We had a really fabulous stay at the Relais du Louvre. The room was excellent, very clean, comfortable and warm. The staff were very friendly and helpful at all times. Breakfast was served in our room (no restaurant in the hotel), at a time to suit us, and was of a high quality.

The location was perfect for exploring Notre-Dame, the Louvre, the Musée D’Orsay, the Seine, and lots of shops, bars and restaurants.

We would definitely stay here again if we returned to Paris.

The entire property was immaculate! The staff were all kind, patient, knowledgeable and friendly. Breakfast is not free, but for the price, it’s a veritable feast! If you enjoy walking, you can get to the Louvre, Notre Dame, the Eiffel Tower, the Champs Elysee, and the Seine. There are many cafes to chose from, no matter where you end up!

Nice location right next to the Louvre and Seine. A lot of restaurants in the area. You have to walk across the bridge to get to more shopping. Very clean. Staff were friendly and helpful such as loaning out an umbrella when it rained. You can order breakfast the night before and have it delivered to your room. The only thing that I didn't care for was the shower. It had a very deep tub and you had to step in and out which could be an issue when your first getting out.

The hotel is over a 100 years old but very well maintained in a very good location to visit the louvre, Notra Dame and hop on hop off buss and metro . The location is terrific! It’s next to the Louvre, near the Pont Neuf and the Ile de la Citie, and near the stop for the HOHO bus. There are several great restaurants nearby. The breakfast served at the hotel is delicious! If I’m ever in Paris again, I would stay here.

I had the most amazing experience staying in Relais Du Louvre while my 10 days trip in Paris. All the front staff are so friendly and warm. The hotel has easy access to all the attraction in Paris, you will never be disappoint! I love how clean the hotel is with classic vibe. I would stay there again when I go to Paris in the future. I seldom write my comments for any hotels, but Relais Du Louvre had given me the most warm welcome during my stay. Don't hesitant to book it!

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this hotel, which claims to offer high-class service but failed to ensure even basic guest security.

Upon check-in, I was informed by the front desk that I could not take the room key with me when leaving, as they only had one available. I respected their policy, left the key with them, and went out for dinner. When I returned, a man (not the receptionist I dealt with earlier) handed me the key.

To my shock, when I entered my room, I found my bag open. I immediately checked and discovered that $900 was missing. I had left the room locked, and only hotel staff had access to the key.

This is unacceptable. I trusted this establishment with my belongings, only to be robbed. I am in the process of filing a police report and will take all necessary legal steps to identify and hold accountable those responsible.

I strongly caution anyone considering this hotel: your security and valuables may not be safe here.

Downside unable to charge devices during our stay- staff didn't have a solution other than to let us charge downstairs in lobby at midnight. Assisted with transportation to and from airport but driver went to the wrong hotel from airport. We had to google and walk to the hotel from where he stopped. Both drivers only took cash despite us asking beforehand so driver stopped at ATM at 4am to make us get cash.

Great location and the staff were very helpful. My wife’s luggage was lost on flight from Rome to Paris and staff made calls to the airline and delivery service on our behalf. We also left a pair of slacks with a small wallet which they located and offered mail back to our home address. Overall nice little hotel, great location and terrific staff

Excellent location steps away from the Louvre. The property is on a quiet street, convenient to two metro lines. The room is clean and staff was excellent. There's also several cafes and a mall within a 10 minute walk. Of course, the rooms are not large, but that's to be expected in central Paris.

I will definitely stay here the next time I visit Paris.

Rooms are tiny, but that can be expected in many French hotels. However, rooms were clean, and everything was in very, good shape. It looked like it had just been recently renovated . Location is perfect near the Louvre on the Right Bank, close to Metro stops and short walk to many popular sites and museums.

My room was ridiculously small, smaller than a cruise ship cabin. The shower was even smaller- you could not turn in it and there was no air coming in once you close the door as it became sealed floor to ceiling. There were no common areas in the hotel, just a reception desk within the foyer and no breakfast or sitting areas. I do not know how this hotel got a 4 star rating. The location was perfect though.

Great location, close to Notre Dame y The Louvre, however, the Ac is only on for 3 months in the summer, the rest of the year there is no air conditioner, therefore you need to sleep with the windows open, the street noise is unbearable, you won’t be able to sleep.

The location was perfect for being able to explore the entire city of Paris. The downfalls were that their beds are hard and when they say family room with four single beds you’re really only getting 1 bed and the rest are all teeny tiny recliner beds. Not too comfortable. You’re paying for the location and that’s pretty much it.

We loved staying at Le Relais du Louvre! All of the staff were kind and talkative. They gave us excellent suggestions for dinner. The location was very nice (directly across from the Louvre) with easy access to public transport, but everything was walkable. Lots of great restaurants nearby. We will definitely stay again when we come back to Paris!

This hotel was perfect in every way! Location is one block away from the Louvre. The staff were warm, welcoming and professional. The room and especially the bed was so comfortable. The breakfast was perfectly on-time, beautifully presented and delicious. We stayed 5 nights. I went with my 16 yr old son. A stay we will never forget!

Lovely homely hotel right in the heart of Paris

This lovely small hotel has an amazing location in a little side street beside The Louvre and near the Seine. I visited with a group of friends and it was perfect for us and so easy to get around.
