We visited for a mini break for Christmas this year as CBC would be an all time favourite hotel for me having visited around 6 times since the 1990's in this remote area.
The staff were great 10/10 but the resort is looking a bit tired and we were really disappointed no Christmas lunch was offered which we would have been happy to pay for. Dining options were limited and their flagship Italian restaurant Cichettis had a very average small menu and fully booked on the 25th. The resort is showing its age and the gardens arent what they were. Sorry but i need to share an honest aporaisal

Although, I love staying at CBC, I do feel the dining options, and food choices available, are a bit lack lustre and limited. I also think $150 for a late checkout is rather exorbitant. A courtesy 'free' hour I wouldn't think to be an unreasonable request. And, a minor but essential detail, no pen, nor mini pad, in the rooms.

From the moment we checked in and for the next 14 nights, we were pampered by the amazing staff at the resort. Their warm smiles and friendliness outshone the sun. The resort is lovely and as we were in a bungalow, it was very peaceful. There was also secure parking which was a relief as friends had had their rental car stolen from another hotel. We have already booked to go back next year!

Resort airport pick up and drop off is a great service. Greeted with a glass of bubbly at the Resort and given an amazing upgrade on our room which made a great holiday even better. All staff from reception to cleaners and not to forget the bar staff around the pool area and concierge all excellent and very polite. Nothing too much for anyone to do. Seriously cannot fault this resort, everything was beautiful. Location is excellent to Cable Beach, awesome restaurants and food, watching the ever changing sunsets. Pool was super and the staff looked after you well offering complimentary ice cream and drinks at times. Recommend getting a car to get around and explore, it made it a-lot easier.

The club is great, what I found a little annoying with some of the staff, in particular in the morning and evening meals at the sunset bar, was the long waiting time for breakfast meals for coffees, and the excuses of the staff of their not being enough staff on service, when Cable beach are charging top dollar then the service needs to pick up or just drop the price to accommodate the fact you are not going to get great service

Cable Beach Club Resort & Spa was my haven for seven days!! Who needs to travel overseas when we have magical Kimberley on our doorstep. My room was amazing! Luxuriant kingsize bed and pillows to die for. Overhead fan if you love the sultry warmth of the tropics or an airconditioner for the faint hearted. Excellent bathroom facilities with toiletries by L'Occitane, spacious wardrobe and living area. My balcony overlooked a lush tropical garden. I would begin my morning with a coffee from Cicchetti's fabulous baristas. The Ocean Pool (adults only) is a great area for relaxing by the pool. Excellent service and delicious food! All customer service received was absolutely outstanding! From front desk, wait staff, housekeeping to gardeners. BIG THANK YOU!! See you all soon!
