Had an amazing 2 story room. Location was great! I have stayed in this area before but not in this hotel. My room although amazing was 2 hours late after check in time. The front desk staff is not very well trained in customer service and are very slow. All they say is we are trying to do the best we can and we are low on staff. Otherwise the property is very good and excellent location.

The location was excellent and very convenient. Unfortunately, the 1-bedroom loft suite did not meet our expectations. The room felt very dark and is in need of renovation. Housekeeping was inconsistent — we were told our room would be serviced daily, but it wasn’t. On most days, beds were not made, and minimal cleaning was done; towels were offered and trash emptied, but the overall service fell short.

Breakfast was also disappointing. We had expected options like waffles or pancakes at least once, but the selection was limited to pulled chicken, powdered eggs, and sausage, which were not very appealing.

Overall, given the condition of the room and the level of service, I don’t feel it was worth what we paid.

We stayed at the Homewood Suites in Feb 2026 and had an excellent stay. My husband and I stayed in the studio room and found the space very roomy with vaulted ceilings. The location is perfect - in center of village and the gondola was across the street. The staff was very helpful and the breakfast is well done. Would definitely stay there again highly recommend it.

The staff were kind and helpful. Easy check-in. A ski locker is used for ski storage. A deposit of $50 per lock/ski is refundable upon return of lock. Parking underground is available for $24. Outdoor parking across hotel entrance is $40 a day. Breakfast was just ok and convenient. Back door of entrance area leads you outdoors into the village of stores and few steps to the Gondula. Booked 6 months in advance for cheaper rates. Cancellation almost to date of departure with refund if needed. Hotel shows wear but clean considering.

Front desk (Patti) was so lovely. Hotel amenities were great (sauna, hot tub, kitchenette). The hotel is literally at the foot of the mountain. We would come off the hill, walk 200 steps to the hotel and come back to the hotel for a quick lunch. Included breakfast was good too - much more than your typical cereal continental breakfast. Only complaint was that we came back to the room after skiing at 4pm and housekeeping was still there so we had to wait outside of our room with our ski gear on for 15 mins.

We called ahead as we rented a few suites for a larger family gathering, we inquired about kitchen supplies and was told that whatever wasn't readily available we could get from their kitchen. We got there and it wasn't the case. We called ahead as we were happy to bring whatever was needed. This was disappointing. The rooms weren't vaccumed ahead of time, my toddler found tylenol pills in the bedroom we did not bring and there were food wrappers when we pulled out the fold out sofa. For the amount we paid we thought there would be a bit more attention to detail. Majority of staff were pleasant and the location was ideal for winter activities.

This is solid 3* resort. Good location. Big rooms. That’s about it with regards to good stuff.

Negative - The rooms are boring, and have no identity. Breakfast is horrible. I overheard other people say the same, so it’s not only my opinion.
No room service. Staff should be more friendly. They are very neutral but it’s Quebec so it’s probably cultural thing. Will not stay here again, not worth the money.

The hotel is located in a fantastic location and a very short walk to the slopes! We enjoyed the breakfast selection and the hot tub at the end of our ski day. When we had no heat, staff fixed the problem right away. The only thing we were dissatisfied with was the room service - they did not come every day and when they did they forgot to replenish supplies and empty our garbage. Overall a good stay and we’d come back!

I was very disappointed the room was very very dirty, I upgraded to another room, the same thing, we rented five rooms, they were all the same, dirty, hairs all over the floor's toilet seats covered with poop and pee very disgusting . So in the end, they charge me for the upgrade extra money .We used to really love this place, but we won't go there again and I don't recommend it to anyone.

Though an older property, the rooms are clean, well equipped and stocked with the essentials for an extended stay. Extremely well located to the main activity area of the pedestrian village. Staff were friendly and helpful. A hot breakfast was offered each morning and replenished constantly. All the breakfast staples from scrambled eggs, bagels, fruits, meats, juices, etc. were on offer. Four person bedrooms consists of a queen plus one sofa bed. Rooms include a fireplace and firewood is available from the reception. There is an outdoor pool that closes on the Canadian thanksgiving weekend. If you’re looking to stay in the pedestrian village, this property is ideal.

The cooking area is not that clean as expected and the fridge is very dirty. Also the air conditioner is very old school which is almost need to be replaced. At first, it was broken and we called the front desk who send somebody to fix it. Then it becomes constantly switching between hot and cold. The bed is also not comfortable and the breakfast is poor too which I don’t think it match $800 2nights. But the staffs are good and solve problems quickly. And the location is good.

Great location. Very large 1 bedroom condo feel. Full kitchen and comfortable beds. Really enjoyed the heated outdoor pool (in sept) and hot tub. Breakfast was well organized and lots of options. A balcony was added plus and windows that open (which feels rare).

The only issue is that both bathroom sinks were having draining issues upon arrival.

Our family really enjoyed their stay. So much room for our kids and us to not feel cramped.

Great location but dated rooms

Great location in the village and mediocre free breakfast are the main highlights. Otherwise our room had a musty smell and lacked that crisp, clean feeling you would expect from a decent hotel. The bed was soft and the linens were loose. The bathroom faucet kept falling off. I would be hesitant to recommend this hotel to anyone.

The location was very convenient and easy to walk around. The pool was very nice with a large hot tub. We didn't like the mattresses and we didn't sleep well. I booked 2 Lofts with Murphy bed but I only got 1 room with Murphy bed which made us very unhappy. There is only 1 shared washroom and shower which is very inconvenient for party of 6. The Loft was very dark in lighting at night. Ventilation was very minimal and when cooking, smells stay for some time.
