The guy at the reception in the morning shift was extremely agressive. I asked the guy in the night shift for a late check out at least one hour as I wanted to sleep, he said ok. Then in the next day the other called with an attitude and he literally told me “ I give you 10 minutes to leave or you pay!!” Like I’m in the army or I’m asking for his mercy!!! Was a weird experience, I never had it in my life. Also when I left he told me a bad words. I’m speechless about his agressive attitude. He needs to learn how to be professional and have some skills on the hospitality.

The staff was excellent and very helpful, this being my first time in Paris.

Only thing I perhaps did not like at first was when you go out you have to give the desk the room key. At first this seemed strange but it was not a problem at all. I am sure they are just trying to monitor who is coming and going for safety reasons

Our \"pass sanitaire\" was not checked at book in and frequently guests were in the lounge area without masks.

Some signage regarding number of people in the lift would have been helpful, my wife was subjected to other guests crowding in around her; she exited the lift and took the stairs.

An old towel was found under the bed.

The bed was small and uncomfortable, several times I nearly fell out, and didn't once have a decent night's sleep.

The room was too small for a standard double, probably okay as a single.

The staff were friendly and helpful, it is the owner/management who need to get their act together.

The Almost Grad Loiret Hotel

It was just ok. I loved the location. The bed was not very comfortable. The room lacked A/C, which was a huge drawback. Not very few negatives all in all. Staff was friendly and cordial. I think for the price, breakfast should have been included.

Nice hotel in a good location. We had a room on the 7th floor, which meant that we had to take the spiral stairs from the 6th floor, but that wasn't a problem. Front desk staff were hit and miss - the person we had at check in wasn't super friendly, but the person we had at check out was very friendly and helpful with directions to the metro to get directly to the airport.

It was very rude from the front desk to only ask about my one specific friend’s ID when he/she visited me while when my other friends from a different background visited me no ID was requested and even when I checked in myself no iD was requested at all.

This is one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. First, the room I received looked nothing like the hotel I booked. Second, there was no hot water and they didn’t tell us when we were checking in. We waited 3 hours for the hot water to come back (which it never did) before we checked out and went down the street. Avoid at all costs.

Starbucks is on the corner when you come out the front door for an early and quick breakfast.

The location of the hotel was great. The room was small but with a cute balcony. Beds and pillows were not the most comfortable, however it was fine for a three night stay.
***THE SERVICE WAS TERRIBLE!***
My daughter and I stayed there for three nights. The staff were incredibly rude and were not helpful at all! We didn't ask for much other than some suggestions for places to eat, asked for directions once and then asked for the front desk to print out tickets for a tour for us. Each time, we were treated as though we were interrupting them and were brushed off. When we asked for the best transportation to get to the airport the following day, the man told us that we could walk, take the metro or taxi and turned back to his computer. Keep in mind, there was NO ONE else in the lobby when we were asking for assistance. The men at the front desk simply did not want to be bothered by our inquiries. We travel quite a bit and in my experience, hotel staff are always one of the best resources for the questions we had and we did not ask for much. I will NEVER stay here again and will be sure to advise anyone I know to avoid this hotel. There are plenty of other hotels in the same price range with better, friendlier service. During our travels through London and Paris, this was the ONLY occasion where we encountered rude, horrible people. The people in France were so friendly and wonderful, this hotel experience was quite unfortunate.

If you want a very basic but clean hotel option this is for you. Room was tight but not tighter than any other hotel in this range in Paris- maybe even slightly bigger.

Marais location is excellent if you want a lot of food, shopping and bar options. Can be a bit noisy however since there is a late night bar right across the street.

Thanksgiving in Paris

The Grand Hotel du Loiret was very centrally located to everything we wanted to do in Paris. It's minutes away from Notre Dame and even closer to the metro. Staff was very helpful. The room and in room bathroom were clean, but small by \"American\" standards. But then again, we weren't in America. Since we were only there to sleep, it worked out just fine. Highly recommend the Jewish coffee shops/bakeries just a few short minutes away.

