The hotel is located in a nice area with wonderful views of the ocean. The landscape and common spaces are nicely appointed. The staff was attentive and helpful but not overly friendly. Breakfast was great with good coffee and large selection of food. The beach section is kind of small and people from the beach club next door would move the chairs to our side blocking all the view. The beach chairs and umbrellas were packed too closed together.The main downdside for me was the quality and cleanliness of the room wasn't all that great. The rooms are very small and it wasn't througly cleaned when we arrived. On top of that, we had issues with our toilet on the first night which left the restroom unusable until the next morning when they sent someone to repair however problem persisted during our entire stay which was really annoying but they didn't seem very concerned of the inconvenience this caused us.

We had an amazing time at this hotel. The staff was always friendly, the room was nice and clean. I loved the convenience of the club right at the beach. The food was delicious! The view is priceless!! There are lots of steps to get to the rooms, but it is part of Búzios tradition and atmosphere. Very nice!

The location of this hotel was beyond spectacular. The views and proximity to the beach were unbeatable. There are however a lot of stairs, the rooms were small and not updated and the staff wasn't very friendly at the hotel. However the breakfast was very nice and the amenities were fabulous. I don't recommend eating at the resort because it was very pricey but the views are something you will never forget. The wifi works but only near the lobby. Go there. You will for sure love it.

Hotel maravilhoso e muito confortável! Fui com o meu marido e meu filho de 10 meses. Eles colocaram um berço no quarto e ainda tinha uma banheirinha pra ajudar no banho do meu filho. O café da manhã é uma delicia e a proximidade com o beach club é ótima! Somente uma atenção que o hotel tem bastante escada. Eles até tem um elevador, mas, mesmo assim, tem bastante escada pra subir. Com certeza eu voltaria! É um dos melhores hotéis que ja fui em búzios.

La estancia en el hotel fue muy buena, la limpieza de las habitaciones fue excelente durante toda la estadia, el desayuno muy bueno y el servicio del club de playa tambien excelente. El hotel tiene habitaciones en distintos niveles a tener en cuenta que si bien cuenta con ascensor no accede a todos los pisos y hay que subir largos tramos de escalera. El único detalle es que anticipadamente solicite que la habitación fuera lo más baja posible y me dieron una de las mas alta.

O lugar é lindo e o beach club e ótimo . O único senão foi a localização do meu quarto 240 . Muito perto da saída para o estacionamento e sem privacidade . As janelas tinham que ficar sempre fechadas e com isto tinha cheiro de mofo . Também tinha cheiro de esgoto mas reclamei e o problema foi resolvido .

O hotel tem um beach club horrivel, atendimento na praia apenas para 10 guarda sois, resumindo vc não consegue nunca ir a praia. Na parte do Hotel o bar tem apenas um cardapio de papel para todos hospedes. Apenas 3 cadeiras de piscina, muita escada para subir ate os quartos, muita criança, mto gente e pouquissima estrutura. Eu não volto mais....a rua para atravessar para ir ate o tal beach club é super íngreme, depois mais escadas e escadas ate a praia.... para casal é bem ruim !

Excelente opção para quem não deseja ficar se deslocando a outras praias. O clube de praia, praticamente anexo a pousada, oferece a comodidade de estrutura de praia e restaurante. Pra quem quer descansar na praia, não recomendo, pois o som é muito alto e nem um pouco eclético. No geral ficamos muito satisfeitos com a estadia. Staff atencioso e dedicado (somente um pequeno problema no check-out devido mau controle de consumo de quarto). Recomendamos.

Hospedagem terrivel logo na chegada! Fomos surpreendidos com uma cratera bem em frente a recepção do Hotel! Nosso carro infelizmente foi sorteado, caímos nesse buraco e após 07 horas e meia de viagem ele apresentou defeito no freio sistema elétrico de freio! Precisou ser rebocado até nossa cidade! Ficamos sem carro, no prejuízo, pois chamamos o responsável pelo hotel e a mesma nada fez nem sequer nos ofereceu qualquer tipo de ajuda ja que nos exontravamos ha mais de 400 km de casa! Resumindo: nao indico, descaso com o cliente e o buraco permaneceu! Um perigo para acidentes com pessoas e demais veículos!

