The hotel is strategically located in the heart of the resort village. Here, guests will find all the amenities required for a holiday, including restaurants, bars, nightclubs, shops, or park and woodlands for walking.

Renovated in 2004, this air-conditioned hotel comprises a total of 137 rooms spread over four floors. Facilities on offer include a lobby area with a reception desk manned around the clock, a hire safe, a currency exchange facility, lift access, and a newspaper stand.

The hotel also offers guests a bar, a restaurant, a pub, a nightclub, a theatre, a TV lounge, and meeting rooms. Younger guests may let off steam in the kid's club or the playground.

Moreover, guests may make use of the bicycle hire service, and there is parking available for those arriving by car. The wonderfully appointed rooms all come with an en suite bathroom with hairdryer, a direct dial telephone, satellite/ cable TV, a radio, a hi-fi, and an Internet connection.

Good clean furniture and new carpeting; nice rain-style shower. Big outdoor hot tub, nice sauna. Lounge area beside lobby with comfortable couch and fireplace, small bistro tables. Located near top of the Cabriolet gondola.

Overall: great amenities, proximity to ski slopes excellent (boasts of being ski-in/ski-out, but that’s a stretch), nice people at front desk.

However, our 22-yo had a medical emergency - needed inhaler - and Ubers are harmed to come by. The cab driver called by the front desk, Mikel, was over an hour later than the promised time and charged us $350 (!) for a trip into town, which took 15 mins each way and a 20 min wait while our 22-yo was seen. We felt really taken advantage of. When I complained to front desk lady who recommended him, Mikel later claimed he “made a mistake” and returned $100. Do NOT use Mikel (cab driver) even if recommended by front desk.

Room wasnt too clean, spider webs everywhere and had to clean out some spiders (outdoor vibe i get it, but I know people who would make a big deal out of it). We called and were told the only way too be sure we had a tv in the bedroom would be to order a suite (which was more expensive), but tv was at the couch in the living room area. (Has a hdmi but nothing else, old tv, random live channels. again outdoor vibe, we barely stayed inside so it wasnt a big deal)……… Sheets had a few hairs on them and what i think was a crumb of hard red candy. Staff were pretty nice, amenities were pretty old. everything else 👌 would have made a much bigger complaint if i was staying more than two nights but we were only staying inside to sleep so it didn’t matter

Great location right near the top of the free gondola and the base of the mountain so close to the luge, Tonga Lumina excursion, other gondola to the top of the mountain, etc. Small but nice pool and hot tub tucked away behind trees, very pretty. Best price we could find for suites in the village. Full kitchen great for cooking if you don't want to always eat out (it's pricey in the resort). Only issue was check out is 11 am sharp and it was a disorganized mess with a dozen+ families wanting to check out and extend parking for the day. No ropes to create lines, staff were taking whoever shoved up first - not a pleasant experience.

My wife and I stayed here for our 2nd anniversary! The hotel and it's facilities far exceeded our expectations.

Starting with the kind lady at the front desk was very helpful during check in, she explained the parking, nearby amenities and activities payiently and offered us a crib for my 1 year old. The hotel even The hotel lobby was very \"cottage\" like and had a cabin like interior. It was in a quiet side of the village with quick and easy access to the gondola, shops, and activities.

They even had self serve trolleys for transporting stuff and the elevators were working quickly with 0 wait time. The room itself was laid out very efficiently. There was a side for the bed/washroom, another for the small kitchen and a cute dining table with a view of the mountain. My wife and I absolutely loved it! They even had a TV on a revolving stand. The washroom was newly renovated and very clear and spacious.

The kitchen has all the things you could imagine! Since we had decided to cook our own pre-prepped meals we had brought some of our own supplies but to our surprise the kitchen had a kettle, pots, plates, glasses, cutlery, oven, trays, kitchen supplies and even a dishwasher with tabs! There was also complimentary coffee and a coffee maker! It made our trip so much easier and convenient!

Aside from the room, the hotel had a pool, hot tubs, sauna, exercise bikes, and a pool table.Our stay was very comfortable and affordable. Would recommend this to anyone!

The hotel is in a great location, just 200 meters from the city center. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained.

Cons: Parking is not free, and only one spot is available per room, which may be inconvenient for guests traveling with more than one vehicle.
