I've stayed at this hotel several times. Going on spring break, may not have been the best time to go as there were many kids and was pretty loud.
Pool was small but kids had fun. Hot tub was full of kids therefore I as an adult would not go in it, as it was very loud, and not to mention maybe not to par for my cleanness.

We really enjoyed our stay! The two bedroom suite was spacious and comfortable with everything we needed to cook and sleep and bathe well for two nights. The common area was super lovely with activities and games and the hot tub was a nice treat. I would say that amenities could use a bit of a refresh but overall everything was really great. Will continue to stay here on my visits to Tremblant.

The location is fantastic being out of the busy Mont Tremblant resort. The hotel has had its share of refurbishing and the rooms are a little tired when you look closely. The pool is exclusively for kids and frankly by the water colour I did not permit my child to use it. The shuttle is a large plus and what attracted me to stay at tte hotel. It is perfect for one or two nights stay

We enjoyed the hot tub, the room was clean and the kitchen had almost everything we needed. We could have used more small spoons and some plastic drinking cups. In the bedroom with the window, I found that the curtain did not adequately cover the window. There was alot of light coming through at night. The games room was constantly occupied due to March break. We were never able to play pool. In general, there wasn't enough light in the living area. Overall we enoyed our stay and would definitely return in the summer.

Staff was very friendly and property is very well taken care of.
There are ski shuttles to Mont Tremblant every 30min and there pool and hot tub are in great condition.
There are also ski rentals and a bar that's open on weekends.
The room is very clean and cozy.
The overall hotel is very quaint and ski-chalet-like which is why we selected to stay here.

We love this location. It was such a nice spot and all the staff were great. As we arrived, our room smelt funky so we talked to the girl at the front desk and she was great and gave us a new room. We liked all the amenities from the hot tub to the pool table to the foosball table. We also really enjoyed the shuttle service. This is definitely something that I will always have in my back pocket for when I’m headed that way. Fantastic place to say, and I will definitely be recommending it to my close friends and family. Can’t wait to come back. Thanks again for everything.

We enjoyed our stay. The shuttle to the village and the proximity to different activities were very convenient. We liked having the hot tub to relax in and we had fun playing pool in the common room. Overall, our room was very comfy and cozy. All the beds other than the sofa bed were comfortable. The kitchenette was very useful, but the fridge was too small.

Location was great, loved the private shuttle which is so convenient. Staff is all very friendly and helpful. This would’ve been a 5 star if the room overall was in a slightly better condition. All kitchen equipment were dated, stained and didn’t feel very hygienic. Kitchen tap was leaking and creating puddles around sink which we had to constantly keep clean. Absolutely no complains about the bedroom, bathrooms and storage in the rooms, those were all immaculate!

I would definitely stay there again! Thanks for hosting us

The free ski shuttle was very convenient, and the driver was friendly. The kitchenette was well equipped, making the stay comfortable.
We requested an early check-in, but it wasn’t granted. We waited at the front desk and weren’t informed until we asked even though they see us sitting and waiting for an answer if we can check in earlier. Some guests received keys as early as 2 PM, possibly because they booked to hotel directly, while ours was given exactly at 4 PM maybe because we booked through 3rd party, Expedia. The two male check-in staff weren’t very friendly, but the checkout staff were nice and helpful.
The hot tub didn’t work the first day but was fine on the second. Although rules state no food or drinks, some guests stayed late with drinks. The carpet could use cleaning. The Murphy bed wasn’t set up until 6:30 PM even if we have requested it to be set-up morning of check in date, and the sofa bed was springy and uncomfortable.
Overall, highlights included the shuttle and amenities, but service and room readiness could be improved.

I stayed at Hôtel Château Beauvallon and I truly enjoyed my experience. The room ( more like a unit) was incredibly spacious. It was very clean and comfortable, and you immediately feel at ease when you walk in. The hotel is quiet, well maintained, and has a cozy “chalet” atmosphere that fits perfectly with Tremblant. The beds were comfortable, the bathrooms spotless, and the commun areas were pleasant and inviting. The quality-price ratio is very good, even excellent for type of accommodation in the area. I also want to highlight the service. One staff member in particular, koffi, very friendly and welcoming. His positive attitude and kindness really made our stay even more enjoyable. It’s a great place to relax and enjoy Mont-Tremblant. I would definitely recommend it. :)

Perfect place for family/friends to get away. Close enough to mountain but far enough away so not to be in the chaos. Shuttle to mountain was readily available every 30 minutes. Rooms were spacious, clean and updated. Kitchen was well stocked. Fireplace was perfect!

If you're looking for the feel of what Tremblant felt like before all of the resort development, Chateau Beauvallon is your place to go. This friendly well-organised lodge of a hotel is perfect for a Tremblant adventure without any of the fuss. Great location, courteous staff, excellent facilities, well recommended for families.

