Excellent séjour! Très bon hôtel!

I recently stayed at Le Westin in Mont-Tremblant. The property is beautiful, and my room had a great view. The hot sauna, pool, and jacuzzi are nice amenities. However, I cut my leg on an exposed corner of the jacuzzi. I reported it, but it wasn’t covered the next day. Despite the injury happening on their property, no manager or director ever followed up or apologized. The management’s lack of response was extremely disappointing. I also found my Bonvoy stay wasn’t recorded, and construction noise wasn’t disclosed at check-in. While Annie and the bartender were wonderful, I can’t recommend this hotel to families safety should be a priority.
Christopher
The property was amazing. Staff were friendly and helpful. Conversations in French and English were not a problem.
Would stay here again.

Tout y est pour un séjour confortable et près de tous les magasins et restaurants tout est possible à pieds. Le confort du lit et de la literie est exceptionnel. Merci beaucoup pour ce beau moment passé à vitre hôtel, un retour est prévu !

We decided to celebrate our 25 anniversary at the Westin and advised the hotel such. We received a very warm greeting upon our arrival. However, when we asked for a late checkout for noon (checkout time is 11am) which is historically automatically granted, the manager Hussain refused. Unfortunately, a very surprising and disappointing end to our weekend
Joel
Beautiful new room. Cozy atmosphere.
Melanie
We had an amazing stay. My dog was repeatedly treated like royalty. Thanks so much especially to the manager Houssain who was beyond helpful and easy to communicate with. He went over and beyond to make our stay one we won’t forget.
Eleanor
Everything was great. Service wonderful. Room was spacious and clean. Leo restaurant was delicious though pricey. Some renovations going on while we were there but not very disruptive.
Kenneth
Very good weekend stay. Facilities are excellent. Property is well situatted fo village activities.

The concierge, receptionist and valet were all great. Amenities, very useful.

Donghwan
Hot tub was out of order. They didn’t announce it. I choose this accommodation because of warm swim and hot tub.
John
The renovation is a disaster. The new look is horrible.
Lisa
We had such an incredible stay at the Westin this weekend, everything from start to finish was seamless. The hotel itself is beautiful, clean, and so well maintained, with that perfect balance of comfort and luxury. The rooms were spacious and the beds were unbelievably comfortable.
What truly made the experience stand out, though, was the exceptional service, especially from the concierge, Annie. She went above and beyond to make our weekend feel special. You can tell she genuinely cares about guests having a great experience.
It’s rare to come across service that makes such a lasting impression, but she absolutely did. Thanks to her, our weekend felt memorable, and just a little extra special.
We will definitely be back :)

Great hotel and staff.

Everything was ok, although a bit expensive. The big surprise and the big disappointment were that those hotel rooms were put up for sale while the hotel was under repair, so until the evening, we constantly and continuously heard the sounds made by the builders and their repairs (drills, hammering nails, etc.).
There was no special price for this and it wasn't announced in advance on their website so you could understand what you were choosing.

Lovely hotel in the perfect location. Our room was spacious and had a balcony overlooking Tremblant village and mountain views. Practically ski in/ ski out. Had a lovely outdoor heated pool and outdoor hot tub. Gym
and spa and bar and restaurants. Minutes walk into Tremblant village with all its lovely shops and restaurants. All the staff were absolutely lovely. Our first time in Tremblant and we would definitely stay here again.

I stayed there for three nights. I checked in on the evening of April 3rd, and before going to bed, I noticed there were no blackout curtains. On April 4th, I called the front desk in the morning and again during the day, but no one came to check on the issue and I received no response. I felt it would be too much trouble to change rooms, so I put up with the lack of blackout curtains for all three nights. The overall experience was very poor, and the service was extremely disappointing.
Chris

The housekeeping was OK. They did not clean the bathroom well. The staff was friendly, but they were a little bit lost in terms of information. The location is good, but it is cannot be considered ski-in/ski-out hotel.

