Good overnight stop

The hotel is as you would expect - basic, but clean. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The breakfast is plentiful and the pastries in particular were very good.

Only negatives:
(1) the AC in my room needed a service. The fan was incredibly noisy on the high setting, so I turned it to low. Which meant there was no white noise to drown out loud neighbours, some of whom only arrived around 3 AM
(2) the room was very clean, save for the crushed corpses of several mosquitoes (and the blood of their victims) adorning the walls and headboards above the beds.

I would stay here again.

Unfortunately on arrival I was told that the booking I had made on Hotels.com wasn’t valid as the system wasn’t recognising that the hotel was full. However, Patricia the manager couldn’t have been more helpful and manger to find me a hotel room very close by. She was fantastic.

This is a pleasant place to stay with generous breakfast buffet. However the AC in our room was VERY weak. When I first reported it, I was told it simply couldn’t keep up with the unusually hot weather. But the weather then settled into regular summer heat. Still unpleasantly warm in the room. Not stifling but not refreshing. We HATE cold AC, by the way. We just wanted it to feel fresh. I reported it again, the next day, but it was always cooler outside at night than in our room. The only bed covering was a duvet, no sheet. So we removed the duvet from its cover and used the lightweight cover for sleeping. Disappointed. Returned yesterday to our non-air conditioned home in Carcès and its ceiling fans. Much more comfortable inside temperatures at night despite higher daytime temperatures than Arles.

Rook was OK but location inconvenient

The hotel building looks old, but the room was agreeably clean. In general, it was OK. The location was not very convenient to go to the city centre. Actually, it was very inconvenient to go to the city or the station because there were not many taxis and uber service was not available.

One exit away from Arles center

Close to highway on Charlie Chaplin Street! Nice people, motel-like atmosphere. Clean, quiet - despite location. We asked for 2 hand towels (they had only provided 2 bath towels) and they happily obliged, but the next day it was 2 again. Nice buffets for dinner.

Disappointing Campanile

Very old and dated room with skirting coming away. Bathroom quality a disgrace. Needs total Refurbishment. Dinner was good. Breakfast ordinary as in all Campaniles

Changed room twice. First room smelled of cigarette smoke and the second was disgusting. Bed about three inches off the floor because one leg had been broken so they had to saw the others off to level it off! There was damp and filth round the edges of the room and the shower was in need of replacing. The manager was as helpful as she could be dealing with the situation. The whole place needs refurbishing. We will never stay in a Campanile again. The Ibis win every time.

Nice, paractical hotel

It was a nice stay, fairly clean room, although a bit tight quarters, but fine for 2 people. They also had a breakfast buffet that looked good although never had time to eat. The location is not that close to central Arles (Arene des Arles, historical buildings, etc) it's about a 20 minute walk, so plan accordingly, but the neighbourhood seems safe. Definitely go for the Feria du Riz festival in September if you can.

The hotel was nice, modern and clean. The only problem is that the cleaning staff opened the windows, which did not have screens, for ventilation. We were swatting mosquitos all night long. Counter help spoke very limited English.

First room assigned, electricity kept turning off. Room had many mosquitoes, both flying around and squashed on the walls. Second room assigned, no air conditioning. Got a third room where everything worked, but the window sill was covered with small, dead, bugs.

Nothing special

The location of this Campanile was not good for walking to the old town. The room was clean but appeared a bit worn. The restaurant was closed for dinner when we were there as were many restaurants. (Sunday) Price was reasonable for the room but would not recommend for other than a one night stay. Breakfast was overpriced for what was offered.

Very kind lady guided us to the motel. It is not an hotel. It is miles from the town and under a motorway. One of the staff was very unhelpful and the food was not brilliant considering the amount of money required to stay here.

We had a hotel cancellation, so got a room in this hotel on very late notice. The service was good and receptionist spoke English well. Overall our room was good value for money, but it smelled of cigarette smoke.

