The unit was cool, bright, clean and has everything you could possibly need. The pool area was stunning, well kept lush, tropical gardens with an abundance of frogs, butterflies and geckos! Stephanie and Sharelle were both welcoming and hospitable.

I had a fantastic stay at this resort. The tent was exceptionally clean with great attention to detail—even a beach bag was thoughtfully provided. The outdoor space outside the tent was beautiful and relaxing, and the pool area was excellent.

The laundry facilities were spotless and very convenient, and the staff were always polite, helpful, and accommodating. Overall, a well-maintained and peaceful place—highly recommended!

We stayed 7 nights in one of the tents as a couple and found the property clean and well maintained. Staff were efficient, helpful and friendly. We had a rental car to get around but the use of the complimentary bike was great for a short ride to the beach and local eateries.

Our first stay was upgraded so we had two different bedrooms, which suited our situation. Second stay was in a clamping tent, which was absolutely fabulous. We felt spoilt and pampered. Staff very helpful. They gave us hints on taxis, the bus and things to do. Maybe Billi should make it clear at time of booking that there is no food to be had.

Beautiful peaceful gardens and spacious tent room, all in a lush well maintained gardens. The staff and management were all friendly and welcoming. We stayed several days and enjoyed every moment, including the time spent in the swimming pool area plus the opportunity to use the laundry for washing our clothes.

This Resort is outstanding from every point of reference from the checkin which was perfect, the grounds outstanding and beautiful, we booked the studio for one night and it was not only clean but beautiful and comfortable from all aspects linen through to wall paint it, ohhh an yes a coffee machine with pods, the room presented as if it had just been built and furnished. Well done, to the Billi Resort. After 3 weeks of flying our plane from Newcastle to Broome via Darwin and back through the middle of Oz and down the East Coast back home your establishment takes our prize praise as the top performer. stylish,comfortable villa, well equipped with good, quiet air conditioning. Lovely gardens, beautiful pool in a secluded and quiet part of Cable Beach. Good communication and warm welcome from reception. Only small negative is that the open shower tends to saturate the entire bathroom. Highly recommend hiring a car for your stay.

Amazing Care for Guests, beautiful little oasis

So...this place is very lush and hidden away (its not walkable to the beach but many of the cable beach places arent). I stayed in a Queen tent - there are different types of tent, mine was newer and had airconditioning even though I didnt use it. The tent next to mine had sliding glass doors - not sure if that was a king though (which is apparently double the size). The Qs are compact but have everything you need with a lovely little outdoor area with its own BBQ, there is a tiny kitcnenette, a big bath and an outdoors shower. There was nothing staff wouldn't do to make your stay ideal...it is rare to find such genuine service .
But I do have to be honest - tents are tents. Noise travels through them. Although The Billi is tranquil by day, there seems to be a major highway not too far away and Broome's favourite pasttime seems to be hooning at midnight...at least on Friday or Saturday. You are directly under a flight path, planes start at about 530am. And unlike wilderness tents with wide open spaces, you are not too far from your neighbours. I had to spend all day listening to a bridal party chatter as they prepared for the big day...lovely for them but not why I picked this \"quiet\" location. And it actually gets cold if you didnt pack the right pjs! So if you are light sleeper/noise bothers you, perhaps a villa would be better.

Our stay at the Billi Resort in Broome.

Enjoyed our stay although it was an apartment it was spacious enough for my husband and I. It offered the basics so that you could cook a meal if needed and a refrigerator to cool drinks and food. We attended a function and returned the wee hours of the morning. As we exit our vehicle we were surprised to see security pull up and remain until we were safely in our apartment. I would recommend this hotel to all travellers.

The resort is very nice with beautiful gardens and a really lovely pool which isn’t enormous but we mostly had it to ourselves. We stayed in one of the King tents during off season. The weather was really hot and humid while we were there - the aircon was sufficient. There were fans also. I think you would appreciate it more at a cooler time of year when you you could have all the tent flaps up and take advantage of breezes and fly screens. As it was it was quite dark in the tents. We found that a car was necessary (too hot for the shortest walk and Cable Beach is 20-25 mins walk) but the resort can organise a good deal with a local car company. Staff were very accommodating.

WOW. What a fantastic place,resort,hotel. A superb place to stay in Broome. The rooms are exceptional,self contained clean great bed wonderful bathroom. Kitchen area and barbecue. The pool area is a tropical paradise you could just sit in the water all day. Lovely gardens. Exceptional staff kind and friendly. You can also hire a car on an hourly basis which is really handy for trips into Broome town centre. Cannot recommend The Billi enough. Superb. Highly recommended.

The Best in Broome, The Billi

The Billi is one of the best places we have stayed. I was in love from the moment we arrived, the gardens, the boardwalks, the upgrade to our room, the lovely service, the 1 bedroom apartment, the pool, everything was so lovely. I wanted to live there. Could not keep the smile from my face the whole time we were there. Wished we could book another night but we had to head back home for work. The morning we left there was the most amazing mist in Broome and the gardens at the Billi looked like a dream in it. Highly recommend this place and if we are ever in Broome again this is the place we will stay without question.

My husband & I stayed in a king tent for 4 nights over the Easter break & we had an amazing glamping experience.

