Great hotel to book if you want to stay closer to the centre! I had an overnight layover - took train RER B from CDG to Chatelet Les Halles (massive station, once you are able to exit to street level, easy to navigate to the hotel by Google Maps) - check in was smooth, room was perfect for a solo traveller, with all the amenities . My special moment was the quick walk to Louvre before sunrise, and take in the quietness of the square and don’t forget to wait for the perfect sunrise over Seine. Proximity was perfect!

Room was nice however please note there we not wash clothes in bathroom (towels yes) we asked about them and was told not available. Our room do not have AC was told it is not available in winter. They did provide a small table fan but since no windows to open it still remained hot in room. The room also only has two outlets in room. We did not take advantage of breaksfast since it was 17 Euro per person per day. The location was great and centrally located to sites. All long as you only plan to sleep in the room and not looking for a lot of amenities this is the hotel to choose.

If you require a wheelchair to get around, I wouldn’t choose this hotel. There is a no ramp to get to the door step. The accessible room we were given could not fit a walker through the door, much less a wheelchair. The accessible shower still requires a step up with the no bars for holding. Separating the shower and toilet only makes the rooms smaller to maneuver through. Elevator is only big enough to fit a person in a wheelchair, no bags or other people can fit if the person you’re with needs assistance.

Otherwise, front desk and cleaning staff were nice and helpful.

Besides the accessible room not really being all that accessible, it was still a nice room.

It’s a fantastic location, within walking distance of The Lourve and several very good and well priced restaurants and bars whether you turn left or right out the door. A Pharmacie is right around the corner as well. Close to a lot of good shopping.

Overall it was a good experience, but we would not recommend for wheelchair users that have no ability to stand.

A perfect location for a Paris trip. Staff was helpful when require. Breakfast was good but lacked variety (if you are staying more than couple days it becomes boring).
Room was great in space but there was slight musty odour and one of the window shutter could not be shut.

Lovely hotel conveniently located near Louvre museum. The room was fine but it was a bit too hot at night and there was rubbish from previous guests left under the bed, so please clean thoroughly if you’re reading. Nevertheless, this was very good stay.

The staff was friendly and location was ideal. The 2 things that will deter me from booking again is the shower was extremely small. Literally 24x24. Even my teenager could barely fit. Lastly because it is so close to the metro you can hear and feel every time a train passed.

This is a budget hotel. The rooms are small, bathrooms are tiny. The staff was friendly the breakfast simple but good. The location was fantastic. Lots of cafes in the area to walk to. Close to the metro and the Louvre. I recommend this hotel. It's not a luxury hotel but it was wonderful for us. Air-conditioning was available.

We liked the location and the room was fine except the shower was horrible. Not only was there no way to keep water confined to the shower, it was oriented such that the angled roof made it impossible to stand up straight. One should never have to take a shower bent over the entire time.

I found this property lovely! Its proximity to the Louvre was why I chose it stay at and it did not disappoint. I was impressed there was an elevator (yes, it’s small- but it’s Europe) and I appreciated that there was an option for breakfast. The room was all I needed as a single traveller. AC worked great and kept the room comfy.

The hotel was decent. It was clean and the staff were very helpful. Our room literally had the smallest shower I have ever seen. You couldn’t even turn around in it. You had to open the doors and then water got all over the floor. There was only 1 English tv channel and it was cnn. Otherwise the hotel was fine.

The bathroom is so small that 6 feet tal person cannot get in. It is impossible to seat on a toilet to any normal size person. Try to get out of the shower and you will have very painful experience. The air conditioning unit on a hot night will automatically switch to heating even if the termostate is set up at 12 degree centigrade. The pillows are literally disasters. They were made of stones. Enjoy your stay. And this is for 300 dollars per night. You can by torture cheaper.

Amazing location! A block from the Louvre! Room was clean and the twin room was comfortable (small by US standards)! Surrounded by cafes, bakery and grocery around the corner, shopping mall 3-4 blocks away. Bolt service was an excellent option for getting around. Bus stop less than a block away. Thought 20€ a day was a little steep for breakfast and just grabbed a crescent around the corner. The area was very safe, never felt uneasy in the least.

The hotel was everything we were looking for to have a comfortable and convenient location near attractions. We stayed for 10 days and really enjoyed our stay. But yes the phone in the room does not work but the front desk doesn’t answer the phone even when placing a call from your cellphone. But everyone we encountered at the front desk was friendly and efficient. We had to ask for toilet paper and towels every time we needed some but we kept the sign of do not disturb on our door at all times. We did not have any breakfasts there as our reservation did not include breakfast so can’t review the food. I saw some reviews with issues with temperature in the room being too hot, the heater and ac is in Celsius so keep that in mind. Would definitely recommend!

Beautiful hotel close to Le Louvre and two metro stations, ideal for a tourist ready to explore the whole city of Paris.
I really enjoyed the comfortable and clean room, super clean and modernly furnished. Notice: if you are a big or tall person the bathroom might be too small for you. I am 1.58 meters and my knees touched the wall while seating at the toilet, and the shower is very narrow.

The staff are very helpful and efficient at least Louvre timhotel. We were in the family room on top floor and one veluxe window has a blind 👍. But the other doesn't so can wake you up with daylight in the morning early. We recommend pizza restaurant casa fiesta excellent staff service there only 2 minutes walk in next street. The lift is tiny don't overload it. It's a pricey hotel, but you will have a job to get closer for the money.

Perfect location. We were only in town for less than 24 hrs. We generally stay at a hotel around the corner but there was no availability. Our room door had so many bruises and the top didn’t even connect to the frame. Inside felt like hell. There are 2 heaters in the tiny space. It was too hot for us to breathe. We dropped our bags and informed the front desk on our way out (2pm) and they adjusting. I asked that they turn the air on. When we returned that night around 10pm it was even hotter. I propped the door open with our suitcase. Window was stuck. Eventually went down to complain again and the guy came and opened the window turned off the heaters. He said it was 50C. We barely slept because we were sweating through the night even w/ the windows open. It was a low of 20C that night I believe. It was still hot when we woke up. No concessions were made… just “sorry about that”. We checked out just before 6am.

Overall I had a good experience at Timhotel, staff were kind and the facilities were very good (good sized rooms, comfortable beds, good heating facilities, nice bathrooms, reasonable cupboard space and an in-room safe).

The hotel is within close walking distance of the Louvre and there are many good cafes and restaurants around the corner (including traditional boulangeries selling classical french food) and a good sized shopping mall nearby - Westfield Forum Des Halles.

Overall I had a good stay, the only slight negative as the cleanliness as some areas of the room were dusty (e.g. sliding panels for the bunkbeds) however hotel staff were friendly and receptive to feedback.

The hotel is affordable at this time of year (mid-December). It is in the heart of Paris, next to the Louvre Museum, the Royal Jarden, and other significant sights like Notre Dame Cathedral. The hotel is old and tiny. In the end, we do not need a hotel; we need its surroundings.

Amazing location being just a 5min walk away from the Louvre & Arch de Triomphe. The stay was so friendly & being 7 months pregnant the bed was super comfortable. Our room even had a fun bunk bed that our daughter loved! Cafes & restaurants on every corner. Would stay again!

Hotel did not have AC because we were told that they were in winter and it can't be used. The room window was broken and couldnt be opened. There were no hand towels and the phone to reception was broken. Only good thing about it was the location.
