Gostei muito da localização, mas têm alguns problemas que tenho que pontuar. Atrasaram 20 minutos pra entregar o meu quarto no check-in.Em outro dia deixei as chaves pra limpeza pela manhã, quando retornei por volta de 14h30 ainda não tinham feito a assepsia do quarto e por último no café da manhã marcado pra iniciar 7h30, na primeira diária era 8h00 e os ovos ainda não estavam disponíveis.

Deveria ter um treinamento mais focado para a equipe, pois ao fazer perguntas específicas sobre o café da manhã, uma atendente por duas vezes justificou que o item já havia acabado (café) porque já estava quase no final do período (ainda não eram 10 horas) e que já iriam retirar a mesa. Achei deselegante e desnecessário. Avisei ao Adriano acerca da necessidade de treinamento e ele recebeu bem a crítica. Pedi uma pizza numa noite e sobrou a metade. Pedi para esquentar no dia seguinte. A menina da recepção que estava na parte da tarde, que não peguei o nome, simplesmente me devolveu na própria quentinha (\"maçaroca\"), na piscina, sem nem perguntar se eu e meu marido gostaríamos que colocasse em um prato, coisa e tal. Disse que pensou que fôssemos comer no quarto. Falta de cuidado e treinamento. O restaurante estava vazio e pedi para esquentar no forno, mas pelo estado que ficou, foi no microondas mesmo. Reservei um quarto com hidromassagem e ela não funcionou em nenhum dia da minha hospedagem. Aliás , quando cheguei tive que esperar mais de duas horas para poder entrar no quarto.
A limpeza do quarto eu tinha que implorar para fazerem. Comida péssima, atendimento horrível. Realmente percebi várias pessoas insatisfeitas. Portanto, procurem uma outra pousada. Realmente está é lamentável. Gestão péssima é péssima conduta com o cliente.
Não aconselho ninguém a ir neste local.

O Quarto com Banheira é muito bom, Banheiros Limpos, Cama confortavel e Tudo novo! O Restaurante deixa a desejar um pouco no Atendimento e na limpeza das mesas.

Não se iluda pela pouca diferença de preço. Chegamos por volta de maia noite e os travesseiros cheiravam a suor. Os lençóis são tão finos que são p ver o colchão sem protetor. A funcionária da limpeza fez o que pode no dia seguinte, muito dedicada.
O café da manhã é como escreveram em outras avaliações: alguns itens acabam e não são repostos, como pão de queijo. O buffet fica numa sala ao lado da recepção e as mesas ficam no nível abaixo, separadas por 5 degraus. As poucas mesas demoram a ser limpas quando os clientes saem

Experiência horrível. Reservei a suíte com hidro porém a hidro não funcionava. Reclamamos mas não obtivemos nenhum retorno. Nem desculpas pelo inconveniente pediram. Travesseiro com cheiro de suor. O quarto parece grande na foto mas não é. É bem pequeno. Nao oferecem roupão e nem espuma pra colocar na banheira. Produtos de banheiro de pessima qualidade. Paguei 1300 pra nem conseguir tomar um banho quente pois quando acordei o chuveiro não funcionava. Tudo isso sem nenhuma retratação pois reclamamos na recepção. Se vc está procurando sofisticação e conforto esse não é o lugar. Já paguei muito menos pra obter muito mais.

Pousada simpática, quarto confortável, mas por azar a porta da varanda estava emperrada e nao pude usufruir a varanda com vista ao mar. O checkin foi tarde, chegamos 0h e a recepção foi bem fraca. Recebi um email de que eu havia realizado o checkin no hotel, mas eu ainda estava no carro indo para Buzios. No checkout cobraram 2 águas indevidas e ainda precisei aguardar a verificação do quarto. Pousada muito boa, mas atendimento bem fraco.

El aire acondicionado del cuarto hacia un fuerte ruido. No permitía dormir con el aire encendido por causa del ruido.
En el baño, la ducha tenía una luz led la cual no funcionaba (no es molestia) pero si estaba caída (despegada) y habla de la falta de cuidado y mantenimiento.
Todas las fotos de los cuartos que se ven en la aplicación de hoteles.com, son de los cuartos con vista. No hay fotos del cuarto donde nos hospedamos.

Ótima estadia! O quarto estava razoavelmente limpo! Só não levou 5 pois ao ficar descalço fiquei com os pés sujos de poeira! O banheiro estava limpo, mas ao tomar banho caia muita água pra fora! Porém ao levar crianças tem q ficar de olho pois tem 2 metros no ponto mais fundo! Os funcionários bem educados e atenciosos! As meninas do Café estão de Parabéns!
