I would rate this hotel as a 4-star property rather than a 5-star. The rooms feel somewhat dated and do not meet the quality typically expected of a five-star hotel. However, they do meet the expectations of a solid four-star hotel overall.

The hotel is well-designed, meticulously maintained, and the staff is very responsive. When we pointed out that we were given a room that didn't match the description on Expedia website, the manager immediately made it right, even though it it seemed the error was Expedia's, not the hotel's. We really appreciated that level of service.

The staff at the hotel were very accommodating from the minute we checked in until check out. We only stayed one night before heading to another city but we were thrilled with the accommodations. Large, well appointed rooms, very clean and modern. The rooftop area was gorgeous with views of the water. Dinner and breakfast were very good with a nice variety on the menu.

This was a lovely hotel in a convenient area. Rooms were clean and modern, good shower etc. the staff were really helpful and friendly. Lovely roof terrace with amazing city and sea views.
HOWEVER we stayed on the 4th floor and the noise from the bar upstairs was INSANE! Why a hotel of this quality haven’t thought to soundproof the rooms below is beyond me. We were warned about a party happening on one of the nights of our stay which we appreciated but we didn’t expect the noise level of 200 18 year olds and a DJ to be quite the level they were, our windows were actually rattling from the bass!!!
What annoyed us was the same thing happening the night after with a live singer and disco music once again so loud! I didn’t expect that level of poor sleep from a 5 star Hilton hotel! Such a shame as the rest of our experience was really good, we would have definitely stayed again had it not been for the noise…

Naples is tough city , it can shock you your first time , staying at the Bonart Hilton makes the trip to naples totally worth it , the rooms were spotless , and the view was astonishing , the connecting capacity of the rooms made the family experience unforgettable , thank you

This property is perched at the top of a beautiful neighborhood with incredible views of Mt Vesuvius, the Amalfi cost and even Capri in the distance. Very modern with multiple push button rain shower, auto lights and other modern features in the room. We had a virtual suite which means they convert the sitting room into a full king size bed since we were traveling with our daughter. The rooftop and restaurant were excellent in both service and views. Very happy with the hotel and will look to stay there again.

We arrived with an anxious 9yr old at 430pm to be told that we cant access the pool because you need to reserve pool times. Instead we sat in the scalding hot room for the night with non-functioning air conditioning and a staff that refused to come to the room to help. We wouldve booked elsewhere and wont return.

Haven in busy Napoli. Friendly, helpful staff and top spec clean rooms. Easy road access but at least fifteen minutes walk/funicular to get to cafes, shops etc. Book spa access slot in advance (free to guests), had it all to ourselves for 45 mins, which is nice, but they only switch it on as per bookings, so steam room and jacuzzi were not very warm when we used it.

The property is far from the history centre and there are limited dining options within walking distance but the stunning views, peaceful property and friendly staff makes up for it. If you enjoy walking, there are lots of restaurants within 20-25 minute walking distance.

Beautiful views of Naples and lovely lobby. The room itself seemed a bit shabby - the bathroom fixtures were loose (the sink faucet would sink down by itself after lifting it up), and there was barely any sink space to place toiletries. We also requested an accessible room since my partner just had surgery, and the toilet was located 1-2cm away from the shower, making it impossible to use the toilet without moving the shower walls around - which was not impossible, just inconvenient and poorly designed and thought out. The room itself was small but cozy with lovely views of the sea. The hotel location is on a busier road so it can be inconvenient to get around

The hotel borders the street and traffic is loud . Some hotels have sound proof windows but not here where you can expect to be woken up every few minutes by motorcycles etc .

Everything was exceptional except that use of the pool/jacuzzi on the 6th floor wasn’t communicated on the bookings that would be accessible for 50 euros per person for maximum 3 hours. When you advertise a hotel with a pool should be free of charge.
Also mini bar items extremely expensive

The view, bed, breakfast, service, peacefulness of the hotel was great. The only thing that we thought could be improved was the dinner menu. We ate there twice, both times due to nothing available in tha area and we were tired. One night they did not check the weather and we had to eat outside in chilly air.

Hotel room was above average. There was disputed charges on the bill at checkout. There was a room service charge and we didn't use room service during the stay. There was a dining charge and I paid cash. Be aware of the final bill at checkout!

