Notre chambre était spacieuse, très propre et parfaitement équipée. La cuisine était entièrement équipée avec vaisselle, couverts, casseroles et poêles, ainsi qu'un lave-vaisselle. La chambre disposait d'une laveuse et sécheuse, et le savon était fournie. La salle de bain était très agréable, avec une douche double et une baignoire. Nous n'avons pas utilisé la piscine ni le jacuzzi. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter.

It is not made clear on the Hilton Grand Vacation Mont-Tremblant website that the hotel does not have any food service, a real drawback when the only restaurants or groceries are not within walking distance, you would need to take your car and pay to park. Shuttle stops at 5pm in September. We were visiting for one night only, the hotel was not able to check us in until after 4pm, and despite the Expedia booking indicated 11:00am checkout, we were told that was for owners only, other guests checkout was 10:00am. The front guest team was lovely in any case, and the outdoor landscaping and amenities are super.

An Excellent Place to Stay

The property was very clean and the staff were super nice. We reached at 10AM even though the check-in was at 4. The staff allowed us to park our vehicle and use the shuttle to go to the festival in the town. They even offered us towels to enjoy the pool but were strict about the check in time. We really appreciated that. Our condo was really clean and nice. It felt like we were at home. We had two rooms with a King bed in one and two twins beds and two bathrooms. It was pure luxury. The only thing that we didn't realize was that we had to carry our luggage up which was tiring. No elevators. They even had tennis courts but we didn't have tennis shoes so couldn't use it. Overall, an excellent place to stay for a few days. I would highly recommend this place for families.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. The room was clean. I loved that the resort is on a golf course; I was lucky to see a deer and her baby. No restaurants at the resort but it’s only minutes walking to the Village, where you can easily find a cozy place for dining and drinks. I loved the place and will definitely come back soon.

I've stayed at Embarc many times and I would like to return. The amenities are great and the staff lovely. However, before making a reservation, I would like to know whether my unit has a view to the mountain or not. The whole point of paying this much money is to be able to wake up in the morning and look at beautiful Mont-Trembalnt in the fall, winter, or summer. In my previous trips, I've always had an amazing view from my window. This time was different. My windows faced the path to the other units. If I had known that I wouldn't have a view, I would have chosen a different hotel.

This property is exactly as described.

Well kept and clean. Used the grill which was clean and well lit. You can pick herbs from the garden for your food! The toaster in the junior suite was really nice to have, kitchen is well stocked, bathroom is great. Adirondack chairs on porch or balcony.

Village is idyllic. Definitely Insta worthy =).

Grounds are nice, just don't expect to see the deer in the advert unless you golf early or face the golf course. We faced the mountain; it was very pretty.

I definitely would recommend if you want to stay outside the village like we did.

Very clean and quiet. Situated in a forested area, but relatively close to the Mont Tremblant village. Used the pool and the jacuzzi.

Totally not related to the quality of the hotel, we left a day early due to the severe labor shortage, which means a lot of restaurants were closed. We may go back once Covid situation improves.

Tremblant Village was very busy and did not visit much. Long lineups at the restaurants as most places were short on service. Visited during an extreme heat wave so AC unit was much appreciated in our 1 bedroom accommodation. Struggling to regulate the temperature was our only issue but overall a wonderful experience! We can’t wait to visit again someday!

The property itself is excellent. The only reason I didn't give it full marks is our room was lower level and it smelled like an old basement. When I told the front desk, they sent an ionizer machine, which only worked for a couple hours. Other than that, e loved the resort!

This was our first time staying here and we will certainly come back. The chalets are roomy, fully equipped, and extra comfortable. Location is great next to the beach and marina, and just minutes away from the village. Amenities (pool, tennis and jacuzzis) are fun and well maintained. The showers, bedding, and giant bath tubs in the chalets are great fun too. We just loved it all! A great place to stay with friends and loved ones!

Next time dont screw up peoples reservations especially when they prepaid .. you can find them a room instead of shipping them off to no where at 12am when they have nowhere else to go and you have other rooms available... its nice to offer customer service especially to customers who prepaid for a room..

Great stay!

We stayed there for a ski weekend. The place was very cozy and close to the mountain. There is a shuttle thats takes you in front of your condo and brings you directly to the mountain. Will definitely stay there again in the future!

It was good, the place is nice, the rooms are huge, beautiful place. My only surprise was that when we checked in they asked if we were \"members\" without stating that they sold timeshares. When we asked about what members were... we got offered a 2 hour \"presentation\" which we decided to wait on. This was fine, but it wasn't clear what was being offered until I looked it up on the internet. I think if it was clearly stated -- we sell timeshares, then I'd feel better about it.

Overall we had a good experience. The best thing about this property is the location, the convenience of the shuttles. The rooms are very clean and well kept although not super modern, they do have a cozy feel. Wish there were a few more amenities- maybe even a self serve coffee bar. It would be nice to be able to grab a snack or drink without leaving property.

The room has bad noise insulation, so we could hear the top neighbors’ kids early in the morning and side neighbors’ party very late at night. The large bed was to twin beds pushed together which create a space in the middle.

Great accommodation and perfect location for a skiing trip, far enough from the hills so that the groomers at night don’t ruin your sleep. Close to the village with shuttles running every 20 minutes from 7:20am until almost 10pm in high season.

Embarc exceeded my expectations in every way! Beautiful property and in a great location. It was within walking distance to the village or a free shuttle bus provided rides to and from up to almost midnight. The beach and water sport activities were right across the street. Quit, clean and the friendliest staff. The only negative comment I could make is there is no food availability at the property, not even vending machines. I would definitely recommend this place