Excellent, helpful and friendly staff

I arrived with a busted laptop display and was given over the top assistance and translation help in researching, locating and arranging technical help and then with purchasing a new machine. I took up a lot of their time over a 3 day period, but was always helped with a smile.

For English speakers with limited or no French skills, the staff's overall English skills are the best I experienced in 9 weeks in France this summer.

Het personeel was erg vriendelijk en de kamer had een fijne douche. Daarom twee sterren.

Verder vond ik de accommodatie erg verouderd. Wat mij betreft tijd voor nieuwbouw. Helaas werkt de poort niet en stond mijn auto op een open terrein in een kritische buurt. Het slot van de kamer deed raar, waardoor ik niet wist, of de deur nu op slot zat of niet. Ik voelde hierom niet veilig en ben eerder weggegaan.

De accommodatie heet meer de kenmerken van een F1 hotel. De prijs is er ook naar. Ik vond het een verkeerde keuze.

Un personne au top de l’accueil, très souriant et compétent. Cela est très rare de nos jours, le petit déjeuner était parfait, la chambre lumineuse et fonctionnelle, une Clim silencieuse qui fonctionne à merveille, quelques taches sur les prises et draps, mais cela minime. Pour le prix cela reste très correct.

英語ができるスタッフの一人はとても親切でいつも笑顔で対応してくれた。朝食も美味しかった。
ただ、このホテルは市の中心部から離れ、バスの本数が少なく不便。
また、ホテルの問題ではないが、この時期に蚊が非常に多い。虫除けが必需。

Ancien Campanile renommé en Noelys, chauffage clim foctionne mais souffle de l'air FROID donc chauffage inexistant mais radiateur d'appoint grille pain fourni....
Aucune information sur cette situation à l'arrivée, pour le reste ce sont des vieux Campanile.....

Hôtel qui aurait besoin d’un très gros rafraîchissements.
Ma première chambre était très sale , cheveux dans la douche , literie sale , tache sur les couvertures et oreillers .
Je ne vous parle même pas de la qualité de la literie.
Parlons maintenant de l’odeur , ma première chambre avait une odeur de tabac froid , le client de la chambre à côté c’est mis à fumée , l’odeur pénétrer dans la mienne .
Le lendemain après réclamation , le ménage n’a pas amélioré la chambre et les draps toujours tachés, j’ai donc demandé un changement de chambre .
Chambrée Numero 2 , pas vraiment mieux , toujours cette odeur de tabac froid et la literie avait une odeur.
Après réclamation, on nous dit que oui les gens fument !!!!!!!!!
Nous étions en période de forte chaleurs , et la Clim en plus des boutons cassé ne fonctionnait pas , juste un gros ventile .
Le petit déjeuner est médiocre , le minimum du minimum .
La restauration est quasi inexistante, on a été prévenu des nôtres arrivée que les repas étaient simplistes et que le choix n’était que de 2 plats .
On est bien loin de la qualité d’un campanile

Das Hotel ist stark in die Jahre gekommen und unbedingt renovierungsbedürftig. In unserem Zimmer und im Bad herrschte ein modriger Geruch (schwarzer Schimmel), der in Intervallen durch einen Duftspender überdeckt wurde.
Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Le camere sono essenziali, non molto grandi, purtroppo ci sono molti insetti soprattutto zanzare, tanto che viene dato un insetticida in dotazione.
Punto a favore, a differenza della stessa struttura ad Aix en Provence dove il personale alla reception parla solo in francese qui si parla anche in inglese ed in italiano

+ Accès rapide au centre ville en voiture.
+ Personnel accueillant. Nous souhaitions une chambre en rez-de-chaussée avec douche. Or il n'y en avait plus. La réceptionniste nous a gentiment trouvé une chambre pour handicapés (N°27)
- Présence de poils dans le lavabo à notre arrivée. Cela laisse penser que le ménage avait été plutôt rapide (euphémisme)
-Chambre très sonore. Il y a avait ce jour là un car de Chinois qui ont parlé à voix haute à 4 H à 8 H du matin dans les chambres voisines. Pour se faire pardonner, la patronne nous à offert les petits-déjeuners, ce qui est gentil de sa part, mais nous aurions préféré dormir.

