Perfect for families. The kitchen supplies are minimal so I wouldn’t plan on cooking any involved meals, but enough supplies for simple items. Kids running in the hallways. The room was very clean and had a beautiful view of the lake. I’m glad I upgraded to the lakefront view. We didn’t utilize the restaurant or spa so I cannot comment there, but would stay again.

I've stayed here over 10 times over the last 15 years. In the past 2 years, I've experienced less than great stays at this resort. Tradition makes it I want to go back, but I'll book someplace else for next year I think. The lodge is still a great building, its so beautiful on the lake, lighted up. The skating rink and through the forest is also such a great amenity. The staff are much less friendly than before - not sure why. The room was the standard suite, but many items were not functional or need updating e.g. the plugs are loose so you can't plug in chargers without them falling, the bath is plugged so water accumulates when you take shower and is slippery, some of the lights don't work (beside bed etc.), the fridge makes loud noises and the heating/cooling appliance runs all the time. So, not sure if its owner negligence or resort maintenance gaps, but a renovation is in order. We had dinner at the restaurant on the 1st night, ordered a brie as appetizer (it came not very warm/not melting), then we had the steak tartare which was good and my son had the chicken fingers and fries. The chicken fingers looked good, with light batter and 'real' fresh chicken - which is a nice change from frozen. That said, when he cut through one of the largest pieces after taking a few bites, he realized the chicken was RAW. We lost our appetite after that, and went to our rooms. She didn't charge us for the chicken but that was it, no apologies etc.

The shuttle and location was excellent, but there was a lack of maintenance (blood stain on duvet and when we asked for replacement, the second one also had a pink stain.. and we only had housekeeping visit once during our 4 day stay, who came at 9am; play room had several large toys (pacman, foosball table, etc) but majority were broken.
The hot tub has max 12 people limit and we never got a chance to use it as it was too busy and the restaurant is reservation only with cancellation penalty charge if cancelled within 24h.
Overall we dont regret staying here but maintenance definitely could improve.

Room was great, clean and all of the staff was very friendly. Hotel location was great, right by the lake and close to Mont Tremblant, they offered shuttle service to the mountain so no need to drive to ski. The hotel also had a really big pool and big hot tub with saunas inside and outside.

Great place - a bit dated in terms of decor (otherwise I would give it 5 stars). The staff are wonderful, the shuttle to the mountain is very convenient and access to the trails for fat biking etc is amazing. We have been a few times and will be back.

The rooms were clean but had a few minor maintenance issues. Staff were great. The pool, hot tub and saunas were great and the games rooms was fun for the kids. We absolutely loved the rink and lit skating trail and convenience of the on site rentals and shuttle. The only disappointment was the whiskey bar being closed so early as we would have loved a drink.

The property is especially cute in the winter — we had a beautiful view overlooking the lake, and seeing Mont-Tremblant mountain at night was absolutely gorgeous. Our suite had two bathrooms, which was perfect for our small group, and robes were provided for everyone, which was a nice touch.
Overall, we would definitely recommend staying here and would book again.

It was fully booked so we couldn’t get a table last minute, and when we did try the food it was disappointing — served cold and the truffle fries didn’t taste like truffle at all. We wouldn’t eat there again, but everything else about the stay was excellent.

We travelled with our 3.5‑year‑old and really enjoyed our stay. The only disappointment was the pool, which was a big reason we chose this hotel. It was open on our first day, though it didn’t seem very clean, and by the second day it was closed. Each day we checked in with staff and were told it would reopen “tomorrow,” but unfortunately it never did for the rest of our stay.
Since the pool was an important part of why we booked, we’d really appreciate a discount or some form of compensation. Other than that, everything was lovely and we had a great time.

A great hotel with a great location. I would prefer a 24 hour restaurant. , It only serves breakfast (buffet) and for dinner, you must reserve in advance and dinner is only served up to 930 pm.

Great location, beautiful view of the lake from the room. Just minutes drive to the vilage and the ski area and very convenient shuttle transportation. The room looks bigger in the pictures than the actual one but is was clean and well maintained during our stay.

Staff is great. Room was very clean. Yes, the hotel is a bit dated but in very good condition. It has that country log cabin feel. Best location in Tremblant unless you want to pay double at the Fairmont so you can ski out the hotel door. I prefer the lake front. It’s much quieter and away from the busy ski hill which is only 10 minutes away.

La chambre sentait la cuisine en arrivant, on a dû mettre toutes les ventilations en route et ouvrir la fenêtre. Fuite d'eau au robinet de la cuisine. La porte d'entrée de la salle d'eau tape contre l'abattant du cabinet. Le joint à l'angle droit de la porte de la douche est gonflé et moisi. La porte de la chambre des maîtres, côté droit, une fois ouverte, on a du mal à rentrer dans la salle de bain. La salle à manger était fermée pour cause : peu de réservation mais pas averti avant. Par contre, le personnel est charmant, attentionné. Les équipements sont très agréables (piscine, spa, sauna, bain vapeur, salle de sport etc). Le complexe est magnifique, toujours aussi beau mais nécessite quand même un entretien continuel car les années commencent à paraître sur les boiseries.

Very nice location, breathtaking views across the lake. Nice place, but unfortunately our stay wasnt as good as expected. Lack of staff in the restaurant when there was a wedding on, meant we had a long wait and food that had to be sent back. Undercooked Salmon, cold vegetables and sauce, rice grains on steak n fries. Pool and gym needs addressing, only 2 towels left, no one around to speak to. Bathroom fans very noisy.

A lovely place to stay if you want tranquility and a rustic feel. A short drive to Tremblant village and all amenities. The deluxe room afforded stunning views of the lake and was spacious and comfortable. It feels like staying in a chalet or cabin, less of a standard hotel feel.

The people at the registration counter were awful. They treated me badly because my reservation was for 4 people and we were only 3. I told the lady “what is the problem? the room is already paid for 4, and we are only 3…it is not more expensive for 4 than 3? …so what is the problem? And then, in a rude way she told me I have to pay for breakfast at the restaurant (we were having breakfast there). My answer was again…what is the problem? I didn’t say I wouldn’t pay for our breakfast!!!

Very family friendly. The view from the room was tremendously beautiful. The whole family including my 3 years old daughter enjoyed the stay. We even ridded boat at the lake. It took only less than 10 mins drive to get to the walking village. Convenient yet has more privacy. Everything was just wonderful.

Just came back from a wonderful weekend at the Grand Lodge Tremblant.
The staff at the Lodge were warm and welcoming. We spoke to several different staff members and all were positive and informative
We ate dinner at the Whiskey Bar and had the buffet dinner, both were delicious!
Only feedback for the lodge is that the rooms are starting to get a little run down, we were disappointed we couldn’t use the fireplace even though it was cool at night and there was no kettle in the room for tea.
Highly recommend anyone to stay here, lake side view for some of the most amazing morning views to enjoy your coffee OR TEA!
