The property is under mass construction. While that displays commitment to the overall future of the property, it displaces current amenities. It should be better communicated to people who are looking to stay during this transition period.

No pool. No courtyard. Only one working elevator. Apparently the company is switching coffee services for the rooms, so they ran out of regular coffee pods!

First off, they gave us the wrong room. We were supposed to have a room with 2 queen beds, a pull out couch and a kitchen. They did move us to a 2 queen and pull out, but didn't adjust our bill. We had to ask for an extra towel three times, the pool was being renovated and the whole hotel was under major renovations. I understand, but it should be on their website especially the pool not opened. The room was not very clean, it needed vacuumed and the bathroom sink had a full crack inside of it. Just felt it wasn't maintained. I hope with renovations it will be better. The hotel was very loud, doors slamming and people talking in the next room. You could hear everything. We will not stay here again.

Hotels.com royally messed up the reservation and allowed a few dozen people to overbook a fully booked hotel. This review is for the service hotels.com and not the lodge itself. The people at the lodge were desperately trying to handle the booking errors on hotels.com part and were calling every hotel within a 25 mile radius to help out the numerous customers that were basically abandoned by this shady booking service.

First off the pool was not open and that's why we chose that place. The website didn't say it was closed so we were disappointed when we found out. The bed was hard and uncomfortable and I had a bed cralling on me.

The stuff was very helpful. When we got there it was after midnight we walked into the room and find earwigs all over the place and black hair everywhere. There was not much we could do at that hour then we couldn’t even change rooms for they was booked.

Our room had food in the fridge, cobwebs on the lamps, an unknown substance on the bathroom light switch and about 12:30 am a full bedbug was crawling on the sheets. The staff was very helpful about getting us another room and we did get a refund. There was still a lack of ability to sleep afterwards and a lot or work to be done when we got home to ensure we did not bring hitchhikers in to our home.

Inside was very clean, outside needed some sprucing up, but they were actively working on it. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room also very clean and bed and pillows comfortable. Had a couple technical issues key card entry was touchy, bathroom outlet did not work and air-conditioning when it kicked into cool was a bit noisy. We informed the front desk and they wrote it down to be addressed.
Location was perfect.Overall, a positive experience especially for the price.

Elevators didn’t work and the put my room on the 3rd floor. Had to carry bags up and down the stairs. Room wasn’t that clean. No big towels for drying your body. Only face and hand towels. Also, housekeeping kept knocking on door even though the front desk gave me until noon to checkout. They knocked at 3 times starting at 9:30 am (which was 6:30 am PST).

The staff was great. Elevator 1 of 2 was out of order. Back door key entry was out of order. The pool was EMPTY. Breakfast was very limited - Pretty much just a bagel and apples. Bed wasn't comfortable. Cheap rate though.

So when I booked this hotel as a pet friendly hotel, I was not informed that there was a $30 pet fee per pet! Outrageous plus a $50 refundable deposit I was informed when I checked in and did not have the monies on me to pay $140 for the pets! The receptionist said that’s fine. I will wave the fees and I hope I don’t get in trouble! All I had available was $38.94 which she took as the total then proceeded to tell the new receptionist that I did not pay! I am not happy! On top of that one of my dogs is a service dog that does not have to be notified that she’s a service dog. I was informed that my response to the question of.(WHAT TASK DOES YOUR SERVICE DOG PERFORM?) as I began to speak the morning management informed me that my response was not an ADA response! She would not let me speak to what the dog did. I was trying to let her know that my service dog alerts me when my oxygen is low, when I am about to have a panic attack, or my anxiety is increasing, all I got out was that she alerts me when my oxygen is low,! I was interrupted immediately and not able to finish speaking to inform her that for the oxygen she licks the back of my ear, and for the panic attacks and anxiety, she gets on me whether I’m standing or sitting and lanes towards me to calm my panic attacks or anxiety I will be calling the ADA to make sure what the appropriate response for a disabled handler to speak when I asked what task she performs! The management 06/04/26 no respect!!!.

For the price this hotel absolutely exceeded expectations. Was a bit worried since the reviews were pretty varied. The room we had was clean, quiet, and the bed was really comfortable. This stay was remarkable enough for me to leave a review and I don’t do that often.

The original room we received was dirty, hair all over the bathroom and in the tub, but staff were quick (and friendly!) to switch us to a different room after I raised concerns. The building, overall, was a little rundown, but it was fine for a quick weekend trip.

When I arrived, the staff was very helpful and kind, which I appreciated. However, after that initial interaction, I felt neglected. My room was not serviced during my stay, the sheets were not changed, and I had to come downstairs to request fresh towels myself. Basic items such as tissues were not replenished. When I was checking out, a staff member offered to clean the room, but by that point it was no longer helpful since I was leaving. Overall, the service did not meet my expectations, and I was disappointed by the lack of attention to guest needs during my stay.

Hotel staff was great. Room was clean. Hotel seems to be going through a re-model so there is maintenance that is needed. Back door for rear parking-lot did not work and room had missing pieces like closet door and bathroom shelf. But there were workers there every day so it seems like the fixes are in progress.

I stayed here over 20 years ago when it was a Hampton Inn, and the building is looking a little dated. Room was good sized. Lobby was still nice. However, the only breakfast foods were make-your-own waffles, and stale bread products. No fruit or hot foods like eggs, sausage, or potatoes that we were expecting. Swimming pool had been drained and the treadmill was out of order. Glad I wasn’t counting on using those.

The staff was helpful and kind. For the price, the hotel was acceptable. Breakfast was decent. Room was clean, but there was definitely major water damage in the right corner and the wallpaper was falling off the wall. Also it's clear either this particular room was still being repaired (a penciled spot for a picture was on the wall), or the hotel was cool with leaving the walls in disrepair. I wasn't even sure we could stay because I have severe allergies to mold. The hotel itself smells very strongly of mold when walking in, so I was immediately nervous. I will say, it seems maybe that the hotel is slowly repairing itself. But please don't rent rooms with bad water damage to people. That being said, the rest of the room was very clean except a few things. The bed was nice, new, and my husband liked it. The upholstery on the bench was pretty gross, but the microwave and mini fridge and bathroom all were nice and spotless. We would stay again if there was a way we could check to make sure the room had no water damage.

The pool was drained and could not be in use. The bathtub was painted and peeling it could not be used. We had to take a shower as the tub paint peeled at our feet. The breakfast was fine. The staff was helpful when we had no bedding for the pull out couch. The elevator was being reset and we needed to use the stairs twice.

It was okay. It appears that they’re still working through renovations. The pool was closed but appeared to have a new coat of paint. Building materials were still outside of it in the patio. The one elevator was broken. Our bathtub had a lamination or something over it that was ripped - and water was holding between it and the tub. It was fairly clean over all… just obviously amid repairs.
