The Tours de Voyageurs is excellent for location. Ski right into Tower II. All necessary amenities are close by. The staff is very friendly. The rooms are older but functional and cozy. A handy kitchenette helps a lot.

Great place to stay. Conveniently located at the bottom of the Cabriole and at the end of the ski day you can pretty much ski to the door. Of course you can walk anywhere in the village. The place was incredibly clean, staff was very courteous and helpful and check in was a breeze. My only comment is on a busy week / weekend the garage can be tight but with that said, I didn't have an issue finding a spot. I noticed they even had outlets to plug in an electric car - not a charger, but outlets for the slow charging if needed. Great place. I highly recommend.

The room was good but front desk staff were not friendly or very helpful. No one smiled or looked happy to see us. We went on a wild goose chase trying to find parking and our room. No one asked if we were first time guests or explained the two towers. We made two more trips back to front desk because we were so lost. A map of the place would be a simple solution. Finally a janitor helped us find our way. He was the only one who smiled at us during our whole stay there. We loved the hot tub and our room.

The location is definitely the highlight — very convenient and easy to access everything nearby.

However, the accommodation itself feels quite tired and in need of a full refresh. You can tell the property has seen heavy use over the years. The bedroom lighting was extremely dim, and the kitchen was only adequate for reheating food, not really suitable for cooking a proper meal.

The parking garage was very tight and difficult to manoeuvre in. On the plus side, there are two free EV chargers, which was appreciated.

Amenities were busy — there was even a lineup to use the hot tub — and overall the building felt crowded.

In summary, a great location but the unit and facilities would benefit from significant updating to match the price and expectations.

The hottub was okay (the bubbles didn't work very well) and the staff didn't seem super knowledgable but... the location can't be beat! Good value for what we paid.

Enjoyed our stay at this property for a girls fall weekend. The location is right at the base of the pedestrian village which means everything is uphill from here! Handy being right beside the Cabriolet (fun little mini gondola) that was open during the day. We’d zip up to the top and work our way down. Great staff and facilities. Only gave a 4 star due to it being a bit older with some dents and scrapes here and there. Kitchen fully supplied with pots, pans, dishes, glassware etc. Fireplace was great. We’ll definitely book here again. Recommend the Zip lining as well at Mont Tremblant!

The location of the property is very good, right at the base of the village where all the action is. Although it was not winter, this would be an excellent location for people interested in skiing. The hotel is located right at the base of the cabriolet gondola eliminating the need to walk very far to the main gondola that actually goes up the mountain.

We booked three rooms, which ended up being all far apart from each other. The rooms themselves were fine. Our bed was not made well, with several edges sticking out and some dust in the bathroom. It was passable for one evening.

The staff are very kind but obviously overworked. We checked in early and we were told we would receive a call when the rooms were ready. Only 2 of the 3 rooms were ready by 4pm. We waited in the lobby alongside many others who either did not receive a call when the room was ready, or the room was not yet ready. People were very frustrated.

While very convenient, I would not stay at this hotel again.

The property is located just next to the Village and has beautiful views. The hotel was very clean and the room had all amenities for a family with kids.

The downside is the staff and front desk. Checkout took over 25 mins because of reasons that were not explained. The queue just kept getting longer. The staff is not very friendly (maybe because we were not french speaking) and we had to follow up for all requests (whether it was extra towels or coffee pods)

Other than that, the property and location are excellent
