Great hotel staff and a great location in the 1st/4th arrondisment area. A little quirky in that if you need towels, toilet paper, etc, you go get them yourself. Also, our room floor was quite dusty even after they cleaned. The only real issue was the ac temp is locked so our room got warm as we got quite a bit of sunlight. Not a bad thing except making the room warm. We left the balcony door open in the evenings to help cool the room. We never tried the breakfast but the 24 hour coffee service was fantastic!

The design and decoration of the room looks modern and contemporary. The room layout is very nice and practical. The kitchen has plenty and usable counter top space. The bathroom has big shower space, but it eats up too much space for the bathroom sink and toilet.

The location is very convenient to Metro and RER train lines access. However, our room could hear a low-frequency humming noise from the trains passing through the station, especially at night. Because it is very low-frequency, it did not bother our sleep, but if you are a very light sleeper, this may be a problem for you.

We stayed here for 5 days. Upon checkin we were informed that no service would be provided in the room. We could pick up towels from the comfort room and also sheets if we needed a change. We made our own beds! Other than that everything was fine.

From the moment we arrived to the hotel, we felt very Welcome. Especially the young lady who Checked Us (Sorry, I forgot to ask for her name). She was extremely pleasant & so patient with me. Since, I was totally jet lagged & not coherent. I love the free coffee they had available. The area was absolutely Brilliant! Close to restaurants, cafes & supermarkets. Great size room Paris, kitchenette was perfect size and well appointed. Very nice bathroom. Seems like the rooms were recently renovated? Location was great for subway and was walking distance to great shopping and restaurants. Staff were always very helpful!
It is a very lively (noisy) area in the evenings but the courtyard room was surprisingly quiet. Overall, great value for central Paris.

This was so easy to get to, near so much especially restaurants for the evenings. The staff were very welcoming and able to answer any of our questions. The apartment was exactly what we needed, well maintained and clean. It was surprisingly quiet given how busy things get outside. The staff at Citadines Les Halles Paris was great. The staff was always friendly. They were going to give us a room on the 2nd floor, but we wanted something on a higher floor. There was a small delay, & after a little bit of pressing on my part, they gave us a room on the 4th floor. Great view!! The room was clean & had a small kitchen. The bathroom was spacious & the shower was wonderful.

Very central area and has a good nightlife for eating out or drinking on a patio late at night. One thing we were unaware, surprised about was that it’s a self service hotel and daily turn downs/fresh towels/linens were not included. But they had a self service room to refresh towels and whatever you needed. We honestly didn’t mind it at all and preferred not having a maid come in daily. There was also a fully stocked kitchenette with a stovetop and dishwasher so you’re able to cook a small meal if you like. Concierge was great and always helpful. As it’s located outside a square, it can get loud at night for young kids but overall a fun and lively spot. Would recommend.

Heart of all food and shopping, walkable to museums and a long walk to tower.

A/c like many places is ok ( not bad) for one small person, bearable prior to heat waves early july. It goes to 18.5 but at night was nice. But ut want too hot outside. Have not gone in heat wave season to know.

Beautiful renovated shower glass, 2 shower heads and easybto use dials.

Comfy bed and light duvet. Fully open balcany doors no nets no bugs when i went.

Housekeeping once per week but fully available towels and soap if needed.

Gym, meeting room and tables.

Pets welcome, but no not leave in room when you are not there. Possible fee, check website or call.

Would stay again !

My mom and I stayed here for a week. It was our first time in Paris. This hotel was wonderful. It was in a really great location in the first arrondissement. Only 12 minutes’ walk from Notre Dame and maybe 15 minutes’ walk from the Louvre. The staff were so warm and helpful and spoke English. The hotel was very clean and bright. Our room was a studio with a kitchenette. It had everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again. Our room opened onto the square the Fountain des Innocents - very pretty.

Chain hotel in Paris and I picked this location due to its proximity to the city center.
The staff was fast and efficient and checked in and everything was smooth.
We were surprised that it had a full kitchen with a cooktop. Too bad we could not utilize it since we were out the whole time enjoying Paris.
The room was huge with a full living area and the beds were clean and spotless.
Countless number of supermarkets, restaurants and bars are within walking distance of all genders of food. Small markets plazas and even Westfield Mall that is connected to Les Chatelet metro station, right beyond us. About 10 mins walking to Notre Dame cathedral and about 25 mins to the Louvre museum 🖼️.
Would stay again.

