We stayed at the cheapest rooms that were not renovated, so the room is clean but not nice. Old carpet, old bathroom etc. king bed was very nice, very comfortable. For a 5 star hotel I would like some bottled water in the room.

Every single staff member we encountered was absolutely excellent. Truly a wonderful place to stay. Kids had a blast! Game room is a little ehh but that’s a small upgrade if they did one. The outdoor hot tubs and pools were actually HOT ! So nice after a day on the slopes. If I could rate it higher I would.

I enjoyed the room and the hotel amenities. Even the rooms that aren’t renovated are still very nice, clean and well-kept. The service at the hotel is excellent, five-star quality. The staff are all lovely, kind and eager to cater to your needs. The restaurants on site are very nice although their menus are somewhat limited in scope. The location can’t be beat and they definitely have the best apres ski in Tremblant. My only criticism is about the children traveling with their families at the hotel. I found them very disruptive at breakfast: running through the restaurant, crawling on the floor, yelling, etc. to stay at a premium property and be surrounded by badly behaved kids kind of ruined the experience. They need to have a separate adults only pool as well - kids playing in the hot tub, is not good for an upscale hotel.

Let’s not talk about the complete racket they have on transport to Montreal Airport (you’re talking at least $550 USD + the expected tip). Absurd. Meal prices within the hotel were astronomical for mediocre quality food.

Our hotel room was on the ground floor, facing the hotel entrance car park, where cars waited for staff to park, no view at all. It felt awkward opening the curtains and seeing other guests outside, so we kept them closed most of the time.
From our room to the swimming pool, we had to walk through the lobby (in bathrobes and with wet hair), which was awkward too.
However, hot tub was great. I just wish the overall experience for a birthday celebration could be better.

Overall Great Stay at Fairmont Tremblant
From the moment we arrived, the service at Fairmont Tremblant was exceptional. The staff were consistently friendly, polite, and attentive, making us feel welcome right away.
We were pleasantly surprised with an upgraded room featuring two queen beds — it was spotless, comfortable, and well-appointed. The nightly turndown service was a lovely touch that added to the overall experience.
The outdoor heated pool and jacuzzi area were a highlight of our stay — the perfect way to relax and unwind after a day of trekking around Mont-Tremblant.
The only downside was the breakfast buffet, priced at $50 per person. While the food was fine, it didn’t quite justify the cost in our opinion.
We also dined at Choux Gras restaurant one evening. While the food was good, the service felt somewhat uneven — our waiter, Étienne, seemed to tailor his attention based on what guests were ordering. The prices were also on the higher side considering the portion sizes, so I’m not sure I would return.
Overall, we had a wonderful stay at Fairmont Tremblant and would gladly come back for the hotel experience itself — just perhaps skip the breakfast buffet next time.

We had a wonderful stay! The property is beautiful and perfectly located — we didn’t need our car the entire weekend. We especially enjoyed the large outdoor jacuzzi, which was a highlight of our trip. The service was impeccable throughout our stay. The only small downside was that the check-out process took a bit longer than expected, but overall, everything else was excellent. Highly recommend!

We were really happy with the view of the room, but the room was full of dust and my boyfriend has asthma and he had several asthma attacks in there. We also tried to dine in the restaurant and we ordered a bottle of wine and oysters, and the waiter only brought one glass and he forgot the second glass. And then we ordered tuna tartare and then he said he forgot that we ordered it and then said sorry.

I have been to many other hotels and condos in Tremblant however this was my first at Fairmount and will not be my last!
