We chose to stay here to experience Cable Beach, which was a 20 min walk away. We didn't have any transport, which meant we relied on local businesses for most of our meals. The Wharf Restaurant, Spinifex Brewery & Zookeepers Cafe were all excellent. All the tours we booked picked up & dropped off at the Resort, which was convenient.
Our apartment was quiet & situated at the back of the property. We found it was very dark in the main rooms during the day & had to use the lights even though it was sunny outside. I guess this also helps to keep the apartment cool. Our apartment was starting to show its age, although it was clean & comfortable & provided the basics. The washing machine and tumble dryer was appreciated. The staff were friendly and helpful. The swimming pool area was wonderful & towels for the pool were provided free of charge.
We enjoyed our 5 day stay.

Seashells was a fantastic holiday destination in Broome. We had a self contained unit with kitchen facilities and a nicely decorated and comfortable living area and bedroom.The reception staff were so friendly and helpful. The pool area was large and relaxing. The location was walking distance to many dining options. Cable beach was walking distance and wonderful to visit each day. The bus service was close by and we visited the town centre.

Pool and area was great. Checkin easy and were able to get in early. Set out of our 1 bedroom unit was good, plenty of room. Decor is very outdated and needs maintenance. Towels, both bath and pool were dreadful, need to be binned. Stained and had holes in them and very thin and discoloured. Lounge had a potato wedge on it and floors were still dirty when we wiped up a water spill. Water jug in fridge was dirty.
Feel like as we are still paying good money expectations were not met.

We had only a one night stay. The staff were lovely and it was great to be able to walk to Cable Beach. Lots of thoughtful touches like providing a place to recycle aluminium coffee pods. A bit cheap that in a not-cheap place you had to buy the pods though and we could not get the microwave to work. Flaws as we saw them would be easily fixed (and if we had been staying longer I am sure that they would have been sorted for us).

A nice hotel, good location, a bit disappointed with the cleanliness or the towels, or lack thereof. The kitchen towel as so stained I couldn't tell if it was washed or not and the bath towels could use some white king (or new towels entirely). Apart from that, it was okay.

The resort facilities and location were excellent. However, the apartment itself could do with a freshen up (taps were old and didn't flow well, toilet seats were stained, many areas of paintwork could do with a patch up/fresh coat). These are relatively minor items which could make a significant difference to the appearance of the apartment.

The staff were friendly and helpful when we needed a taxi.
The only very small negative is there were no free coffee pods 1 or 2 for the coffee machine. There were some tea bags, coffee satchels and sugar packs. If there is a coffee machine it would be a nice touch to have available one or two pods.

Highly recommend Seashells Broome. The 3 bedrom Bungalow was clean, spacious and had all the amenities a Large family needed.
The pool area was fantastic and always plenty of shade and sun. Always kept clean and tidy.
Staff were all super friendly.
The shuttle bus that stops at the from every half hour in high season and every hour in low season was all we needed. Stops at all the major places including Kmart, Woolies and BWS.
Divers Tavern is walking distance around the corner to stop up on drinks or a good pub meal.

Solo traveller staying for one night. Room overlooked the road and carpark which wasn’t ideal but didn’t bother about it for one night. Room is very spacious and well equipped. Resort well maintained and also a great location. As a solo traveller I found it to be a bit unsecured at night, returning to carpark and gates open to resort for anyone to walk in. Dark and quiet walking to find room.
But overall resort was good.

Rooms were old but very clean and most importantly contained all information needed for using the electrical equipment. A very pleasant stay in a well maintained property would recommend to others looking for a well located resort in Broome

The property was beautiful, however I would never stay again as we had two spare tyres stolen from our vehicle in the car park, police were contacted and nothing was done, other vehicles also had things stolen?

I was quite disappointed as I was looking forward to an “upgrade “ to our last stay in Broome. This actually felt like a downgrade. The worst thing that contributed to this feeling was the cockroach infestation. A huge one got into my suitcase and made me feel icky to wear my clothes. And we had to keep killing cockroaches during our stay there. They really need to fumigate. Especially since none were seen at the previous property only around the corner that we had stayed for three days just before. Having the garbage bins right outside our front door didn’t help. Being located in the back apartment was quite dark and felt like we’re cut away from the rest of the people at the resort. The balcony had not been swept and was full of dust and leaves. The kitchen had some dirty plates in the drawers with food scraps stuck on the plates. The repairs needed to the kitchen had been covered by some sort of foil that was peeling. All in all this could have been a better stay as the facilities are there but lack personalised care.
