Beau séjour de 3 nuits avec nos 3 petits-enfants dans une suite avec vue sur le lac. La belle plage, les kayaks et pédalos, la piscine intérieure, les feux chaque soir et la salle de jeux ont fait leur bonheur. Les installations ont besoin d'un peu d'amour, mais il s'agit d'un vieux lodge en bois construit solide. Quelques améliorations dans la salle de jeux ajouteraient à l'expérience. Nous n'avons pas mangé au resto, mais le menu pourrait avoir des options moins onéreuses pour les familles. Ceci étant dit, nous y retournerons sans hésitations pour des vacances en famille.

L’immeuble a besoin d’amour. Ma chambre était une chambre avec vue sur le lac et terrasse. La terrasse était barricadée car les balcons avaient des rampes pourries donc non sécuritaires. L’air climatisée ne fonctionnait pas et la chambre est devenu un sauna. On ne pouvait m’offrir une autre chambre équivalente. Personne ne m’a contacté par la suite pour s’excuser ou offrir un dédommagement.

We stayed 3 days and actually got a upgrade to our room for the same price we had booked, The room was great, clean, spacious with a great balcony view of Lac Ouimet. We were not expecting a room this size (room 327).We liked the fact that the kitchen was fully equipped (glasses, cups, plates, utensils, pots and pans). While I was golfing, my wife enjoyed the spa and the pool amenities. The breakfast buffet had a large choice of food to suit any guests but pricey.
The only complaints we had was that the Wifi was sketchy at times. But overall we really enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate to return. We highly recommend the Grand Lodge

wo families booked two suites to explore the Mont-Tremblant area, but we ended up barely leaving the hotel because it had everything we needed.
The beach is fantastic, the staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful, and the property is spotless. The only area for improvement is maintenance. The building is showing its age and would benefit from some renovations and updates.
Overall, we had a wonderful stay and will definitely be back!

Great restaurant on the property. The wait staff was awesome but definitely understaffed. The balcony was under construction, so we couldn’t use it and it blocked the view. That was extremely disappointing as it was the main reason I booked. Hot tub was broken one day. Bed was too soft. The location, the lake, the restaurant were all huge pluses but overall I wouldn’t stay again.

Lakeview is beautiful. Hotel requires better maintenance and updating. Ceiling fan was hanging from the ceiling in bathroom, chairs had well worn fabric, light bulbs, not working in some fixtures, etc.

The hotel didn't saybon its website that the restaurant was closed for an event on Monday - the day we arrived. We booked there expecting to have dinner at the resort as we were on a motorcycle trip and didn't want to take the bike into town for dinner. And when we git back a t 9:30pm - the bar was reserved for staff only! They had a hard day with the high school graduation event! Sorry paying customers! We cancelled the 2 nd night.

Beautiful hotel on a lovely lake. We had a lake facing room with a balcony, could hear loons calling, wonderful! Did not realize waterfront closes at 5 so plan accordingly. Kayaks were in high demand with waits so we rented paddle boards and had a great paddle around the lake. Used the sauna and whirlpool - awesome powerful jets! All in all a great stay.

Great room, so many amenities and activities to do, and the views from the suites were beautiful. The check in process was a bit slow though and the desk clerk did not seem to be having a good day, she was a bit short with other customers. We also found a handful of pills on the floor of our room which could’ve been very dangerous considering that we had a crawling baby with us on the trip - cleaning crew need to do a better job in that aspect.

We stayed three nights in the Grand Lodge for a long weekend and I can definitely say that it was not worth the price. Everything looks old and worn, as if there were no improvements nor investments since they opened. The room was ok, size and comfort wise, however the furniture was very worn, the walls with a desperate need of new paint coat and the fully equipped kitchen was missing many basic items we had to ask for. The swimming pool was extremely cold, which made it impossible to swim in, so everyone was in the hot tub including rude kids and parents disrespecting every rule, playing with balls and shouting. There was no personnel at all in the swimming pool and gym area, so there were wet kids playing with the gym machines and equipment, nowhere to put the wet towels so they were all piled up on a table, or even to wipe the floor a bit, so everything was dangerously slippery. The so called playroom was just a regular conference room with two table tennis tables missing their nets, a foosball with missing parts and other random games. Finally, the last night we wanted to try the restaurant but they closed it that very same night for maintenance for a couple of weeks… in the middle of a long weekend. So with a swimming pool that was impossible to swim in, a shabby playroom, no kayaks because they were not ready yet and not even a place to eat, you are forced to find services and things to do somewhere else, especially with kids.