Bien et idéal pour une étape en Arles

Nous avons passé 2 nuits dans un hôtel tranquille, propre, au confort standard. Les petits déjeuners sont copieux, variés, un vrai régal. Et nous y avons dîné, il s'agissait d'un buffet qui fut bien appétissant, l'idéal après une grosse journée de visites.

Nous voulions découvrir ARLES c'est une jolie ville aux multiples ruelles. Pour le parking ce n'est pas pratique et la formule de l'hôtel à l’extérieur des remparts est la solution. L'hôtel est au calme dans la verdure bien que proche de la zone commerciale. Le personnel est très accueillant, presque familial
, beaucoup de conseils pour les visites, moins de 2km pour atteindre le centre et des parkings gratuits vers les stades. Petit déjeuner en buffet copieux, bref un bon et agréable séjour.

séjour de 2 nuits pendant la féria de Arles.
idéal pour se poser le soir lorsqu'on est fatigué. .
L'hôtel a le confort nécessaire ,on sait d'avance que lorsque l'on vient dans ce genre d'établissement on n'y vient pas pour la vue ou le luxe .
petit dejeuner et restaurant si besoin
.bien placé à 15/20 minutes à pied du centre ville.
transports en commun à la sortie de l'hôtel .
Enseignes de restauration rapide tout autour ,magasins, stations service ,accès rapide aux grands axes.
Le directeur et son personnel souriants et d'une grande gentillesse sont à l'écoute des demandes de leurs clients

bon accueil mais un peu loin du centre ville

A part une panne d'électricité (du secteur) qui nous a valu un petit déjeuner froid (payé presque 10 € par personne) nous avons passé un excellent séjour, chambre assez spacieuse et calme, grand douche, accueil très sympathique.
attention si vous n'avez pas de voiture, loin du centre et transports en commun peu fréquents et inexistants le soir

Bien et proche de tous les axes routiers

Bonne literie, chambre confortable.
Buffet du soir copieux et plat chaud (thon) tres bien cuisine, bon et original.
Buffet petit dejeuner un peu cher, comme dans d autres etablissements de la chaine.

Mais toute le nuit, les chiens laisses dans le 4X4 d un client sur le parking de l hotel n ont cesse d aboyer et aucune reactivite du personnel.

Hôtel choisi pour des raisons pratiques.
Chambre trés convenable: pas très grande mais fonctionnelle, literie impeccable. Certes les joints des salles de bains sont à revoir, mais rien de rédhibitoire. Personnel serviable, accueillant... Venant dans le cadre d'une compétition sportive, j'ai eu la possibilité d'un petit déjeuner plus tôt, et de laisser ma chambre plus tard afin de pouvoir me doucher après ma compétition.

Aventure à Arles

Accueil très sympathique. Clim et chauffage en panne dans la chambre. On nous a changé de chambre sans problème. Dans la première chambre il y avait deux coussins et une bouilloire.
Dans la chambre de substitution il manquait les deux coussins et la bouilloire.... nous avons pris la bouilloire de la première chambre. Le directeur est très sympathique mais il n'a pas de contremarque pour les visites des monuments d'Arles.
Les petits déjeuners sont un peu chers pour des français, donc à éviter. A mon prochain voyage je verrai du coté d'Ibis budget.

Mi sono sempre trovato bene con gli alberghi Campanile.
Questo di Arles però mi ha lasciato un pò deluso per la scarsa pulizia del bagno e dei cuscini.
Per il resto, accoglienza e standard qualitativo OK.

hatte zum Glück Zimmer im EG, ansonsten hat es nur eine Treppe für die höheren Etagen. Zimmer war gut ausgestattet. Duschbereich war gleich neben der Toillette und es hatte keinen Schaber oder Duschvorhang, somit war das ganze Badezimmer nach dem Duschen nass.

Für eine Übernachtung jedoch perfekt.
