The beginning of my stay did not start out well as the Superior Apartment I had paid for was not available. I had to stay in a studio for the first night, and it was ok, but again not ideal. Then the air conditioning didn't work at first, but they fixed it and it worked again... Until it didn't. So I had to sleep one night with my windows open... In Paris... Which is loud. The staff was very nice and accommodating and they did their best, but it was really disappointing. The location is really good though with access to the Metro at the end of the corner.

Good news: The location is across the street from a useful Metro stop and also a Monoprix which opens at 8am. (If you run out of toilet paper etc you are expected to buy your own & the Monoprix has a good patisserie counter which is substantially cheaper than the in-house breakfast. Even better is the boulangerie a short walk away at the corner of Rue St. Denis & Réamur).
Not so good: Having travelled to over 50 countries I felt the 'hotel' was overpriced and was very disappointed by the response to our week-long to and fro regarding getting the a/c turned on. Each room appears to have a controller but it only works if the entire hotel a/c is turned on!
Service response: There is usually one person on duty in the tiny entrance hall and the level of help varied from 'extremely helpful' to a surly \"I'm busy, you'll need to come back tomorrow. Just open a window.\" You get one free room clean per week. XLNT towels, lots of hot water.
Conclusion: This is not a hotel but a series of rental apartments. So, assuming it has a hotel-type response, is perhaps a mistake. Our room was clean and felt 'new' and had good dishwasher, hotplate and pans, crockery etc.

This was my first time staying in Aparthotel and overall it was as described. The property is clean, maintained and rooms are very comfortable.a few areas of improvement: there are no USB chargers so make sure you bring your converter. Shower was great but I wish they had built in shelf to put your toiletries. My biggest issue was street noise: if you are facing the main boulevard side it’s impossible to sleep unless you are super sleeper. That street has constant bus, ambulances etc noises and I couldn’t sleep at all because of that. Unfortunately that would be my reason to not chose this property again but if you have no problem with sleep it’s a good hotel.

We stayed in a studio which was perfect for two of us for our weeklong stay. Spotless with modern amenities for coffee and light meals. Bath was lovely with L’occitane products. Having access to laundry machines onsite without charge was super convenient. Location is very central to metro, restaurants and 15 min walk to various areas like the Louvre, Notre Dame, Marais etc. It’s a short walk to Les Halles-Chatelet station where you have direct access to the RER B line to CDG. The central location does mean there will be a lot of street & traffic noise so be aware and bring ear plugs if you like having the windows open while you sleep! Noise is minimal with windows closed. Quartier was a great choice for us!

We stayed in a 2 bedroom plus pullout couch apartment. Was very spacious and well appointed. While we didn’t cook any meals, the kitchen area was very nice. Large shower and plenty of towels. We had a gorgeous view of Paris skyline and a small balcony with cafe table and chairs.

We lost power for 3 hours the night before my flight. We had just came back from all day out. We had planned to pack and then go for one last dinner. We couldn’t. They refused to let us to get another room. Then we waited. Thankfully the maintenance guy came and trouble shooted. There was some shortage which caused the lamp on the wall to burst. And it broke and shattered. Thankfully it did not hurt my infant or child. Pretty dangerous and very stressful.

In the appartment there was no instructions for the appliances in french could not use the oven/ microwave/ stove. Overall 4 star.

Overall the stay was highly enjoyable. The location is excellent and the apartment was comfortable, clean and bright. The only complaints we have include the TV not working for the last 2 days of our stay. The noise was non-stop as emergency vehicles drive up Boulevard de Sebastopol nearly every 10 minutes. One individual who worked at the desk (a guy) was neither pleasant or helpful (but the rest were lovely). On one occasion we asked this person for more toilet paper and it was met with reluctancy and was never followed through so we had to go and buy our own.

My stay at Quartier Libre Marais was excellent and I would absolutely stay here again. The location is fantastic — very central, with easy access to the metro and a grocery store nearby, which made getting around and picking up a few essentials really convenient.

One of the best features of the apartment hotel was having a kitchen. It was so nice to be able to have breakfast and lunch in the apartment before heading out for the day. The beds were very comfortable, including the pull-out sofa, which was a pleasant surprise.

The staff were friendly and helpful throughout the stay and made everything feel easy and welcoming. As an added bonus, there’s even a view of the Eiffel Tower at night, which was a lovely touch after a day of exploring Paris. Our apartment was on the sixth floor.

Overall, this is a wonderful place to stay in Paris — comfortable, well located, and thoughtfully set up. I highly recommend it and would happily book here again.

Some minimal urban noise issues if you want to crack the french doors/windows for fresh air, but double panes ensured quiet when closed. A shared wall with quarters next door made a crying baby audible but not a big problem. Would definitely stay here again and recommend it.

We had the 2-bedroom and it was great. Big bathroom, nice little kitchenette, very comfortable I will very much stay here with my family - room temperature settings might need adjustment since it got too warm and we had to open a window at night! It was January. Staff was accommodating and responsive. Location is in main boulevard great access to transportation alternatives- walk/bikes/metro/uber - great access to La Marais main streets - overall good value for a 2-bedroom accommodation in Paris!

