forte. Incompatível com alérgicos como eu.A atendente alegou nao poder fazer nada naquele momento mas que resolveria no dia seguinte. No dia seguinte, trocaram nosso quarto. Melhorou demais! Resumo: pousada em frente a praia. Localização perfeita! Funcionarios atenciosos. Além do café da manha, o hotel oferece um chá da tarde (chá, café, capuccino, bolo, etc). Hospedagem que vale a pena.

Nice spot but need upgrades

It’s ok just a little run down,need some maintenance especially about the smell of humidity in the room and very noisy AC. Location is the best part, breakfast is standard but enough. The beach and the view is very nice here, definitely will stay in this area again next time but not sure if we will choose this hotel again as there are plenty of options with the same price range better and newer. The management need to improve their game.

Maravilhoso do início ao fim. Café da manhã excelente, quarto hiper confortável, o berço grátis que disponibilizaram para minha bebê uma fofura e super confortável, ela dormiu super bem.
Localização maravilhosa, indo à praia em 1 minuto a pé.
Destaque pra limpeza do hotel! Eu nunca vi uma hospedagem tão cheirosa! T O D O S os ambientes muito limpos e cuidados, a roupa de cama cheirando a amaciante.

Gostei do hotel!

O hotel tem ótima localização bem em frente à praia, fiquei em uma suíte superluxo com vista pro mar, a vista é muito bonito, amanhecer do dia maravilhoso.
O estacionamento do hotel é um pouco pequeno, dependendo da hora fica difícil parar.
O café da manhã é bom, a piscina é boa mas não cheguei a utilizar.
Ponto negativo foi só o ar condicionado que não era split e por isso faz barulho no quarto.

ÓTIMA localização (150m da areia); com estacionamento (limitado), mas sem cobrança adicional.
Café da manhã: Para viajantes costumeiros, o café da manhã é muito fraco. (sem muita qualidade).
Pelo valor do hotel, esperava instalações mais modernas. TUDO no quarto estava funcionando 100%.
Parece que o hotel nao tem restaurante (jantar), apenas petiscos. Para quem viaja de carro, n é um problema.

O hotel é muito bem organizado com instalações de fato \"pé na areia\" e ambiente muito ventilado, limpo e confortável. Sugestões: servir caldos ou sopas à noite na cozinha do hotel, pois há poucas opções de alimentação leve e boa à noite no entorno. Quanto à ecossustentabilidade, não fomos informados a respeito.

O melhor: café da manhã ótimo + proximidade do mar
O pior: meu quarto era no terceiro andar e o elevador quebrou acho que umas 3 ou 4 vezes nos 4 dias em que estive lá...
Poderiam também já ter trocado os bidês dos banheiros (que são pouco higiênicos) por duchinhas há muito tempo!!!

Péssima hospedagem.

O quarto que nos colocaram (95) apresentou vários problemas, logo na chegadavimos que o ar condicionado não gelava, tiveram que trocar o aparelho. Depois, um forte cheiro de esgoto na pia no banheiro, fruto de um retorno de odor da caixa sifonada no chão. Por fim, o chuveiro esquentava e esfriava durante o banho. O café e o leite servidos nas máquinas estavam aguados. Foi minha terceira ida ao hotel, das duas primeiras foi tudo maravilhoso, mas agora não pretendo mais voltar. Sergio R. Hortmann.
