Overall good
Stephen
Great place right in Mont Tremblant village. Parking was available, even better was an electric charging spot. There were only two of these spots and we got one. The pool area is beautiful and well maintained, the pool is heated and lifeguard and large hot tub. The breakfast was very well done, lots of choice and well organized and plenty of places to sit inside and out. rooms are well maintained and cleaned promptly each morning with plenty of towels. Overall we loved our stay and would come again.
Monica
The hotel is dated. No new upgrades. Everything is old. You need a key card to get everywhere. No body wash in the shower. Left over food was left in the fridge.
No garbage cans. Doors close very loudly. 1 elevator was not working so the wait took very long for the elevator to come.

The only bad (I mean very bad) thing is the complementary breakfast. Go somewhere else for breakfast.

Lara
The hotel staff are all friendly and excellent.
Cleanliness was medium. I found some hairs in the bed which freaked me out a bit. Pool was closed one day we were there. The hot tub was same temperature as the pool, and never got heated.
I was a bit upset because the parking fee was never mentioned at check in, and then I was charged $52 for parking for two nights. I understand if I have to pay for parking, but it should be mentioned at check in.
So good overalll, but a few things to improve.

booked for 700. Ended up paying 1000 somehow. room was not as nice as advertised. seemed like they tried to cram as much as they could into a little space so they can sell the extra features. had to turn sideways to walk around the furniture. Way overpriced for what was received and when I complained I was offered a hundred dollar voucher for next time. Sorry, but there won't be a next time.
Rebecca
Very good stay, super fun time.

Upstairs people were noisy, we complained
but seems like no action was taken. there was no shampoo or conditioner in the rooms.

Very convenient location, nice breakfast, gorgeous rooms and balconies, would stay again
Yingxin
staff is nice and helpful. only one elevator is working unfortunately. No late checkout is granted inconvenient
Petros
Great place to staff, free breakfast, nice and helpful staff that can help you in multiple languages and the room we had even had its own kitchen. It's in the center of mont Tremblant and walking distance to everything.
Alvaro
Location is perfect. The staff both room attendants, front desk, and breakfast staff was wonderful.
Nazia
The rooms were so aesthetic and beautiful, large space with good balcony…my kids really enjoyed the stay..will definitely visit again..

My room AC was not working. there was an issue with the AC for many rooms, it was not great as i was with my full family. However the staff was very good and made us feel comfortable. Very polite and respectful.
Garima
I stayed here for 3 nights, 1st night AC was not working in hotel. When restored next day, it wasn’t cooling my room. After multiple complaints, they sent technician who said this AC will cool this much only whereas our friends staying in same hotel had better cooling ACs. On requesting room change, they said there is no availability as all rooms are fully booked over long weekend. Another excuse was that some rooms are infested so can’t be given. Instead , they gave us pedestal fan to cool the room!! Therefore, had to sweat in room throughout our stay. Will never stay at any of the Residence Inn Mariott again.
Joseph
Arrived at 3:15 pm after a long drive and would let us in the room she did the check in and asked to come back at 4:30 and then the other clerk had to start all over again sating not enough room, giving us the poorest, no safe in the room, all dirty behinde the sofa , kleenex box half empty. Only one elevator is functioning and shirt of pool towels they say they didn't get any that day.😔
NISHAD
The one elevator is down literally needs to take stairs all the time.parking space is very narrow and tight after paying $25 per day. Rooms are not super clean, the window blind are faulty and sofa bed is not comfortable. Breakfast was super nice. Over all 3 star from my side.
Grace
Stayed 2 nights in late June. Hotel was quite full.
Clean and comfortable room.
Bright, spacious breakfast area. Very good breakfast. A large number of guests at the self-serve, buffet-style breakfast, but it didn't feel chaotic.
One of the elevators was not working so the wait was a little long.
Overall a very good experience. Will stay again.

Good location. Spacious, updated rooms with everything you need. Pool could be bigger with longer operating hours. Elevator VERY slow and VERY busy. Was unaware of the 25$/nite parking charge until I checked in.
Akbar
Clean, updated and well furnished serviced rooms. Friendly staff. Warm and fresh breakfast. Central to the resort village.
Amritpal
Nice hotel and very friendly staff.

Staff is amazing.
AC maintenance and thermostat is very subpar.
Breakfast is average in selection and the bread section is messy to use (consider not putting that section in a corner , and prililege it on the center island; reverse main course and breads)

loved the location and really helpful staff.

We loved the location and the polite reception. Be aware, you must park your car in the underground parking garage but cannot go in until you register. We had to back out a very narrow entrance. The parking itself is very tight. The amenities where sub par. The pull out couch was horribly uncomfortable, the bathroom needs renovating the shower was a bit slippery and the toilet is sitting way too low for comfort, should be replaced. The stairwell was very noisy. In summary the location can’t be beat but the amenities are not worth the $300 plus a night.
Julie
Excellent day no issues!
John
Expensive, for the value you get.

Super endroit très accessible je recommande
Susan
Perfect location. Room spacious.
Daniel
The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast is typical at this level, I think you have a bit a variety to choose from and if you don’t mind an outdated room with a noisy AC then go for it.
Faran
Amazing, friendly staff! Great property!

Personnel courtois et souriant, borne drerecharge gratuite +petit déjeuner complet et grahuit.

Breakfast was very good. Nice sitting areas. Marriott is well located, near everything at walking distance. Our room was very quiet and comfortable. This is my favorite place to stay.
Julie

Great location. Indoor garage at really good price (24$/day). Very good breakfast buffet. And staff are so nice.
Easy access to Brind’O aquaclub which is great for children.
Rooms need to be renovated (a bit old but clean).
The gym is so small : only one treadmill and no bench.

The recipient is very nice and helpful. All the staff are active with sunshine smile! Our family loves the breakfast buffet there and the hot water in the lounge all day long. The outdoor hot tub is very lovely! Great experience for this vacation there!
Sara
Great location. We were put on the lower level at first which felt dark and basement-y but Kevin moved us to the top floor with a view of the village. Much better! Speak up, the staff will help you! The unit was exactly as described. Real working fireplace, balcony. Overall the hotel is older, a little tired but typical of a ski resort. Breakfast was fine, passable, especially if you have little kids, hot tubs were in good working order which was a major plus. Overall great experience at Mont Tremblant would go to this hotel again.
