Staff and location are wonderful and that’s where it all ENDS. Shower is awful and water gets everywhere and no it’s not one of those bathrooms where the drain is in the middle of the bathroom. Beds had our backs hurting the whole time. We can feel the springs in our backs. Room got incredibly hot and was told to “open the window”. That wouldn’t be a problem if we were not on the 2nd floor and staircase was right next to our window. That’s a safety risk. Again location is amazing and staff was really nice. We wouldn’t stay here again.

Stayed for a week at this hotel. The first 3 days in a regular room and the rest in the penthouse suite. The regular room is compact in the way that many hotel rooms are in Paris. Everything in the room worked and the internet was fast. The penthouse was to die for. Best room I’ve had in Paris and this is my 18th visit. The view from the private rooftop is spectacular. Huge shower (for Paris)

Rooms are small and smell like moisture. The room that was given to us had mold all over the ceiling(that they tried to cover with paint but mold was still showing through) and paint on the wall bubbling from water leakage. To top it off it didn’t have a proper shower, it had a tub with handle that you would have to sit to shower. This is not 4 star. It’s 2 star at best. The only good thing about this place is location right next to metro.

We are older and Jasmine went out of her way to set us up with transportation options and Uber app. She patiently explained everything to us and even offered to go with us to the metro station. She provided my wife with a metro card that some previous travelers left and told us how to load it. We left it with her for some other traveler after we were done. Bustling Area of Paris
This is a charming hotel near many popular sites. The staff was kind and helpful, and the breakfast was very satisfactory. We were on the 5th floor overlooking the bustling cafes, which made the evenings very loud, but we also very much enjoyed the quintessential Paris experience because of this. We enjoyed this location for ease of access to Notre Dame, the Louvre, the Seine, and the Chatelet Les Halles shopping and metro.

Fabulous Paris location!
Location was fabulous and the staff was amazing! The only drawback to me was tiny bathroom and no shower curtain or glass door…showering was an adventure to keep from drenching the entire bathroom. Cool boutique hotel in a great location for shopping, cafes. It’s also near a train station where you can get the train to CDG airport. We were there for one night but would stay there again. Breakfast is included and was a typical French continental breakfast which was very good.

Location is perfect if you are visiting most museums like de Louvre, st chapelle, Hotel Deville, Notre Dame, the seine river is just 2 blocks away, Even the Pantheon is within walking distance. Different metro, RER and bus stops within 1 block distance. Hotel is clean, room was clean, I read many reviews complaining of being too small but ours had good space and even a balcony, never felt cramped. Room had a 18th century decoration which match the decoration all around the hotel (saw some reviews complaining about that but that’s the style hotel chose). Breakfast: had a variety of options, eggs, sausage, bean, salami ham, different kind of cheese and pastry. Also yogurt and juices. Overall excellent experience at this hotel. Would return to this hotel when coming back to Paris.

The receptionist was super professional and friendly. We found a pack of French sweets and 2 bottles water in our room. The room was small but I guess this is European standard in the city.

Located on a lively pedestrian zone with tons of dining options right next to a metro stop for easy access to anywhere in Paris. The room is comfortable with good air conditioning. Notre Dame is only about a 5 minute walk from the hotel. We stayed 5 nights and would definitely stay there again if we ever return to Paris.

This is my second experience, and I really recommend this Hotel Boutique, it is small but clean, very well located, easy to walk to main points of the city such as Louvre Museum, Notre Dame, next to metro station like Chatelet, and Chatelet Les halles, multiple great restaurants, and the area is beautiful and safe. From the 19th to the 24th of November, I stayed at Hotel Ducs D’Anjou in Paris (Room 64). This hotel was advertised as a four-star establishment. However, my experience there starkly contradicted this classification. Key amenities that were lacking included a functional bar, a reliable internet connection crucial for business activities, and access to international TV channels.
I raised these issues with the hotel's front desk manager on the 22nd of November. Despite acknowledging these shortcomings, there has been no subsequent action or response from the hotel management, even after repeated promises to address my concerns. This lack of response is not only disappointing but also undermines the trust I place in the accommodations booked through your platform.
I honestly feel rather humiliated not only by the low level of this hotel establishment but more, by the lack of basic manners to answer my emails after three written promises that a manager will do this accordingly.
I assure you that I am escalating this matter to the French tourism authorities as this hotel, by French law, should never be advertised as 4 stars.

small room for single, but was big enough and comfortable. bathroom was tight, more specifically shower room space was very tight. other than that, check-in process was quick (it was all ready when i check-in), good service and great, great, location to Metro, Louvre, Notre-Dame... i walked to them. Minor though but the rooms could be better laid out. This no doubt is limited due to the unusual layout of the walls. Its also very hot in the rooms. Which is great when it was snowing and in the -ve temp figures outside.
The replenishment of tea, coffee and bottles of water wasn't consistent. I guess you could ask reception for some but its a bit of a pain if you're tired after a long day out.
The bed was comfortable and bedding, pillows and towels all great quality too.

Breakfast was great in a very cozy/French basement style area. The Metro entrance is very close but remember the exit number since the station has too many exit points.