First trip to Paris

The rooms were tiny(we were expecting that from Paris) but it was not very clean, there was a bit if mold in shower and near the window some tiny bugs. I had oreded the breakfast and options were limited and bread was stale, no fresh anything. It took a while for staff to warm up to us.We did love the neighborhood, but it can be very noisy at night.

It is a pretty barebones place - the view out the window was nice, but the room was very small and a bit uncomfortable. The elevator was broken for almost the whole time we were there (made it difficult to carry our bags out when we were headed to the airport) - there was no apology from the staff for not having a working elevator. Also, you have to leave the key with the front desk staff when you leave the hotel, which made me a bit uncomfortable.

Macs nearby, Metro ultra close, view of N.D. and Pompidou from our window. We visited 6 countries, and this was our best hotel! Appreciated the shuttle van arrangement back to CDG too. This is a great hotel for a reasonable price. Highly recommended.

The first receptionist was VERY rude to myself and my guests, he also tried to give us a double room rather than a twin. When we came back down to correct him on his mistake he said we booked the wrong room, I had to prove otherwise. The second who did the night shift made up for his attitude.

All in all I would probably stay here again, even if the first concierge was working that day as he became more comedic than infuriating.

Wanted to love it.

I wanted to love this hotel as the hotel itself is great. It's just that the neighborhood is way too loud and noisy until at least 1AM, and then there are loud disturbances off and on during the rest of the night, along with various trash trucks in the morning.
This is of course because I had to have the windows open - it was hot in August in Paris. If windows were closed, then the noise would be reduced by half at least.
There are a couple bars that keep music loud until 1AM each night. So, if you wish to get to sleep before then, do not stay in a street facing room. I guess that an interior room would be nice and quiet.
The bedding was a bit too firm, and the pillows I had to avoid as they were also way too firm and high.
The hotel is cute and the staff were great - very helpful and friendly.
The location is perfect, right in the Marais - Hotel de Ville.
Only because of the loud noise I would not be able to stay again.

The hotel fit all of our travel needs, although it was a bit small. I know Paris hotels are generally tight on space so we were not too surprised when we first arrived. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the location was wonderful! Only 2 blocks from a major metro stop and Notre Dame!!

Das Hotel wurde sehr schön renoviert. Das Classic-Doppelzimmer war sehr ansprechend, sauber, ruhig und hatte einen Parkettboden, aber für 2 Personen doch relativ klein mit wenig Abstelllächen, da es im Bad gar keine Abstellmöglichkeiten oder Haken hatte. Für einen Kurzaufenthalt reicht es völlig. Das Bad war sehr klein, aber die darin integrierte Dusche dafür genügend gross. Grundsätzlich jedoch nichts für korpulente Personen. Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

L’accueil est agréable. Mais selon l’étage, la luminosité et le bruit sont différents. Pas de prise à côté du lit dans la chambre 104 et télévision qui s’est déclenchée toute seule une fois quand j’étais sous la douche (petite frayeur) et deux fois pendant la nuit l’écran restait lumineux malgré le fait de l’avoir éteinte.

シングルの部屋に宿泊しました。参考写真のイメージよりはかなり狭く、特にシャワールームとトイレのユニットスペースは相当狭いです。石鹸以外は何も用意されていないのでシャンプー等は持参した方が良いです。因みに冷蔵庫もありません。壁も相当薄いです。笑　
良い点はマレ地区の中心辺りにあるので買い物等には便利です。また、フロントの人は良い人でした。

Nous descendons tous les ans dans cet hôtel que nous aimons bien au centre de Paris. Bien sûr, l'hôtel vieillit mais nos remarques sont entendues et certains travaux sont prévus. Très bonne situation

Hôtel très bien situé à côté du BHV et de l Hôtel de Ville , le métro est tout proche.
Accueil chaleureux mais chambre et salle de bain un peu trop petites pour 2 personnes.

노트르담성당 등 도보로 갈 수 있을 정도로 위치가 좋았고 주요 관광지를 갈 수 있는 메트로가 가까워서 밤 늦게 돌아다녀도 안전하다고 느꼈습니다. 무엇보다 직원들이 정말 친절해서 많은 도움을 받았습니다. 방이 생각보다 작아서 불편함이 있었지만 위치와 금액을 고려했을 때는 전반적으로 아주 좋았습니다.