Really enjoyed our stay at Citadines Les Halles - the location was perfect for us due to the central location. The apartment was tastefully decorated and well equipped. The star of the while stay for us was the shower - no confusion about the activating the rainfall or the handheld.

The only negative for us was the lack of the connection to the WiFi for 24 hours toward the end of our stay.

Louis and Ivan were really helpful during check-in and for the entirety of our stay. Would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is somewhat no-frills - don't expect room service or daily turndowns. However, for an extended vacation, it's as close to being at your own apartment as possible. Clean towels are available - you'll just have to go get them. However, no wash cloth - so bring your own. The staff is helpful and extremely nice. Hotel is just steps away from a Metro station, making travel around Paris very convenient.

I found it inconvenient that we needed to refill our bottle water at the ground floor... I think if Citadines wants customers to refill, then they should have a water dispenser in each floor... there were times I was in my Pajamas already and I had to go down just to refill. Or perhaps there can be an area wherein we can just get new bottles filled with water already and just deposit the empty botttles...

location is it’s best feature for Paris.

Property is located in a great area in Paris providing easy access to the metro and bus or taxis. Front desk Staff were all very helpful in navigating the metro, recommending restaurants, etc. and spoke English.
We found the beds quite hard and a bit lumpy. The weather was warm when we were there but the property had a lowest set point for the thermostat at 22C. It was very warm in the room and hard to sleep. We spoke to the front desk and they changed it to 19 for us. Just a note…don’t touch the thermostat once it’s changed or it defaults back to 22 and you have to get the front desk to adjust it again.
I was under the assumption that breakfast was included with our stay. When we checked in no mention was made that there was a charge for breakfast. I feel that is something that should be told to guests. When we checked out there was an additional charge we had to pay since we ate there every day of our 6 night stay. I thought it was a lot of money for what they offered in my opinion. It was just your typical scrambled eggs, sausage, some cheeses & cold meats. They offered bread, pastries, cereal, limited fruit as well. The location of the property and staff is its best selling feature for this property.

if you pay for it. The room is spacious with fully equipped kitchen and a nice bathroom. They have a laundry room but for some reason the downloaded apps did not work for me. The hotel is well located in Les Halles right across the major Metro/RER station (Chatelet Les Halles) at a large pedestrian square filled with restaurants and shopping incl.a big mall. The hotel, however, was not able to check us in to the one bedroom at the check-in time 3pm due to some cleaning issue on their end. After about 40 min later, they were able to provide us with 2 separate studio rooms for my daughter and me with no extra charge, and my daughter was so happy to get her own room for once at a hotel! Overall, this is a great extended stay hotel and I will stay with them again.

The rooms are just fine. Small but nicely laid out efficiency suites. The issue is with the staff. Water was shut off for 3 days from 10-4 which was terrible. This was planned but not communicated to guests in advance. If I had known I would have stayed elsewhere. In addition l, repair people entered my room while I was sleeping and continued to work even when he saw were were in the bedroom. Creepy to say the least. Desk staff did not apologize at all for either thing. At the very least they should have provided bottled water, and perhaps comped part of the stay or offered a free breakfast or something at all. Just a shrug of the shoulders as if to say, “so what do you want me to do about it” tough S$$t. Terrible staff with no social skills at all. It’s a fairly expensive property so I would expect a lot better. Stay somewhere else.

I was concerned when I read the area around Chatelet Les Halles was too busy but once we were checked in I was even more confused. From the hotel the metro station and a few blocks of wonderful cafes were immediately accessible, and we were walkable to so many Paris attractions. Our last night we discovered the "busy" area of Les Halles to the north east of the hotel toward Le Centre Pompidou, and while it was busy we never felt unsafe. Our room itself was wonderfully updated and perfect to sleep 3 people. The twin sleeper in the living area was comfortable, the water closet for the toilet was appreciated, and there was well thought of storage, mirrors, and a table seating area. The kitchenette was nicely appointed as well. The staff spoke English and was helpful, there was free coffee, hot chocolate and filtered water in the lobby. We also used the laundry facility and it was extremely appreciated.

Perfect for solo travel/females

Travel led from the US as a 30yr F solo. Hotel was conveniently located, clean, safe, and quiet. The water got hot super quick, outlets in bathroom, spacious room, and laundry room onsite. You need a key card to enter in the building during the day on weekends and after 11pm which made me feel very safe.

The tile in the shower was a beautiful green color.