We recently stayed at this hotel and had a mixed experience.
On the positive side, the view from the 6th floor was beautiful, and the room was spacious with new furniture. The entrance lobby was well designed and nicely furnished, creating a strong first impression. The heated outdoor pool and hot tub were definite highlights of our stay. The staff were kind, polite, and helpful throughout.
However, there were several issues that affected the overall experience. The toilet flush was not working properly, and when we arrived, there was toilet paper left in the toilet along with some dirt residue, which made it feel not fully cleaned. The quality of the toilet paper provided was also poor. The hair dryer in the room was broken. Additionally, one of the two elevators was out of service, causing long waiting times.
We also noticed that one sanitizer dispenser was broken and the other had run out of gel. The bar on the main floor had limited options and lacked variety. Parking cost almost $47 per night, which felt excessive.
Another issue was the temperature control. Our room was quite cold, and it seemed the heating system was not working efficiently, while our friends’ room on the 2nd floor was extremely hot. The hotel felt expensive compared to the quality and service provided. The number of maintenance, cleanliness, and operational issues made it seem like the property may be suffering from poor management.

The staff, especially Martin, were all so sweet and accommodating. The hotel was clean, had great food and drinks, and was a prime location for good restaurants and the mountain base.

This is a beautiful property with the most amazing, polite, and friendly staff. The valet was really kind and funny. We come here every year for my wife’s birthday and look forward to returning.

Happy with the hotel. I recommend staying at Le Westin 👍
Emily
The staff was very friendly and helpful. Our first room had no curtains so we were upgraded to a suite on a renovated floor. It was very nice; however, it has a motion sensor for the heat. So the room got very cold at night when sleeping because we were not moving near the sensor.

Everything was great. Only quibble is that the “sky lockers” are actually ski racks than can be locked not actual lockers which have a compartment with a door which has a lock.

I had to csncel the trip. Could not get there for that date

The 2 bedroom was amazing. Space and amazing staff! Merci A+
Nancy
From the moment we arrived, everyone was pleasant and helpful. Our room was ready 2 hours before check-in. The lobby is beautiful, check-in service very rapid. We had a 2 bedroom suite with 2 bathrooms. Beautiful spacious rooms. Room with King bed has a bath/shower combination as well as stand alone shower. Full kitchen was had everything you need...as good as home. Nice fireplace. Beds very comfortable. We had a hard time adjusting room temperature but figured it out. Outdoor 4 season pool was magnificent. Seeing we were off season, we need to let them know we wanted to use pool...when we did, solar blankets were removed. Pool was about 92 degrees and hot tub about 100. I am not sure if they heat higher in colder months. Pool surroundings just beautiful with lights and snow on trees. The valet Simon was wonderul, funny, friendly and polite. All in all a wonderful 3 day get away.

room is kind of dated, no lounge at the location, this is a very small hotel. even though it‘s low season, room is dated. it will be great location if ski season.

We had a great stay at the Westin Mont-Tremblant The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The lobby renovations look fantastic and give the hotel a fresh, modern vibe. Perfect location and excellent service.

Really enjoyed our short getaway to Tremblant and our stay at the Westin was perfect. We received a room upgrade. Very friendly staff. Quiet.

The rooms specifically beds are terrible, I was unable to sleep whole night and have severe back pain after laying down on the uneven mattress
Susan
Reception was very friendly. Our room had a few issues - toilet would not stop running and we couldn't even watch tv because we couldn't get it changed to English. I even called the front desk and they tried but no luck.

Easily the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in — and I travel a lot. The only thing decent here is the location, and even that can’t save it.
Imagine trying to sleep with constant noise and construction, which of course they never mentioned when we booked. Only after check-in did they casually drop the news — thanks for the “surprise.” Worst sleep ever.
Next morning, the elevator broke down without warning. No notice, no help — we had to drag our luggage down the stairs like it’s some kind of workout program.
Complained to the front desk, and their brilliant response was: “it happens.” No apology, no responsibility. If this is their idea of hospitality, it’s a joke.
Never coming back — and if you value your sleep, neither should you.

Forget about being able to sleep
Very difficult to sleep because it’s a very thick feather, blanket, and a matter. How could you make it? You overheat after a few hours. There’s also very loud construction noise is starting very early in the morning and lasting throughout the day 6 to 7 days a week.

I throughly enjoyed my stay at Le Westin Tremblant.
Gayla
Perfect location. All the staff were so friendly and available to answer questions.
We did find Leo’s to be rather mediocre; food was unimaginative, vegetarian offerings were bland and boring.

Beautiful Stay
A beautiful room with a fireplace and big screen tv as well as some kitchen amenities. Comfortable bed, clean bathroom. Wine glasses etc. Juliette balcony overlooking gardens and pool area.
We loved it!!
I would have liked English TSN to watch some US OPEN Tennis matches.
