Amazing view and pool. Short walk to two amazing beaches (Juan Fernandez and Juan Fernandinho). Great assistance with setting up excursions. Room was very clean and staff was so friendly. We even had a hammock in our porch. Breakfast was incredible and had plenty of options. The food was so fresh. We felt like we got a great deal for the amount we paid. I would definitely come back and stay in Aguazul! You definitely cannot go wrong there!

O hotel em si é bem bacana, bem perto da praia João Fernandes, o quarto que fiquei era espaçoso, o que não gostei foi da cama, colchão de molas muito mole, acho que passou o tempo de trocarem, o café da manhã achei razoável, não tinha muita variedade, o banheiro de nosso quarto acho que tinha um vazamento no box, após o banho ficava molhado a parte seca do banheiro. De resto tudo ok.

A única crítica é com relação a alimentação em TODA LOCALIDADE DE BÚZIOS, ficamos decepcionados com os preços absurdos, cerveja mais cara que na orla de Ipanema, preço parece combinado em todo comércio, R$ 18,00 no latão!!! O preço da bebida poderia ser mais baixo ou permitir o consumo de bebida própria sem a tx de rolha (80,00) outro absurdo. A quantidade e a qualidade da comida também não agradou, a melhor opção de comida foi na pousada com menor preço e melhor qualidade, porém o cardápio era pouco variado, precisa ampliar! Mas no geral a experiência foi maravilhosa!

Tudo Organização, limpeza, as fotos condizentes, proximidade da praia, comunicação. Destaque para o atendimento ao protocolo sanitário. O café da manhã, por exemplo, é agendado. A estadia na pousada foi muito boa. Devido à pandemia o café estava sendo servido com horário marcado e no checkin era possível escolher o que queria, eles eram super flexíveis para qualquer mudança. Os quartos são bem confortáveis, somente o ar condicionado era um pouco barulhento. O estacionamento é ótimo. Para quem tem dificuldade de locomoção pode enfrentar dificuldades ao chegar aos quartos, pois alguns tem muitas escadas. O atendimento dos funcionários é excelente. O hotel fica bem próximo da Praia de João Fernandes. A piscina estava sempre limpa e a temperatura da água ideal.

A pousada é simpática e agradável, e o estacionamento bom( coisa difícil de encontrar nas pousadas de João Fernandes). O quarto é espaçoso e a cama é confortável, mas dependendo do quarto, vc tem q subir muitas escadas. Café da manhã bom. O que pode melhorar é a tv a satélite (imagem muito ruim e tv muito pequena ), cortinas que vedem mais a luz, e a falta da opção de restaurante na pousada.

Localização e vista perfeita! Li muito antes de reservar e muitas pessoas reclamavam das escadarias dos hoteis, mas em geral, todos possuem. Neste, não há elevador, mas isto nao foi problema, pois mesmo assim nossa experiencia foi incrivel.

O recepcionista nos atendeu e colocou num lugar horrível. O quarto tava com o chão todo melado e cheio de areia, tinha vista pra lugar nenhum nem varanda, um horror, nada das fotos. Reclamamos, ele alegou estar lotado, e só ter este. Depois no outro dia cedo reclamamos, porque claro, isso não está certo, voltamos e (surpreendentemente, já que estavam lotados) ofereceram um quarto bem melhor. O cafe da manhã era nota 6,5. O resto era ok, nada era destaque. O wifi não é la essas coisas igual todo mundo fala. Localização é ótima. Enfim gostamos, mas não gostamos do recepcionista e sua postura.

En general la estadía estuvo buena. La ubicación del hotel es muy nena es a una cuadra de una de las playas más lindas de buzios, el lugar es limpio, agradable. Lo único malo es q el servicio de wifi no funciona para nada. Mencionan q el hotel cuenta con wifi gratis pero la verdad es q el wifi en los 5 días q nos hospedamos nunca funcionó

Nos gustó el hotel, la playa que tenía cerca es linda, pero muy pequeña y llena de gente. Está lejos el centro como 20 minutos caminando y no hay mucho comercio al rededor. Lo único que no me gustó es que yo ya tenía pagado el hotel y me lo estaban cobrando de nuevo porque en su sistema no lo tenían actualizado, eso me hizo perder tiempo en el check out y además es incómodo tener que buscar el detalle del pago de tarjeta para comprobar que uno ya pagó.
