The staff were amazing, from check in to check out nothing was too much trouble! The restaurant, ooh my goodness, the best Surf and Turf I have ever had. It was amazing. Cannot recommend this place highly enough. The deluxe villa, absolutely amazing and the complimentary flowers was a nice touch. Will definitely remain my place to stay whilst in Broome.

Stupid internal layout old and poorly maintained. 2 steps to bed area dangerous, wall lamps impossible not to hit your head in bed .
Can’t get a drink at the bar unless you stay for an expensive dinner , part of their liquor Lic apparently . Staff are NOT user friendly. Office only open from 7 am to 8 am for checkout ???
And to finish it off warnings in rooms that thief’s are about in car park which is Not secure and rooms are targets .
Expensive and very overrated.

All good - plan on using the Razor stand-up scooter system or taxi to get around… but not too far a walk to Cable Beach, if you want to get your steps in.

Staff were extremely helpful and courteous. i had the opportunity to stay in both the deluxe villa and studio. I actually preferred the studio; lighter and brighter. Had laundry and dishwasher whereas the deluxe did not. Both rooms were a little tired. a coat of paint, a change of laminates would bring it up to date.
Saying that, bed very comfortable, gardens beautiful, pool refreshing and close to Cable Beach.

The property certainly has a Bali flavour. Our room was spotless. We appreciated the laundry facilities as we had no housekeeping .The pool felt overly warm but this is the tropics. The front reception did not have answers to many of our local questions.

If you are visiting Broome do yourself a favour and stay here! The location is great, it’s a short drive to Cable Beach with lots of good food options. The bed was very comfy and the room was large and very clean. The staff were so friendly and helpful. I wish I could have stayed longer.

My wife and I stayed at Bali Hai both pre and post a Kimberley tour. We stayed in a studio room which was very spacious. Loved the outdoor shower. The pool was great. The dinner at Bali Hai Cafe was exceptional. Service was fantastic.
It is a 5 minute walk to the local Tavern and a 15 minute walk to Cable Beach.
We will definitely stay here again the next time we are in Broome.

Highly Recommend Boutique Hotel

Bali Hai would be considered a boutique hotel in the United States. As in the name the decor theme is Bali which also included an outdoor bathroom customary to this country. We booked a two bedroom apartment which also had a large indoor bathroom equipped with large bathtub, shower and vanity. There also was a small kitchen and a living room and a shady outdoor area with a large dining room table.
The individual cabins were arranged around a nice pool area. We did not visit the Spa however we ate in the Bali Hai Cafe and the food was absolutely delicious and the waitresses as well as all hotel staff were very friendly and helpful.
Bali Hai is close to Cable Beach, a general store and a bar and liquor store, all a 10-15 minute walk.

The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful - spevcial shout out to Lulu :-)
I used the spa twice as well, best deep tissue massage I have ever had.. I will be going back to Bali Hai!

It was disappointing that the cafe wasn’t open all Easter weekend, closes on Mondays and Tuesdays. The hotel is so nice it needs a more casual cafe that is open all the time. Only open for dinner Wed to Sunday not good enough for such a classy hotel.
The spa was excellent!

Spent 6 relaxing nights at the Bali Hai. The hotel is about 500 metres walking distance to Cable Beach. There is a tavern and a cafe/grocery store only about 200 metes away.

I found the area quiet with well maintained.

The hotel has a very good quality restaurant with excellent service. There is a local bus service that operates regularly past the hotel.

Really enjoyed our stay here at the resort. Villa was fantastic loved the indoor outdoor shower and the 33c degree heat sun as perth is so cold now in June. The kitchenette has everything from pots pans toaster microwave etc and tea towel cloths etc. Loved my private outdoor area and BBQ was so clean. Loved the Bali Hai cafe for evening meal
Only dissapointing factor that you couldnt get breakfast or lunch here or a drink round the pool but can bring your own in a plastic glass for a tipple around the pool. Definitely will be back as love this end of town.

The charm of this property starts when you walk to your room. The way is full of magnolias and other aromatic plants that scream welcome.
The rooms are super-well appointed. There is an outside sitting area with a grill, the room is super-spacious with a large sized refrigerator, 2 burners and a dishwasher, besides everything you need for cooking.
The outside bathroom is a great idea and the rooms can with a washing machine. Powder is provided. The rooms are decorated with the owner's art and there is gorgeous wood all over the place.
The pool and spa are super nice and Cable Beach is a short walk away.
The restaurant has the best food we tried in our 4 nights in Broome. When I was raving about the oysters, the waitress mentioned they come from Andy's brother oyster farm, superb! That is how we met Andy, the owner, by asking him about oyster and the provenance of the furniture in the hotel, gorgeous wood!
We could not have enjoyed more our stay there!

Staff were friendly & made a point of looking after my family who arrived on an early flight whilst I was still at work. Allowing both my wife & daughter to enjoy the resorts facility’s until such a time as our room was ready. Our room was serviced daily, topping everything up as we used it. The laundry facilities were complimentary & the restaurant attached provided in my opinion quality meal’s. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again!

From the moment you arrive you know you have made a great accommodation choice. The reception staff are great, all smiles and assistance. The superior studio apartment is brilliant. Roomy with a comfortable four poster bed, a large bathroom with a deep soak bathtub and shower, an outdoor mandi shower (worth trying), a fully stocked kitchen and an outdoor gas BBQ. The pool was just magic and the Bai Hai Cafe is rated as the number 1 restaurant and you can see why. You are minutes to Cable Beach and about 7 minutes to the airport and Broome township We cannot wait to return to this resort

The place needs a little spruce up. Claims to be 4 star - but that is pushing it. Kitchen (2 bedder) was a little tired - no dishwasher - no washing machine. That saying it was lovely and spacious. Quite short walk to the beach. Everyone recommends the restaurant / it looked fantastic (but we opted for Divers Tavern)

Lots of people had glass beer bottles by the pool. Not great when they are obviously a little inebriated and there are signs everywhere about no glass.
They’ve obviously had loads of problems with breakins as this safety / locking up was a big focus. It was fine for the 1 night - but this place was really not my cup of tea.
We’d stayed at Frangapani Mantra - much much nicer than Bali Hai

The property has s very definite Balinese feel about it, which was what we wanted. The Cafe was closed for two of the days we were there which was disappointing. It is also quite small so it doesn't take long to fill. The biggest disappointment was that the Cafe didn't provide breakfast, which meant either making your own or continually having to find somewhere to go and some of the options nearby weren't very good.

This is a fabulous resort. Staff were all very friendly and welcoming. The grounds are well looked after and luscious and green. Don’t miss out on the Day Spa or Dinner at the restaurant which are both wonderful. We have two young children and this was the best holiday we have ever had. Quite and relaxing, close to a small shop and coffee shop.
