Very charming room, great location

Nice little hotel in a fantastic location. Staff were great and breakfast ample (although you can get a great breakfast out for a reasonable price anywhere in the city). Our only issue was the size of the room. We expected it to be on the smaller size but this was TINY. We just about cooed for three nights but I wouldn’t recommend it based on this alone. It was pretty but claustrophobic.

Decent hotel, but one issue. We booked because the room was 100 sq ft bigger than other hotels in Paris. Hours before we checked in, we received a message that the hotel overbooked our room and we were getting a smaller/different room. For the inconvenience, we were offered 40 euro/night (3 nights) discount and free breakfast. Great, except I have yet to receive the credit/discount and it’s been 3 weeks. I stayed here several years ago and it was fine. I was very disappointed for a 4 star hotel. Hardly any place to put things, no clock, no instructions on how to use the phone. I could not get the front desk.
The sink area in the bath area had no place to put anything. The water in the shower jumped from cold to scalding!

Location is great, room is TINY! I could barely open my luggage and there was no door to the shower space. The toilet was enclosed in basically a mini closet. No mini fridge. Ok for one person or a couple staying for a few nights. Could hear outside and next room but street is pretty quiet. Overall is OK for the price. But not my favorite. Bed is comfortable.

This was a fun boutique hotel close to The Louvre. It was within walking distance to lots of shops and cafes. The room was spacious and decorated nicely. There was a blow dryer and bathroom amenities from L'Occitane.
We had only two issues. Our main complaint was the bed. My husband and I both had sore backs as the bed was very firm. Shower was also small with a shower enclosure that moved. It was near impossible not to leak water all over the bathroom floor as the shower enclosure did not contain the water and shower was curbless.
Overall impression of this hotel was great. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay again especially if they had mattresses that were more comfortable.

This is a super cute hotel in a superb location and the staff was very nice. We were able to walk from the train station and also walk to many of our destinations. The only time we used the Metro was to go to the Eiffel Tower and that was really simple to use. The reason I'm giving it 3/5 stars is that we returned to our hotel room at 9:30pm in complete darkness, we had to use our cell phone lights to see anything. None of the light switches worked and no one was at the front desk to ask for help. There was a sign with a phone number to call for assistance, but when we called the number a message was played and then it clicked off. There was simply no one to help with this issue. Fortunately, we didn't have much to do and went right to bed. My advice is to make sure you know how to use the lights when you first arrive and someone is at the check-in desk to ask for help, if needed. Other than this, the hotel was fabulous. We had the breakfast package and the food was yummy!

Great staff, awesome location, and great shower were the highlights. Unfortunately the internet connection was terrible during my whole stay (5 days) due to technical issues it seems. Still not acceptable in this day and age. The bed could be more comfortable as well, it is on the firm side (at least for me) and the street on which the hotel is located is quite busy, and the window don't block entirely the outside noises.
