We had an absolutely amazing experience at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, the rooms were spotless and very comfortable, and the location was perfect for exploring the city. Every detail was taken care of, making our stay effortless and enjoyable. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Paris!

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The staff was amazing, especially Vernice, who was always so helpful during the breakfast buffet. She consistently went above and beyond to make sure everyone was taken care of and had everything they needed. Her warm attitude and exceptional service truly made our mornings even better. This hotel is so close to the metro, restaurants and sight seeing.

Additionally, the street where the hotel is located felt quite dark at night. Although the hotel is close to nicer areas, the walk of about 2–3 blocks to reach it is not particularly pleasant and feels somewhat poorly lit.

The hotel was excellent and the staff was very helpful. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. We really enjoyed having the free mini bar in our room. The hotel did offer a breakfast each morning and it looked good but we choose to find different bakeries/cafes in the mornings.

They also offer snacks and beverages each day in the afternoon/evening. We liked being able to grab a quick snack or drink each day.

The hotel was in a nice location too! We walked everywhere and didn’t walk more than 30minutes.

The room was super cute with the setup and everything was very clean and tidy. I’d recommend taking advantage of the breakfast, everything is delicious and a great variety of options. I appreciated the fact the main door was locked at all times, and needed a key card to enter. The hotel is in a great central location and easy to get to the main sites in Paris.

The Hotel 123 Sebastopol has a lot of good things going for it. The buffet breakfast is well worth the added cost. Nice variety every day. Bathroom was a good size. Fairly big walk in shower. Location is good, between 2 Metro stops and the street right next to Sebastopol (Rue St Denis) has tons of dining and shopping. A bit farther from the Rue Rivoli than I thought it would be but still not too far.

We stayed on the first floor for two nights in a small room where the garbage collection was very noisy and then again two more nights on the sixth floor in a great spacious room with balcony over looking the Acropolis. Which was fantastic. But bring ear plugs as the noise from night clubs can keep you awake.

From arrival to departure it has been a pleasure to stay at Sebastopol ❤️. All the staff were so helpful in every situation. The offering of snacks and cool drinks in the afternoon was lovely, with comfortable seating and ambience. For the first time in France, it was quite the hotel to stay at. The food service in the morning, the staff at the front desk ; all of the staff were helpful, but especially Sheridan what a wonderful person! the hospitality that we felt in France was just incredible. The decor is quite original and very interesting to follow. I’ve never seen anything like it before. I think if you stay there, you will not regret it.

The \"Bathtub/Shower\" was hard to get In and out of with no pull bar for leverage. The staff was unaccommodating to the issues that arose before the booking and never made any concessions for their mis-communications. ie we were told the breakfast was included when we checked in and it was not. I assumed they were comping it since they didn't communicate with me via email prior to the stay about the price that was $500 more than currently on their site. The hotel itself has a lot of character and the staff are some of the friendliest I've seen. The rooms, whilst not huge (to be expected in Paris), are very comfortable and plenty of amenities.