The tent was very spacious, air-conditioned & beautifully decorated with a small kitchen, outdoor bbq area & fully equipped bathroom. The tropical lush gardens surrounding the property & private outdoor shower just enhanced our experience in nature :)

The main Cable Beach area is a 5 min drive away or 20 min walk; however the Billi also provides a few complimentary bicycles to get around. We enjoyed cycling to the beach in the morning & the relaxing by the waterfall pool in the afternoon. You can also hire a car by the hour to pick up any necessities from the local shopping centre.

Rachael was very helpful & happy to accommodate any requests we had. She even organised to post a few things that we had left behind which was greatly appreciated. The customer service was above & beyond :)

Overall we highly recommend The Billi Resort for a relaxing getaway in Broome!

We loved the villa spacious, light and fresh. Comfy bed & fresh linen. Geat cold fridge and fab kitchenette with all that you need to have some home cooked meals. Breezy alfresco bbq and eating area if you dont want to eat inside. Loved the pool area & never overcrowded like the bigger resorts. Tropical gardens/landscaping was beautiful & amazing frogs, geckos, butterflys, birds etc which felt like a thriving and lush little eco system. Will definitely recommend this boutique style resort over the mass produced big resorts.

The tropical gardens and ambience of the property was absolutely stunning. The Villa was very private and it felt like we had the entire place to ourselves at times. The pool was amazing so relaxing! The only thing we had an issue with in Villa 8 was one of the bedrooms had 3 aircon extraction fans flush against the wall of the room (on the outside) which meant that it was pretty noisy most of the night when all 3 aircons were running. It vibrated the walls at times. Otherwise it was lovely

We had the smallest room in the venue but still found it comfortable for a couple on a shorter holiday. The facilities on site were great and the gardens are wonderful. It is a little further from the beach and town so having a rental car was a good move. The staff were pleasant and very helpful.

I stayed here for 1 night with my partner in the Luxury King Tent. It is true to the name luxury! Amazing bath and shower both indoor and outdoor which was nice. Nice little kitchen with a full size fridge and comfortable bed. The pool looks really nice but I didn't use it as it was cold in Broome. Really enjoyed the billi, will definitely be coming back.

Lovely relaxing weekend!

We stayed at The Billi for 2 nights and really enjoyed it. The villa was clean and spacious and centrally located close to the pool. The full kitchen and bbq allowed us to prepare our own meals at our ease and we didn’t even have to leave the resort! It was so relaxing! Would definitely stay again!

Initial unit we were put in was very disappointing as the lounge suite was very marked and the unit did not seem clean at all with marks on the tv and table. I asked to move and this was no problem. The second unit was better. What I am disappointed about was there were very few people staying so why we were given a not so nice unit out the back I don’t know.

So there were a few things about the room we were given.
One is the room had a funky smell which seemed to come from the bathroom. Ended up leaving exhaust fan on 24/7 which helped a little.
Only 1 single towel rail and no other hangers for towels, face cloths etc.
Aircon extremely noisy, filters probably dirty. To high to reach unit and check.
Bed was on rollers and not locked down. Unable to sit up in bed and close a number of times squashing my girlfriends toes.
Ants, ants, ants everywhere.
Actually seemed that we were staying in the reception staff room.
Anyway might seem a little harsh but it is what it is.

Hidden Relaxation

The hotel is a lovely piece of serenity, with the pool being a haven to relax and unwind for the day. The only suggestion to fellow travelers would be to hire a car/scooter - whilst the bikes are handy and the bus stop is a short walk, a car is definitely the best way to go!

We stayed in the Queen Tent and in the 2 bedroom Villa during our stay, and whilst the tent is lovely (great to watch the sunrise from), the villa allows for a relief from the heat which the Queen tent didn't provide due to the lack of air conditioning (which we knew wasn't included when booking but I'm sure the King Tent is fine though).

Overall, a really good stay.

Small boutique accommodation, close to Cable Beach

Loved that there were only 9 or so villas/tents. We stayed in a Luxury King Tent which was very private & comfortable. Kitchen facilities were great & bathroom was lovely. Only negative was that the \"lounge chairs\" inside and the outside furniture cushions were quite stained. But apart from that, service was lovely & not at all intrusive, but gave us everything we needed/asked for. Would definitely stay again. Thanks Tehani & crew.

Lovely king tent (with aircon)was beautifully clean with all facilities you need. Bathroom was great lovely feel bath and inside and outside shower I only used the outside one as it was so easy. Furniture needs a bit of rethinking to make best use of space and more hanging space for cloths otherwise it was awesome. Be prepared for frogs in the toilet at night!

It is certainly the way to go.
Specially if single or a couple.
Have good size refrigerator.

We had aircon but I don't think the queen tents have air con which would definitely recommend this as it is very much needed to keep comfortable. Most days had the pool to ourselves, very quite resort and the positioning of the tents are all made to feel very private. We enjoyed our stay, couldn't fault.

Awesome service

Tahini and her team couldn't be more helpful and accommodating. They went the extra mile to help us with our requests and were easy to co-ordinate late checkin. Apartment was clean, well appointed and we always look forward to staying here.

Peaceful retreat

Ants ants ants

I would personally never stay here again. Upon arriving there were ants in my room. I had something to eat and spilled a bit and boom there was thousands more. The remote didn't work and I had to be quiet as the reception was right next door. Didn't even have an aircon remote. The shower head sprayed everywhere besides on me. Do not recommend.

Hotel with every thing you expect

Very clean, comfortable & modern hotel in the cable beach. Staff is very helpful.
