These apartments are part of the Moonlight Bay Suites group so we had access to the main pool. The unit itself was a little tired and the couch was rather uncomfortable but the apartment had everything we needed and we had a great stay. The front desk staff were particularly helpful.

This place is a good option and I would stay here again. Across the road from Matso’s, and walking distance to a few other cafes, restaurants and Town Beach. We didn’t know about it, but booked during the Street Festival and the accommodation gave us free tickets which was great fun. Pool was nice for the kids and washing machine good.

The only problem was the tour's and transfers only dropped off and picked-up ap moonlight bay appartments. There should have been an offer of help to carry luggage when I arrived as I was just shown a map, my luggage was heavy and it was quite confusing finding my way to the apartment the first time.

we did not stay at bayside We were transferred to moonlight bay apartments. They are the under the same management . We would recommend them to anyone. There apartments are well placed for a stroll into the old Broom townsite and the bus runs past the property for longer trips.

Everything was fantastic except for the check out. In previous email I was told I could have extended checkout as flight was late in day, but at check in was told they couldn’t allow it with only use of pool and shower facilities. The pool has no shade and too many stairs for me to get to pool. The particular staff member needs problem solving skills and sympathy. If I had know earlier I would of booked another night. Also reception is about a 300m walk to accomodation with luggage and in the heat. Not good!

It took me over 20min to find the check-in desk, which is located in Moonlight, some walking distance away. Although there is a sign on the gate asking you to walk across the street or call a number, it is hard for the guests who just arrived with a lot of luggage.

Bayview Apartments are in same ownership as adjacent Moonlight Bay Suites with reception for both at Moonlight however no notice of this in advance from your site. Pool at Bayview is small with children unattended using it most of the time, however facilities at Moonlight are available and their pool was far better. Service was very good and friendly.

No reception to check in at Apartments and only a small well hidden sign to let you know so wasted 30 minutes trying to find how to check in. Phone call reception never mentioned checking in was at a different property! Plus other unsatisfactory stuff, glad it was only for the one night.

Nice roomy apartment with everything you need. Not flash but homely. Pool nice and handy as was the laundry. BUT the reception and foyer were a long way away (250m) as it was run by Moonlight Suites. Ok if you have your own car but a long way to carry bags to check in or out or to meet a tour group. And a long way to get wifi access. So would not recommend it unless they had their own transport.

With a group of 9 we spread between Moonlight Bay (owned by same company/group) and Bayside. Very happy with Bayside where we stayed, spacious with good parking and a laundry for guest use - with a clothesline and pegs! Excellent. Same people own Matsos Brewery between the 2 accommodation houses and we ate there 4 out of the 7 nights we had in town overall. Great menu, convenient etc. Easy walk to town/markets/Chinatown/Streeters Jetty & pearl shops and cafes.

I was very disappointed with check in time as it states from 1pm and we had to wait over 2 hours after before being given our keys. It’s false and the receptionist was very rude and unapologetic and stated that’s the norm with hotels. I feel that if the rooms not going to be ready then change the check in times. She also didn’t advise us that the internet was only for the main hotel and not bayside. It wasn’t a great welcoming experience but our stay was lovely

Another good stay in Broome ... the swimming at Cable Beach was sensational and being able to walk to dinner in Chinatown demonstrates how well located this accommodation is. Also Matso's brewery/bar only across the road was good, a very short walk to have a nice cold local brew and served by very welcoming staff was appreciated.

Arrived at rooms only to find reception was located at another hotel location, checked in then was promptly relieved of an additional $100.00 , was told this was a room security deposit, you'll get it back at check out, enjoyed my stay in the apartment, checked out at 10:00 as per instructions handed my credit card over to get reimbursement of $100.00. Ladies look on her face was one of anger for me asking for my $100.00 to be reimbursed, she then proceeded to tell me MY bank would hang onto the money for a few days then reimburse it. I asked how will my bank reimburse it if Its gone through your eftpos machine? With that she turned away saying that's how its done too bad, I replied this sounds like a highly dubious reimbursement scenario but I'll see how the process goes over the coming next week. She might be sorry by nor dealing with the reimbursement on my check out when she had the chance.Credit where credit due, the room was great value(assuming I get my money back) and was clean with nice grounds and very well located in town, if all goes well with reimbursement I'll definatly stay here again.

We spent 4 wonderful nights at Bayside Holiday Appartments. Great location, accross the road from Matsos Brewery and bus stop for town bus service. Walking distance to town. The units were clean, very quiet/private, lovely pool everything we needed for a relaxing holiday. The town bus service was great for exploring Broome and accross to Cable Beach for sunset. Bayside / Moonlight Bay staff were very friendly, helpful and even threw in a late checkout on last day as our plane wasn't leaving until that evening.

Great value for money hotel. While the decor is a bit dated, there are so many positives. Well equipped kitchen, clean, tidy rooms, free laundry and a swimming pool. The hotel is well located next to Matso's boutique brewery and restaurant, and walking distance to an informative local museum. It would be possible to walk to the town centre, though a little too long for us in the heat. But if you don't have a car, there is a local bus.
