A localização do hotel é ótima, todos os apartamentos com vista maravilhosa, numas das melhores praias de Búzios. A estrutura também ótima, contudo com muitas escadas, um tanto difícil para pessoas com dificuldades de locomoção.

Fora isso, perfeito, voltaria com certeza!

Estadia Péssima. De longe o pior hotel que me hospedei em 10 anos que vou para Búzios. Hóspedes fazem o que querem. Não tem organização nenhuma. Crianças correndo no corredor dos quartos durante o dia inteiro. Em dia de jogo, hóspede gritando na sacada e nenhum funcionário fez absolutamente nada. São permissivos com absolutamente tudo. Fui reclamar do barulho e da bagunça e disseram que não localizaram os apartamentos. Insinuando inclusive que eu estava mentindo. Não passo nem mais perto desse local. Não recomendo pra ninguém.

A localização é muito boa, a nota foi dada em função do quarto, que ficava embaixo do restaurante, onde arrastam cadeiras até tarde da noite e logo cedo pela manhã. Ao solicitar na recepção a troca de apartamento, a primeira pessoa que me atendeu não deu atenção, mas quando falei com o gerente, prontamente o problema foi resolvido, afinal ficariamos 4 dias.

Ficamos num quarto para pessoas que era amplo e com boa limpeza e muito confortável. O quarto possuía varanda com vista para o mar assim como a área da piscina. A crítica vai para o serviço de alimentação, cujo café da manhã achamos médio, faltando opções de bolos e pão de queijo ( que existem na maioria dos bons hóteis). Além disso, os valores do cardápio eram extremamente elevados, como exemplo um drink que chegava a custar 70,00 e uma porção de batatas fritas 60,00. O resultado é que a área da piscina, que na maior parte das experiência que tenho, que costuma ser um espaço bem requisitado pelos hóspedes no pós praia lá estava esvaziado apesar da bela vista e ambiente agradável. Realmente uma pena!

Hotel precisa de reformas, café da manhã PÉSSIMO! Não possui nenhum tipo de suco natural, duas opções de frutas, tudo industrializado e horrível. Pagar 590 em uma diária e não ter um café da manhã honesto, é muito chato. O único ponto bom do hotel é o quarto ser grande e ter uma vista bonita, de resto precisam melhorar muito. Cheguei no hotel e tinha feito a reserva de última hora em um sábado. A recepção não possui acesso ao sistema do hoteis.com e ficou uma situação bem chata pois eu não havia salvo o voucher no meu celular. Não recomendo

Gostei do atendimento e dos funcionários. O quarto era ótimo, com boas instalações mas o cheiro de lixo fazia impossível a estada na varanda do quarto e muito menos na piscina do hotel. O cheiro era insuportável, sem condições das crianças brincarem na piscina. O valor dos produtos do bar e restaurante eram absurdamente caros, inviabilizando o consumo. Para idosos fica complicado para se hospedarem pois o hotel não possui elevador.

Acho desproporcional o que o hotel oferece em função do valor cobrado. Café da manhã muito fraco, comida do restaurante é cara e ruim. O quarto é espaçoso, mas o aparelho do ar-condicionado é bem em cima da cama de casal, o que fica desconfortável aquele ar gelado em cima da sua cabeça.

Para começar, quarto (33) HORROROSO e nada confortável, nada parecido com os detalhes mostrado. Água do chuveiro salobra ou de poço pq depois do banho a pele fica colando. E o café da manhã sem variedades. 1 tipo de bolo (bolo é algo tão simples que deveria ter umas 3 variedades) , em uma manha que tinha queijo e presunto na outra só queijo. Suco só 2 tipos, Variedades de frutas zero. O unica coisa que salvou foi a localização da pousada ser próximo a praia.