Perfect for families. The kitchen supplies are minimal so I wouldn’t plan on cooking any involved meals, but enough supplies for simple items. Kids running in the hallways. The room was very clean and had a beautiful view of the lake. I’m glad I upgraded to the lakefront view. We didn’t utilize the restaurant or spa so I cannot comment there, but would stay again.

I've stayed here over 10 times over the last 15 years. In the past 2 years, I've experienced less than great stays at this resort. Tradition makes it I want to go back, but I'll book someplace else for next year I think. The lodge is still a great building, its so beautiful on the lake, lighted up. The skating rink and through the forest is also such a great amenity. The staff are much less friendly than before - not sure why. The room was the standard suite, but many items were not functional or need updating e.g. the plugs are loose so you can't plug in chargers without them falling, the bath is plugged so water accumulates when you take shower and is slippery, some of the lights don't work (beside bed etc.), the fridge makes loud noises and the heating/cooling appliance runs all the time. So, not sure if its owner negligence or resort maintenance gaps, but a renovation is in order. We had dinner at the restaurant on the 1st night, ordered a brie as appetizer (it came not very warm/not melting), then we had the steak tartare which was good and my son had the chicken fingers and fries. The chicken fingers looked good, with light batter and 'real' fresh chicken - which is a nice change from frozen. That said, when he cut through one of the largest pieces after taking a few bites, he realized the chicken was RAW. We lost our appetite after that, and went to our rooms. She didn't charge us for the chicken but that was it, no apologies etc.

Big pool and hot tub indoors. Rooms are comfortable for 4. Furniture and rooms are dated and worn. Location is nice and close to the Hill. Beachfront in the summer. Will return.

The shuttle and location was excellent, but there was a lack of maintenance (blood stain on duvet and when we asked for replacement, the second one also had a pink stain.. and we only had housekeeping visit once during our 4 day stay, who came at 9am; play room had several large toys (pacman, foosball table, etc) but majority were broken.
The hot tub has max 12 people limit and we never got a chance to use it as it was too busy and the restaurant is reservation only with cancellation penalty charge if cancelled within 24h.
Overall we dont regret staying here but maintenance definitely could improve.

Room was great, clean and all of the staff was very friendly. Hotel location was great, right by the lake and close to Mont Tremblant, they offered shuttle service to the mountain so no need to drive to ski. The hotel also had a really big pool and big hot tub with saunas inside and outside.

Great place - a bit dated in terms of decor (otherwise I would give it 5 stars). The staff are wonderful, the shuttle to the mountain is very convenient and access to the trails for fat biking etc is amazing. We have been a few times and will be back.

The rooms were clean but had a few minor maintenance issues. Staff were great. The pool, hot tub and saunas were great and the games rooms was fun for the kids. We absolutely loved the rink and lit skating trail and convenience of the on site rentals and shuttle. The only disappointment was the whiskey bar being closed so early as we would have loved a drink.

had a really great stay at Le Grand Lodge Mont-Tremblant. The rooms are big and spacious, with very comfortable beds. The staff were extremely nice and accommodating throughout our visit.
The property is especially cute in the winter — we had a beautiful view overlooking the lake, and seeing Mont-Tremblant mountain at night was absolutely gorgeous. Our suite had two bathrooms, which was perfect for our small group, and robes were provided for everyone, which was a nice touch.
Overall, we would definitely recommend staying here and would book again.

It was fully booked so we couldn’t get a table last minute, and when we did try the food it was disappointing — served cold and the truffle fries didn’t taste like truffle at all. We wouldn’t eat there again, but everything else about the stay was excellent.