Cet hôtel n'a absolument rien d'un 4 étoiles. Les chambres sont sales et ont grandement besoin d'être rénovées. Les murs et les meubles sont abîmés. Les meubles sont recouverts de poussière. Les tapis sont tachés. Les salles de bain sont malpropres (serviettes usées, rideau de douche moisi, plancher sale et drain de douche bouché). Plusieurs ampoules défectueuses. Matelas et duvet recouverts d'un simple drap. Oreillers durs comme du ciment.

Il n'avait pas d'électricité à notre arrivée. Il devait avoir lampes de poche et couverture dans les chambres (il y avait seulement des glow-sticks défectueux). Ascenseur non fonctionnel. On était très déçu car on a choisit cet hôtel pour pouvoir utiliser la cuisine dans la chambre et le spa après le ski (spa fermé pour plusieurs jours à cause de la panne). On a donc perdu tout le contenu de notre épicerie et on a du aller manger à l'extérieur en plus de passer la soirée dans le noir. Je comprends que ce n'est pas la faute de l'établissement mais il aurait été apprécié d'obtenir un remboursement (même partiel) pour dédommager.

Dépôt de ski non sécuritaire (n'importe qui peut partir avec les skis). Nos skis étaient recouvert d'éclaboussures de cire et au moment de les reprendre.

Mon conjoint a été extrêmement malade et on soupçonne l'eau du robinet (ils coupaient justement l'eau pour maintenance lors de notre départ).

Seul point positif est le service de navette.

I loved this hotel. The atmosphere is classic ski chalet with a nice fireplace and bar on the main floor. The shuttle is so convenient. Every staff member was so kind and friendly. My ONLY comments were the hot tub was not very hot and robes were not available in the room. You have to ask for a robe. Otherwise this hotel was fantastic and I’d love to stay here again!

Extremely Disappointing Stay, Not What You Expect From a Luxury Hotel.

Our recent stay at the Château in Mont-Tremblant during Christmas vacation was an absolute disaster from beginning to end.

At check-in, we were told to choose one single day during our weeklong stay for housekeeping service. We selected a day, only to later be told,after that day came and went,that there would be no cleaning service at all. Not once during our entire stay was our room cleaned.

We were instructed to retrieve our own towels daily, along with toilet paper. To make matters worse, when we checked in, the toilet paper roll in our bathroom was already used and nearly finished, with a sticker placed on it—implying we were expected to continue using it. I have never, in any hotel, experienced being welcomed with a used toilet paper roll.

We stayed in a family suite for six people, which made the situation even more unacceptable. The toilets repeatedly clogged, and each time we had to track someone down to come unclog them. Six people, clogged plumbing, zero cleaning, and no basic service,during peak winter holiday season.

This was not an isolated issue. Many guests during that week were visibly upset and expressing similar frustrations. The staff would acknowledge concerns in the moment but never followed through—no towels delivered, no check-ins, no solutions.

Great hotel. The reason for 3/5 is because I find it has been going downhill compared to how it used to be. Used to have semi-private shuttle until 11pm. Now it’s a small bus to obviously cater “bring as many people to the mountain” which is understandable. Used to have complimentary breakfast… that’s gone. Hot tub was not even warm felt around 80. Water level was easily 10” inches low if not more. Some mold at the base of the shower curtains. Overall, I still really like this hotel I’ve been going there for many many years with family and friends. Just surprised and mildly disappointed in the seemingly downhill course of quality in the hotel. Apart from that, hotel rooms are spacious and clean (limited TV though). Nice pool table, sitting room and a nice bar. Staff are all very respectful and friendly!

We had a broken curtain in our room and were assured it would be fixed, but unfortunately, it wasn’t. When we escalated the issue, we were offered a 15% discount for that night.

We’ve been regular guests in the past and always had a great experience, but it seems like things have changed with the current management and operations. Breakfast service has been discontinued, shuttle frequency reduced, and now this curtain issue, all of which have left a disappointing impression.

We had a nice stay at this hotel ! Staff were very welcoming and helpful !
Although the indoor pool was cold, my kid didn't even want to swim in it !
And there was a lack of power plugs in the bedroom, we had to move a heavy dresser to plug in our phones for the night, it was so dirty behind the dresser..... there was trash left there.
But other then that, we had an overall good experience.

Disappointing Stay Despite Great Location

The stay was for 3 nights, and unfortunately the experience fell short of expectations. Housekeeping was only offered once during our stay, and at 3 p.m. on the second day — far too late in the day, especially given that the hotel was not busy. We declined.

The details were also disappointing: towels were ragged, the dishwasher liquid was empty, and the room felt dated overall. The air conditioning did not work, forcing us to keep the balcony door open throughout the stay. The room was poorly equipped with electrical outlets, and the TVs were not compatible with portable Apple TV units.

On the positive side, the location is convenient and the shuttle to the village is a nice feature.

Overall, however, the value just wasn’t there. The experience felt underwhelming and not worth the cost. Next time, I’d be willing to invest more for a better-quality stay.