Ótima localização pra quem não quer pegar carro nem andar pra chegar à praia, além da estrutura do clube, que é um diferencial para os demais. Minha única ressalva foi o barulho de uma obra de melhoria feita no hotel, que começava cedo demais, atrapalhando o descanso de quem queria descansar um pouco mais. O mais plausível seria começar perto do horário do fim do café da manhã! Apesar disso, a vista do quarto recompensava esse pequeno incômodo!

O hotel fica muito próximo da praia de João Fernandes, que é uma enseada com águas limpas e muito frequentada por famílias. Excelente para os pequenos. O clube da praia é um diferencial. O espaço do hotel é ótimo, o quarto é confortável e o café da manhã é farto e muito variado. A maior disponibilidade de vagas no estacionamento foi uma ótima melhoria. Foi a nossa segunda visita, tão tranquila e agradável quanto a primeira. Adoramos e já estamos planejando um novo retorno!

Viagem em família ! Grata surpresa ao escolher o Lá Plage. Quarto renovado e amplo com linda vista para Praia de João Fernandes. Café da manhã muito bom e o melhor é o clube de praia com serviço de praia, cadeiras, guarda sol piscina,jacuzzi e restaurante. O hotel fica localizado no meio da ladeira e tem bastante escadas . Porém tem um carrinho elétrico que funciona até 23 horas e pode ser utilizado pelos hóspedes . Eu recomendo pel proximidade da praia , limpeza, café e pelo diferencial do “ Beach Club”.

Stayed for 5 nights with my husband. Arrived being a bit worried as it was the first trip during pandemic and also the first time in búzios. Hotel is taking care about very well. Plus we stayed in a week prior to carnival so it was very very empty. The staffs are very friendly. Breakfast is very nice. The location of hotel is amazing. The only thing I didn’t like was the bathroom. We can’t control the warmth of shower and sometimes it’s too hot or cold. And sometimes the smell of sewage gets strong.
Overall it was an amazing trip. Love this hotel. Definitely coming back in the future.

Em momento de pandemia a sensação é que o hotel estava cheio demais. Mas no geral fomos bem atendidos, inclusive para quem tem dificuldade de locomoção o hotel disponibiliza um carrinho de locomoção até o seu quarto. Ficar nos acima da numeração 30, você terá que subir muitos degraus. Até o 46 eu contei 100 degraus! Prefira um quarto mais baixo caso tenha algum problema para locomoção. O pessoal do \"staff\" é muito simpático e o quarto superior é bem confortável, inclusive com um ar condicionado bem forte! O café da manhã tem poucas opções, mas até que os atendentes selecionam com atenção seus pedidos, já que o buffet não está acessível aos hospedes.

Acho que faz parte da recepcionista solicitar que os hospedem coloquem. Não adianta apenas ter cartazes dizendo que é obrigatório, tem que ser cobrado. Senti falta de mais travesseiros no quarto. Mas a estadia foi bastante agradável!

O hotel é razoável, mas encontramos alguns problemas que não atrapalharam muito. A vista é deslumbrante, porém eram mais de 50 degraus para chegar em nosso quarto! O encanamento faz barulhos estranhos, e fomos acordados com o chuveiro do vizinho. A limpeza deixou um pouco a desejar, vi rejuntes sujos no banheiro. O clube é muito bom, tiramos boas fotos. Mas tudo com preços elevados. Uma porção de peixe empanado por R$66,00! o café da manhã atende bem.

Quando cheguei no hotel para fazer o check-in não encontraram minha reserva inicialmente e após encontrarem informaram que o quarto não estava pronto. O horário de check-in era 14:00hs mas só pude entrar no quarto 14:55. Somente após solicitar no dia seguinte, foi autorizada minha saída exatamente 55 minutos após o horário previsto para check-out. Tirando o inconveniente da reserva e check-in com atraso, o hotel é ótimo.