I stay with short but lovely.. Angela the reception manager checked us in and she was amazing. There was a taxi strike in the morning so the hotel arranged a private car for us and we were before the breakfast hours so Angel also arranged box breakfasts for us which were fantastic. Room was large and beautiful loved the two full-sized beds put together.

We reserved a room for THREE people. But they only left us two towels, two cups, two teas, two pairs of sandals. We asked for a bottle of water, they refused to give it to us.

At least the breakfast is great and the hotel is located in a very convenient area.

Easily one of, if not the best option for your stay in Napoli. In the \"Hilton brand tradition\", there's always something stupid that does not make any sense, like charging you €10 for a can of Coke, but other than that, it is easily your best choice.

Nicely kept and decorated property. The room had a beautiful view of water, was spacious and clean. My only negative comment, and it’s personal preference, were the sheets on the bed. They were not soft and made of a linen like material. Everything else was outstanding.

Staff was lovely. Not a luxury hotel at all. Not a convenient location, actually surrounded by not the nicest area in Naples. Clean hotel, yes, new, yes, lacking charm, very corporate and overly expensive food for what it is. More expensive than a Michelin Starred restaurant -
Again, lovely staff. But the hotel has no charm, it's all new but small not comfortable rooms, even though they look big on the pictures.

Hotel was nice. Just not a 5* in my opinion, I would say more of a 4. Hotel room was large but with a view onto backstreets, you can pay extra for a sea view. We opted for a stay with breakfast included which was very disappointing, there was not much to chose from. It was a very average breakfast and not what I was expecting for the ranking of this hotel and the price paid. One thing as a standard I would have expected water in the room to be replenished daily as with other places we have stayed in the Curo Collection, however we received 1 bottle of still and 1 sparkling on the day we arrived and nothing further. We understand we could add it to the room charge from the mini bar for 5-8€ per bottle, but I would have thought this could have been a basic item provided. There is a jacuzzi on the 6th floor with roughly 8 sun loungers on. View is lovely up there. However, you must reserved and can only spend 2hours up there which is a facility heavily marketed by the hotel before we stayed and is not quite as expected. I found the facilities to be limited at this hotel, I would have expected a spa of some kind, but I understand there was a gym of some kind which I did not visit. Service was hit and miss, we experienced some very slow service when asking for drinks etc even when there was only me at the bar but coffees came quickly during breakfast. I must say though the Nic Bar staff were lovely.
Overall, the stay was pleasant but very average.

I spent 2 days at the property with my adult son. The staff was exceptionally friendly, the facilities were immaculate and the rooms were very modern. Beautiful views from roof deck and restaurant, 10 minute walk downhill to restaurants, located 15 min cab ride from centro.. a bit isolated, but far more quiet.. very pleasant stay, would keep on short lust

This is an incredible hotel in a beautiful city. We spent four days here after a whirlwind tour of Italy and they made sure we returned home rested. The food is delcious and the service was better than I’ve ever experienced. Our every need was attended too. On the morning we were supposed to leave for the airport there was a taxi strike and but the staff got us to the airport on time despite it all. This was an out of this world experience. If you stay, make sure to reserve some time at the solarium and tell Roberto at the rooftop restaurant we said Ciao! Amo Napoli!

Lovely Location and Views

Lovely hotel with fantastic views over the city out to sea.
The hotel is a bit out the way of the hustle and bustle touristy areas, which was great after a day of walking around, you could sit on the roof terrace in the peace and quiet and enjoy a coffee or cocktail.

This hotel is in a great area for bars and restaurants, just 10 - 20 minutes walk away from many options.

Adriana, the Front of House person who welcomed us was fantastic! This trip was a belated birthday trip for my husband and she amazingly offered us a room upgrade to the top floor to enjoy those spectacular views! Additionally, she was super helpful with what to see, where to go etc. Thank you Adriana!

Our last night was dampened by some people partying in their room next door (which I assume isn't the norm for a hotel like this), but we just phoned Reception and they sorted it out for us.

Overall, a lovely mini break in a lovely setting!

The sea-facing balcony view was perfect, and the hotel is beautiful. Not in a very walkable neighborhood, which is good for some peace in chaotic Naples. We weren’t expecting the 80 Euro per person fee to use the rooftop jacuzzi, but the overall stay was delightful.
