We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, within walking distance of everything we wanted to see and do. The hotel was very clean, and the staff were lovely and extremely helpful throughout our stay.

We arrived after spending a night at another hotel that we had to leave early due to poor conditions, so we were especially relieved to find such a welcoming and comfortable place. The hotel was in the middle of renovations, but it didn’t bother us at all. In fact, I believe we were given a newly renovated room on the third floor, which was very spacious and comfortable.

After our experience with the first hotel, where the online photos were very misleading, we were hesitant about staying elsewhere in Paris. This hotel completely restored our confidence. The property was wonderful and located in a vibrant area.

It’s close to the Louvre and Notre Dame, with plenty of shopping nearby, including high end designer stores. There are also many great restaurants in the area. It’s a lively and enjoyable neighborhood to stay in, especially if it’s your first time visiting Paris.

We would highly recommend this hotel.

Staff was very nice and helpful. Special shout out to Cristina the Guest Relations Manager. She greeted us and made our stay special. The room was nice and spacious. The location is perfect. Steps away from the subway and train station so it was easy transportation from Disneyland and an easy return back to Charles De Gaulle airport. The building is under construction so it was initially tricky to locate. The breakfast buffet had a good variety of yummy options. Walking distance to a large mall and lots of restaurants and asian foods.

Everything was fine with this hotel except we didn't know about the on going renovations and construction. The area was fantastic. Right on Metro Line with access to every attraction including to and from the Airport. Lots of entertainment and food choices in the area.

We had a great experience from the moment we arrived! We were dropped off by our car at the bottom of the stairs outside the hotel, and the man at the door came running over to help us with all of our luggage. He assisted in, not only getting it into the lobby, but also up to our room. Everyone was extremely welcoming and helpful during our entire stay. Hotel was in a great location in the city and very convenient to everywhere we wanted to go. Staff was always eager to assist with directions and even ordered the car for us for our return to the airport. Even during renovations, the hotel was very clean and we did not encounter any issues. Our only complaint was that the mattress was super lumpy. It did not allow for a good nights sleep, but we absolutely loved the hotel and will stay there again when we go back to Paris!

Premium location; nice facility. However, we spent 3 nights at the hotel and the house cleaning staff did not clean the room even once. First day, we asked the staff to clean the room at 3:30 pm instead of 1:30 pm. The room was not cleaned. The second day, the cleaning staff checked rhe cleaning log without cleaning the room. It took us two extra trips to the front deck in the evening just to get some fresh towels. We brought the issue to their attention and were promised follow up via email afterwards. Guess that follow up email was “lost” in transit. Overall service significantly below standard.

This is our second time staying at this hotel. The location is perfect, with the metro right outside the hotel doors and many, many restaurants, cafes, and shopping just a few steps away. This is a very energetic area. Although the hotel is under construction, it was not an inconvenience - hallways and rooms are due for a refresh. Staff was friendly and helpful and the rooms are equipped with a coffee machine, which is a real plus.

The room advertised that it had air conditioning and it didn’t. The heat had to be turned off in our room and we needed to keep our window open the entire stay. Construction was right outside our room, literally!! They started welding at 8 am.
The shower was glass and see through into our room so for a family of 4 adults it was very inconvenient. My husband had to leave when my 2 adult daughters needed to shower and my daughters and I had to leave when he took a shower. What an absolute annoyance!! No where in the write ups did I see the shower mentioned so I hope people see this.
The positives were the staff and the breakfast.

Very small room; hotel is under construction so lots of dust, loose carpet edges, paint odors, full scaffolding outside our windows, etc. Would like to have known that there facility was under complete renovation especially at $400+ per night. Even the lobby moved locations during our stay.
But, great location literally outside the Metro, friendly staff (except one rude male receptionist).

Hotel under construction, horrible smell of burnt metal at the lobby and even on the 6th floor, noise of construction during the day made it difficult to get any rest (to be fair, construction didn’t star too early or go until too late).. heating didn’t work, told the front desk and the technician they sent upstairs just brought up the target temperature to 30 degrees Celsius (from 26) but it made no difference, our rooms were constantly cold, and we couldn’t air the room because of this despite the smell of the construction.. housekeeping locked the door between our connecting rooms for no reason..