If you book here with Expedia, be sure to contact the hotel after booking so you can get the access code to enter the building. I was lucky, there was a staff member onsite the evening I arrived, otherwise I might have been locked out! When you book through Expedia, the hotel only has the Expedia email, not your private one, so they have no way of contacting you.
Besides that, it was a clean and correct aparthotel, nicely appointed. Quiet even tho the main street outside can get loud. Very well situated, easy walking to multiple public transport options.

We had a great time staying at Quartier Libre Marais. The place was smartly furnished with a very comfortable sofa bed and a regular bed. There was a surprising number of closets. The kitchen had everything you could need except for some salt and pepper and dish towels (there is a dishwasher but we didn't use). The check-in process was very well done. Across the street is a grocery store and on the corner is a metro stop (Reaumure/Sebastopol), nearby are many restaurant. We would like to stay here again in the future.

This was a great place to stay for our group of six! We stayed in the two bedroom unit, and enjoyed the space it had to offer although the living room area was a bit tight. The pull out couch converted into a queen sized bed, which was a nice surprise. However, note that clean towels and hotel service (daily cleanings, etc) come at an extra cost, and there was a delay in which we almost didn't receive the towels we requested (in the morning) and paid for until having gone downstairs later in the evening to talk to someone directly. I do think that if you're making someone pay for these things, they should be more readily available as requested.

I was there with my wife and our 2 young kids and we found the one bedroom apartment to have more than enough space. the area is great with plenty of food options, shops and transport options.

The room was updated and modern with a walk-in shower and an efficiency kitchen. The location is convenient for walking to sites and there are loads of restaurants nearby. The only thing to keep in mind is that Rue Sébastopol is a busy street, so if you prefer quiet, especially at night, this may not be the best option for a stay.

I have stayed at this hotel for the past year now. This trip I got the same room I had durning my first stay. While the layout of the room is great now there was damage to the wood floor which was a pity. But my biggest issue was that on day two there was a chemical smell in my bathroom and my tv stopped working. I addressed these issues with multiple staff members and they were never resolved during my entire stay. While the rooms are great and the staff is very friendly and the area is great, I was disappointed that my issues were not resolved. Especially given the price.

The two bedroom room option is extremely spacious and well laid out. The room decor is clean and modern. The location is absolutely the best. There are restaurants and shops all around. The large mall is less than ten minutes away. The only downfall is that since the hotel is on a main road the room facing the street is very noisy at night. That being said, if you want to be in the center of everything, it will be noisy. The kitchen has a full sized fridge and has everything needed if you want to cook. A huge Monoprix is across the street. We will definitely stay here when we come back.

Great location for getting around Paris because you can walk to most of the big sites and the UBER to others were affordable! There's a large grocery store across the street which we found very helpful. You are close to many phenomenal restaurants and bakeries, and unique shops all throughout Marais. Having laundry facilties is very convenient.

The staff are friendly, courteous and helpful. If there's a problem, they fix it immediately.

We don't recommend walking North on Sebastopol but you won't need to, except for going to Montmartre, so go west first for that outing.

My stay was very pleasant.
The location is excellent, with a metro station just across the road that easily connects you to most of the city’s attractions and landmarks. There’s also a supermarket right across the street, which is very convenient, and a restaurant under the hotel where the food was really good.

The room was cosy, clean, and well-designed, with a fully equipped kitchenette. The bathroom was stocked with shampoo, body wash, and towels, which was very handy. The reception staff were friendly, helpful, and always willing to answer my questions.

The only downsides were that the room floor could have been cleaner and the pillows felt a bit old and too soft. However, overall I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely return.

The bulbs burst and shut glass across our heads in the entire room maintenance came up and tried to fix that and then some sort of explosion happened and we lost electricity so there was definitely issues still like the hotel, but it was a long night with these electrical issues

Bad: false advertising in Expedia pics-apt we got is top floor with low ceilings, had to bend down to crawl around bed. Also washer/dryer NOT in every apt but for whole bldg; dryer broken never fixed in 3 weeks. Staff mostly great but one so ridiculously inflexible my wife had a screaming fit before he would give us ONE extra sheet. Totally unacceptable & unprofessional. Quarried Libre: you are a great organization, please get rid of this guy & train your staff better.

This apartment was perfect for our family. 2 bedrooms as well as a full sized pull out. Full kitchen completely stocked with a grocery store across the street. 5-10 min walks to major metro lines. The A/C nearly froze us to death which was a first one all of my travels in Europe. Very clean, free laundry, and welcoming staff. Had our apartment ready earlier than stated time which was much appreciated. Highly recommend and would stay again!

There are so many wonderful restaurants and shops within walking distance of this aparthotel. The shower is absolutely incredible with awesome water pressure. Pillows and linens were crisp and comfortable. There are temperature controls in each room and the air conditioning works excellent. We loved that there were two grocery stores across the street. Only black mark was the guy on reception who was abrupt and quite unhelpful, and then went AWOL when we needed to pick up our bags. But we’d definitely stay again - so well located and comfortable.

There is no parking spot for the apartment, but a very closed public one. $100 per night. Room is not big but very clean, quiet. Soft bedding and towel. Free laundry is a plus. Location is good too. Can walk to the Louvre. A lot of restaurants nearby.
