Great place to stay with clean, spacious rooms and kitchen. Pool area was lovely and small gym was handy for maintaining strength while on a long trip.
Conveniently located near Matsos Brewery and bus stop (public bus is free on Sundays and cheap on other days when it’s too hot to walk down to Chinatown or to get to Cable Beach). Easy walk to Town Beach and the main jetty which is a great place to watch the sunrise.

\"Did you enjoy the balcony view at Moonlight Bay Suites? \" said the request for review - well hotels.com should have known that only the 2 bedroom units have a private balcony. AI perhaps?

Our unit was otherwise spacious, spotlessly clean and had everything you would need for a self-catering short stay. Nice view over the pool and the bay, though most of the other units had bigger windows.

Location across from Matso's and walkable to the town centre, town bus service stops outside.

A good stay, though a bit pricey compared to the other place we stayed in Cable Beach.

Clean, spacious, comfortable - set up to work with a desk and second screen. This is my go to place in Broome and I recommend it to families and business travellers. The pool is awesome, restaurants nearby to walk to, and their breakfast box is so convenient. Staff are wonderful - I am there at least 10 times a year for work and their service is consistently good.

Gets noisy on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday evenings due to Matso's, BOOM- BOOM-BOOM music, but stops about 10 pm
If you are on the top floor, about 40 stairs to lug suitcases

We had a wonderful stay at Moonlight Bay Suites.
The rooms had recently been renovated. Beds were comfy and apartment was very clean. Wardrobe but no chest of drawers. Only one mirror in the bathroom. Kitchen had basic supplies but adequate for a few night stay.
Pool towels were supplied if you could brave the freezing pool. It was lovely for a quick swim but you couldn’t stay in for long.
Staff were all very friendly and helpful. Allowed us to have a late check out even though it was high season.
Matos’s across the road had music playing till 10pm which didn’t disturb us but could do if you had young kids.

Chinatown is 10 minute walk (depending on your pace).

We stayed here for several nights whilst in Broome. We did walk into the town centre but in the heat it's a slog, especially if you need groceries and wine. Apartment was superb, staff great, views from veranda balcony were outstanding. The pool was full of insects when we were there which was a bit off putting for some of our party, so they would not go in the pool. We did see the pool cleaners on our last day so maybe we were just unlucky. We would stop there again. It didn't help that Matzo's brewery across the road was closed for renovations, as I'm sure it would have been even better. Don't forget to try out the local RSL club, great place for a ice cold Guinness.

Loved this place to stay. So close to so many areas in Broome you can walk anywhere except Cable Beach - but there are so many ways to get to Cable Beach anyway Facilities of this place are excellent
Only negative is the beds were a bit too firm for us but this personal taste and the midges at times were bad. Will be prepared for them next time

Great location, that is walkable into Chinatown or Town Beach. Matso's Brewery and restaurant is across the road and the Mangrove Hotel Bay Club Bar is only 100 metres away.
The property has a wonderful pool area, lovely lawn and BBQ area overlooking the mangroves of Roebuck Bay, a well equipped little gym and fabulous helpful staff. The room we had was nicely decorated and with a nice kitchenette. We had a delightful 6 days at the Moonlight Bay Suites and I'd highly recommend it for a base to explore Broome.

Our garden room was not a garden room as we looked directly onto another pathway into other people's rooms. A straggly tree was what separated us. No real garden to look at. Should be reclassified as a motel room. There were real garden rooms but we were not allocated one. We suspect it was because we booked through wotif. Also the room was a bit smelly and stuck in the 1980's. Manager said the place was full even after we offered to pay extra but overall, we felt he didn't give a hoot. Not recommended.

Very comfortable accommodation, if a little dated. Great location. Easy walk into Chinatown. Restaurants and bars near by but not noisy.
Beautiful views over Roebuck Bay.
The kitchen is pretty basic but does have a dishwasher and was adequate for a family stay. The washing machine was a godsend for a family stay! I would recommend this accommodation. We also stayed on the Cable Beach side of town but preferred the Moonlight Bay suites (and a LOT cheaper too!)

Very clean and well maintained property

The property is on the older side but very well maintained and very clean. The rooms are large and spacious. Full sized kitchen and bathroom. Air conditioning and fans worked really well. The property had a nice big pool, gym, bbq's and laundry for guests to use. Good location walking distance to town centre, Town Beach, Matso's and the Broome Bus stop is located right on the door step so you can get around Broome quite easily. Staff are very professional and very accomodating.

The toilet was little bit awkward. There is no door and proper ventilation to toilet. My wife and myself stayed in room 203. Imagine one of us taking shower and other one taking dump in the toilet and you get bad smell and noises. Finally I started using toilet in the swimming pool while my wife was talking shower. Apart from that everything was good.

We had an AWESOME stay at Moonlight Bay Suites !
Arrived on the evening of the full moon & couldn't have been happier with the suite, the amenities & the VIEW......
OMG .....the view from the apartment at sunrise & moonrise simply breathtaking!
Also did everything possible in Broome on our 6 day stay, there is so much to see & do in this magical part of the world...... SO you gotta gotta go otherwise you'll never never know!