The property is centrally located next to the station, sights and a very convenient mall with huge shopping options, nice rooms and breakfast, super comfy bed though renovation work continues between 9 and 6 pm so if looking to spend the day relaxing in room it may not be well suited.

The staff was warm and welcoming. A warning about construction would have been helpful, as it’s very loud between 10 AM and 4 PM. This is a non-issue if you’re out and about, but if you’re hoping to catch some zzz's after a flight, it might be difficult. The location was great, easy to grab food and a shirt Bolt or taxi ride away from most attractions. Only about a 10-minute walk to the Lourve

This hotel is sensational! Location is prime and perfect for walking everywhere, has lovely cafes and restaurants in the vicinity, with great transport links too - Metro and RER at the door. It also manages to be peaceful and quiet. Staff are outstanding and friendly, we’ll be returning!

The hotel is under construction and there was no advance notice of that. My hallway had construction materials and open ceiling. The rooms were in need of renovation. There was major paint peeling in the bathroom. There was a lot of debris on the floor. I entered the room and found a convertible sofa ope. It took awhile to get someone to close it up and they only got it half closed so there was a slant when you sat on it. Staff was responsive , but only partially. Example, I was given restaurant recommendations without addresses. Overall it wasn’t horrible but I wouldn’t rush back.

I wasn’t informed that the hotel is currently under renovation. The rooms are already very old and clearly in need of a full update. I was also told that the renovation will continue for another year, which makes the stay quite inconvenient.

For a 4-star hotel, I expected at least basic hygiene amenities, but they were completely missing. Overall, the experience did not meet my expectations.

The location of the hotel is great, walkable to a few attractions. Metro is right outside of hotel, a lot of restaurant options. There's also a small shopping mall not far away. A few bakeries near by too.

The hotel was doing renovations when we were there but we were not informed, so not too happy about that. They have a garden but we didn't get to enjoy it because of the renovation.

Pleasant staff in a lovely part of Paris. Shops, bars and restaurants just literally outside the hotel.
Equally as near was the metro/train stop so getting into Paris and to/from airport was quick and easy.
Also walking to the Seine and the Louvre will just minutes.

The hotel was under extremely noisy renovation. Our first room was intolerable, as if the metal saws and jackhammers were in our room. We asked to be moved. The second room was better, although one day when we came back around 3:00, it was quite loud, and we had to leave until they stopped at 5:00.
I am extremely disappointed in EXPEDIA for not alerting us to this serious problem. It is impacting my confidence in their recommendations. (The web site for the hotel indicated the work would be done this past summer.)
The outdoor cafe was lovely and the staff was very nice.

What I loved most about this hotel is the convenience — the metro is literally a 1-minute walk, and there are tons of restaurants around. The only downside was that it was under construction, so no lobby or bathroom access. But overall, I’d still recommend it!

Sorry I cannot provide much of a review as I spent the vast majority of my time outside of the hotel exploring what Paris had to offer. I can say the location was great. Amazing hotel in a great location with super friendly staff! Close to shops, bars, restaurants, metro/train. Complimentary champagne and chocolates on arrival and great location for sightseeing using the Metro. Walking distance from Louvre and Notre Dame and close by parking at St Eustache if driving. Our room even had a view of the Eiffel Tower and Notre Dame! Would definitely return. Thank you!

I had a wonderful experience at Novotel Paris Les Halles. The hotel is clean, modern, and very well-maintained, which immediately made me feel comfortable and safe. The location is fantastic — right in the heart of Paris with easy walking access to major attractions, shopping, and plenty of great restaurants. The area felt lively but secure, making it a perfect base for exploring the city.

I checked in after a long flight from Canada around 10:30pm. I was given a filthy room overlooking a dumpster. I wouldn’t have paid $420 for it had I seen the real condition of the hotel and room. This was false advertising.

We stayed as a family of 3 for 6 nights. The staff were really friendly and welcoming and there were always lots on hand in the reception area if needed. Free kids ice cream and sweets in reception made this ‘the best hotel ever’ in our son’s eyes! Even though renovation work was taking place when we were there this didn’t affect our stay as noise was confined to the day time.
Bustling location with at least three bakeries in walking distance for morning pastry and coffee. Easy Métro access with a station just outside.
We walked to Notre Dame and the Louvre with ease.
Sound proof rooms really quiet.
Comfy bed and great pillows - excellent nights sleep.
