I was in a bind and had to book at room at this place. I paid $482 for a night (surge pricing) and ended up not staying because it was not clean. The bathroom in lobby said out of use, yet as I waited and rang the bell, the staff member came out of the bathroom. What? Out of order but he comes out. Hotel room toilet had something sketchy and hotel in general had a bad odor. We did not stay but didn't get a refund.

The room was very outdated and just very dirty. There were stains on the lamp shades… The chair they had in the room had stains on it and it looked like it’s never been clean before.
Overall, it was a place to sleep after a long day, but I will not be staying here again. Do not expect much if you plan on staying at this hotel.

Very nice, clean, attractive room. Bed was very comfortable! The room was a studio suite that was just 50 square feet bigger than a standard room that was the same price as the standard but felt so much bigger. It was great. Had a fridge microwave and loveseat. Bathroom really nice and big. Only drawback was the showerhead was a little small but water pressure was fine. Had a small but nice breakfast - Egg omlets, pancake maker, cereal, coffee, tea, juice, milk, bagels, toast. We would stay again.

Decent hotel for the money. Room was clean. Property is fairly outdated but in okay condition. Bed was decent, but not great. Bedding was good. Breakfast had waffle iron and did the job. We pulled in late at night during a snowstorm and there was no efforts to remove any of it when we left around 9am. We could not see the parking lot or road until we got to the main road.

The room was in good condition, but the pillows were awful. They need new pillows because it gave us a neck pain and we did not sleep very well. We told the desk attendant, and he said that they have no replacement. I suggested that they consider it in the future. I also told them that they need to look at the bathroom sink faucet. It was dripping, if you did not push it down hard.

We were getting ready to leave the room at 11 am when the desk clerk loudly knocked on the door, shouting get out! I said in just a couple minutes
One minute later he called screaming get out.
The.one minute after that he came to the door again knocking and shouting loudly
This was our second stay there this year. Never again!

The front desk employee was rude and disrespectful. Asked for an extra pillow and was told there were none. Really??? On check in, told the elevator was not working. Worked intermittently that night, was also told elevator service costs was 2k. Assumed it would be fixed as we were also told they were sold out the next night.Next night on return to hotel, No out of order sign on the elevator we entered and it was not working so risked getting stuck in the elevator. No employees had name badges including front desk, breakfast attendant, cleaning crew. Customer service was below poor. When we asked about the elevator.We were told we could leave. No offer to move rooms, discount, nothing. The front desk clerk got loud and said we could leave. Other guests heard exchange. I asked for a discount at least for the inconvenience. We went to our room on the 3rd floor and the front desk called our room saying reservation had been canceled and receive a discount. It was approximately 11 pm so i told him we would be leaving in the morning which we did. Awful experience at this hotel, we will not be using this location ever again, hesitant about using any Super 8 or even Wyndham owned properties if this is acceptable employee behavior.

I had specified that I wanted the room with the hot tub! I had kidney stone surgery two weeks ago and had the stent removed on Friday .
I wanted to soak in a warm tub without having issues about getting up from a regular tub !
Instead the reservation showed only for a king size room !
The room was very dusty and the bed was as hard as if I was sleeping on the floor !
Needless to say , I wasn’t a very happy camper !
If it wasn’t for the fact that I had to be at a project ten miles away for Monday morning, I would never have taken the substitute room !

This is a fairly new motel and is tucked away at the end of the street in a commercial area. The beds were comfortable & noise was not an issue.
Some upkeep is needed already. The elevator had a tiled floor and one had been broken with a hole exposing sharp edges. The heating/cooling unit wasn't moving much air so I took a look at the filters & found they were thick with dust (as was the ledge on top of the bed headboard). I cleaned the filters (similar to what you find in a clothes dryer) & all was fine.
We had a long day and slept in but awoke in time to hit the breakfast area. However, the waffle batter was empty and much of the other offerings were consumed. No attendant until right at \"closing time\" for the breakfast area. I did manage to have a bowl of cereal & a banana.

They have bed bugs. When we called to complain, the attendant hung up on me. Pool was out of commission. The entire second floor smelled like body odor and curry. This place is a dump. Waiting to hear back from the county.

This experience was poor from beginning to end. I booked a room that clearly stated it slept 5 only to be told those rooms were all sold out when I arrived. Then, I was given a room that already had an occupant! Imagine his - and my - surprise when I entered his room while was sleeping. When I spoke to the front desk staff, they assured me there was no one in that room, despite the fact that I had just met him. I was then put in another room where I found someone else's dirty laundry still in a drawer. The experience only got worse when I went to have \"hot\" breakfast in the morning, which amounted to a waffle maker and frozen eggs for me to heat up in a dirty microwave. On the positive side, the air conditioning worked and the water was clear.

Most of the towels had brown stains on them. And when the sheet came off the matress there were brown stains all over the mattresses as well. The carpets were matted and hadn't seen a cleaning in a long time. There was no pool access be cause it was drained and empty. If I had spent more time(was out on business) I would have asked for a refund and left.

Come pay $ so you can become violently ill

First room was rank with the smell of smoke and drugs so strong that did induce vomiting. The windows were locked closed and the a/c made things worse. The second room while having a semi recently cleaned sent still smelled of drugs and cigarettes. Though this time I at least did not feel faint upon entry: I did get to move furniture and rewire the tv so I could gain access to the infomercials on their direct tv access as that was the only thing available.

There was a $200 fee for paying at the property instead of prepaying, there was no end time for check in, yet i recieved numerous calls while still traveling and just getting into the town. Vending machine only takes $1s and when you ask front desk for help they act bewildered, pool room was never open and instead seemed to be a break room as one day there were 5-6 men just eating fast food in there, mind you they had a notice of no food or drink being in there, we received no housekeeping the entire time we were there (5 days) and had to reuse dirty towels because there was never front desk staff at the front desk. overall very poor experience, will only come back because of cheap price.

When we got to the room, my 3rd old opened the mini fridge and took a drink out of one of the 3 opened cups that were left opened from the last guess. We also had a huge hornets nest outside of our window. The staff was very nice. The hotel over all was nice. But the house keepers need to double check the rooms. God know what was in that cup.

I was impressed with how clean the entire hotel was. The breakfast bar had a waffle maker and the usual yogurt, cereal, bread for toast and muffins and fruit. Breakfast area was very clean. I will definitely stay here again when making this trip. Thanks to the staff who were so accomplishing
