This hotel is in a great location. So close to the Louvre and other attraction. The staff are friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean and well appointed. They were renovating during the day, and the staff pre-apologized for any inconvenience, but there was never really any inconvenience. We used the pull out couch bed and it was comfortable. Very positive stay.

The breakfast is not worth 25Euro and freshness and cleanliness questionable. The hotel is very convenient. The rooms are comfy and quiet and clean but the hotel has zero amenities and has alot of construction on lower level. It’s over priced for a hotel whose facade is essentially boarded up.

The property was under renovation whilst this was not communicated to us before our stay. This was not an inconvenience but we would have chosen a different property should we have known. We were told by staff that this was the case for the past year and looks like it needs more time to finish!

Having said this this hotel is super centrally located and very convenient close to amenities.

The photos on hotels.com are nothing close to reality especially given the renovation being undertaken

Hot water in the shower is warm at best!

The location is definitely the best part of this hotel and was worth it for convenience. However, the service and room cleanliness were disappointing. I stayed for four nights, and housekeeping never came unless I repeatedly asked. At one point, an employee even placed a “Do Not Disturb” sign on the outside of my door so they wouldn’t have to service the room. I had to speak with a manager just to get the room cleaned and receive fresh towels. They were also doing construction during my stay, so there was loud banging early in the mornings, making it far from peaceful. While the location was perfect, the poor service, lack of cleanliness, and noise made the overall experience frustrating.

Although going through some renovations this hotel was just what we needed for our short stay in Paris. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Wonderful French breakfast! Taxi service on-site. Our King room was perfectly laid out. Great bed and very quiet. Convenient location for all sights in Paris.

Location is perfect to go around the city with a lot of restaurants and bars all around.

The hotel is under reconstruction.

The social areas are limited, not bar inside hotel, no complementary water in the rooms, no body cream, or any regular items for a hotel of this class.

Staff very kind and ready to help.

Room service take too long to provide anything requested (i.e. 90 minutes to get a iron press).

The hotel was undergoing renovations during our stay, so the exterior was not very appealing. We stayed on the first floor, and unfortunately the view from our window was disappointing—it overlooked a lower rooftop that had visible garbage.

That said, the room itself was clean and comfortable, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the lounge was decent. Overall, I would still recommend this hotel, but a key drawback—at least for our room—was the unpleasant window view.

GOOD: Staff were courtesy, helpful, and professional. Location very central. Only 10 minute walk to Louvre. A boulangerie and little supermarket only 50 meters from the main entrance. Metro entrance only 20 meters away.

BAD: Rooms are in bad shape. The carpet is the worst I've ever seen in any hotel room of any level. NO slippers were provided by the hotel too. The cabinetry that holds the safebox has the laminate peeled off so that the particle board underneath is exposed. The door hinge is bent out of shape too. For a room that's supposed to house 4 people, the amenities were sparse. Only 2 rolls of toilet paper per day (we ended up using up both rolls in less than a day). So we had to constantly request more rolls. The mini-fridge is fully stocked with pricy drinks, leaving no room for our own drinks. The hallways are dark, dingy, with exposed wires (this can NOT be to building code standards in Paris or any other city). Even the carpeting in the hallway have areas that are cut away, exposing the wood subflooring underneath. Breakfast was okay. But the 4 coffee machines were inadequate. Always a line, and at least one of the machines were not working properly or there weren't enough coffee beans in the hopper to make a full cup of espresso. Also, the self-serve open jars of jam/marmelade/Nutella next to the breads were covered with flies everyday and there were no attempts to rid them. Needless to say, we never used these.

Will never stay here again.

Fantastic location but the hotel is currently undergoing major renovation meaning that they are missing a lot of the amenities that you would expect - bar, shop, etc. Large area of the hotel is boarded off and there is constant construction noise, etc. Frankly, I would have expected a discount on the usual rate due to these inconveniences. Staff were very good though.

The room was spacious, comfortable and clean and the location is excellent.
There are, however, extensive renovations happening. The “corridor” to the dining room is awful and the drilling was loud (this is confined to specific times and not too early.) The biggest issue was that there was no name on the hoarding surrounding the hotel, so it took us ages to find it! Totally avoidable first impression.
We would definitely return once work is completed but not at the moment.

The hotel’s condition was noticeably below expectations. The property appears quite worn, with carpets that are significantly aged—more so than what I’ve encountered in hotels of far lesser stated quality. Given the price point, the overall state of the facilities was surprising and difficult to justify.

Breakfast, which we only attempted once, was particularly disappointing. Despite being included, the experience felt chaotic and poorly managed. Food items were frequently empty, and it was challenging to find staff available to replenish them. The breakfast area itself was extremely crowded, making it difficult to enjoy the meal at all. While the inclusion of breakfast is appreciated in theory, in practice it did not meet even basic expectations since we had to go buy food at a nearby cafe when staff were too busy to replenish breakfast items after a considerable wait.

I was looking for a good deal on a great location for this stay, so it was a delight to get there and find the hotel to be top notch. The staff members were professional, helpful, and friendly, abd the room was a lovely place to crash between outings. The popcorn in the lobby and generally friendly atmosphere enhanced the experience for the whole family.

The room did not get cool, unfortunately, which I prefer for sleeping, but it was possible to open the window. Also, no attention was paid to the coffee machine, and as such, it needed to be emptied and therefore did not work. Unfortunately, I had to ask multiple daily for refresher of milk, coffee pods, and even coffee cups. Otherwise, the experience was excellent, as was the location.

Great location and overall a pleasant stay. The place doesn’t have a sauna, the gym was under renovation (so I had to use the neighbouring hotel’s gym), and it was a bit difficult to find due to minimal signage. That said, the service was exceptional — Cristina, David, and Gabryella were all fantastic. A special shoutout to Leah for going out of her way to ensure vegan food options were covered. Their hospitality really stood out and made up for the inconveniences.

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, within walking distance of everything we wanted to see and do. The hotel was very clean, and the staff were lovely and extremely helpful throughout our stay.

We arrived after spending a night at another hotel that we had to leave early due to poor conditions, so we were especially relieved to find such a welcoming and comfortable place. The hotel was in the middle of renovations, but it didn’t bother us at all. In fact, I believe we were given a newly renovated room on the third floor, which was very spacious and comfortable.

After our experience with the first hotel, where the online photos were very misleading, we were hesitant about staying elsewhere in Paris. This hotel completely restored our confidence. The property was wonderful and located in a vibrant area.

It’s close to the Louvre and Notre Dame, with plenty of shopping nearby, including high end designer stores. There are also many great restaurants in the area. It’s a lively and enjoyable neighborhood to stay in, especially if it’s your first time visiting Paris.

We would highly recommend this hotel.

Staff was very nice and helpful. Special shout out to Cristina the Guest Relations Manager. She greeted us and made our stay special. The room was nice and spacious. The location is perfect. Steps away from the subway and train station so it was easy transportation from Disneyland and an easy return back to Charles De Gaulle airport. The building is under construction so it was initially tricky to locate. The breakfast buffet had a good variety of yummy options. Walking distance to a large mall and lots of restaurants and asian foods.

We had a great experience from the moment we arrived! We were dropped off by our car at the bottom of the stairs outside the hotel, and the man at the door came running over to help us with all of our luggage. He assisted in, not only getting it into the lobby, but also up to our room. Everyone was extremely welcoming and helpful during our entire stay. Hotel was in a great location in the city and very convenient to everywhere we wanted to go. Staff was always eager to assist with directions and even ordered the car for us for our return to the airport. Even during renovations, the hotel was very clean and we did not encounter any issues. Our only complaint was that the mattress was super lumpy. It did not allow for a good nights sleep, but we absolutely loved the hotel and will stay there again when we go back to Paris!

Premium location; nice facility. However, we spent 3 nights at the hotel and the house cleaning staff did not clean the room even once. First day, we asked the staff to clean the room at 3:30 pm instead of 1:30 pm. The room was not cleaned. The second day, the cleaning staff checked rhe cleaning log without cleaning the room. It took us two extra trips to the front deck in the evening just to get some fresh towels. We brought the issue to their attention and were promised follow up via email afterwards. Guess that follow up email was “lost” in transit. Overall service significantly below standard.

This is our second time staying at this hotel. The location is perfect, with the metro right outside the hotel doors and many, many restaurants, cafes, and shopping just a few steps away. This is a very energetic area. Although the hotel is under construction, it was not an inconvenience - hallways and rooms are due for a refresh. Staff was friendly and helpful and the rooms are equipped with a coffee machine, which is a real plus.

The room advertised that it had air conditioning and it didn’t. The heat had to be turned off in our room and we needed to keep our window open the entire stay. Construction was right outside our room, literally!! They started welding at 8 am.
The shower was glass and see through into our room so for a family of 4 adults it was very inconvenient. My husband had to leave when my 2 adult daughters needed to shower and my daughters and I had to leave when he took a shower. What an absolute annoyance!! No where in the write ups did I see the shower mentioned so I hope people see this.
The positives were the staff and the breakfast.

Hotel under construction, horrible smell of burnt metal at the lobby and even on the 6th floor, noise of construction during the day made it difficult to get any rest (to be fair, construction didn’t star too early or go until too late).. heating didn’t work, told the front desk and the technician they sent upstairs just brought up the target temperature to 30 degrees Celsius (from 26) but it made no difference, our rooms were constantly cold, and we couldn’t air the room because of this despite the smell of the construction.. housekeeping locked the door between our connecting rooms for no reason..

This is a non-issue if you’re out and about, but if you’re hoping to catch some zzz's after a flight, it might be difficult. The hotel is under construction and there was no advance notice of that. My hallway had construction materials and open ceiling. The rooms were in need of renovation. There was major paint peeling in the bathroom. There was a lot of debris on the floor. I entered the room and found a convertible sofa ope. It took awhile to get someone to close it up and they only got it half closed so there was a slant when you sat on it. Staff was responsive , but only partially. Example, I was given restaurant recommendations without addresses. Overall it wasn’t horrible but I wouldn’t rush back.

I wasn’t informed that the hotel is currently under renovation. The rooms are already very old and clearly in need of a full update. I was also told that the renovation will continue for another year, which makes the stay quite inconvenient.

For a 4-star hotel, I expected at least basic hygiene amenities, but they were completely missing. Overall, the experience did not meet my expectations.

The location of the hotel is great, walkable to a few attractions. Metro is right outside of hotel, a lot of restaurant options. There's also a small shopping mall not far away. A few bakeries near by too.

The hotel was doing renovations when we were there but we were not informed, so not too happy about that. They have a garden but we didn't get to enjoy it because of the renovation.

Quiet. Clean.comfy beds. Lots if choice at breakfast. Next to the metro station. Walking distance to notre dame, and louvre. Short ride to Eifel Tower and other museum. Enjoyable stay. Staff helpful and friendly.
