The room was excellent, the continental breakfast was very good. The only complaint would be the noise from the utility room housing the ice maker. Our room was located next to that room and the noise made sleeping difficult. I would caution using room 17 if one is a light sleeper.
Nadine

Everyone at the front desk was very helpful and the manager was superb. He went way beyond his duty to help us solve a reservation at a hotel. Thank you, thank you, thank you.

Walking distance from everything interesting.
Clean room, very well furnished with all you need.
Would definitely go back again

J’y retournerais certainement!

It was such a delightful stay at Ermitage du Lac. We had booked the Suite that has a bedroom (king bed) and a sofa bed which was good for family of 4. Views of the garden and Mirror lake from the Suite balcony were beautiful and we loved the peaceful environment. Breakfast was lovely too. Weather forecasts showed thunderstorms during our stay in July 1st week, so the outdoor pool and jacuzzi were not open during those days, and it was a bit disappointing There should be an indoor swimming pool as well since half of the summer days tend to be rainy in Tremblant and outdoor pool is unavailable during that kind of weather. But overall we had a pleasant stay there. Will book it again for next visit.

We've been there for 2 nights .everything from check in to check out was perfect. Very helpful staff, room was big, clean and light, nice view at balcony, continental breakfast was good enough. We had wonderful experience with this Hotel.
WILFRED
The staff was very helpful and the room is well equipped.

The pilot light was on in our fireplace suite 305. The fireplace glass was warm to touch. This could be turned off by the hotel till fireplaces are needed in late Fall or ski season. This brought more heat into our suite and the whole building unnecessarily.
Other than that a nice place to stay at Tremblant Village. Only a 2 minute walk to restaurants and shopping. We didn't use the facilities like the pool or hot tub. Short walk to shaded paths around Lac Miroir and viewing points of Lac Tremblant.

Room was very spacious, clean bathroom, the TV was a little far from the bed which I found a little odd but it does tilt.
Nice little pool with a large jacuzzi, comfy chairs and I loved the fact that the small gym has a shower for those checking out and staying by the pool. Jacuzzi wasn’t too clean but overall experience was very nice.
Breakfast was very basic, no scrambled eggs or waffle/pancakes, but they do serve hard boiled eggs. All in all I rate it 4.5/5.

Definitely needs upkeep. Dirty entry steps, gauged entry door. Filthy elevator doors, gauged not just dinged bathroom door. Not a 9.4. Perhaps 7.5. Clean room. Comfy bed . Friendly and helpful staff. Great location.

Place was great, staff were very nice and helpful. Rooms were spacious and really comfortable.

We loved our short stay here, just what we needed after visiting busy cities! Lovely big apartment and Catherine was very thorough and helpful and check in. Great location, just minutes from everything in Tremblant. The breakfast was included and is ok, it’s great to give guests the option to take the food back to their room. The pool wasn’t open during our stay which was a shame but it looked lovely. Parking is convenient too (for a fee). Probably the best sleep we had of our two week road trip.
Denis
Room was perfect and clean. Cleaning staff for our room was extremely pleasant and friendly both days and asked if we needed anything even when we asked for no service. The continental breakfast was great and enough selection to please. Coffee was perfect. The kitchen clean up crew was extremely loud while resorting dishes when it came to bring back the dirty dishes from the carts especially because the carts were right beside us. A little more courtesy would have been appreciated and perhaps the carts could have been simply rolled into the kitchen and then there, re-sort the dishes for cleaning. Front desk person was not knowledgeable about Tremblant Village at all. She had no idea what time the shoppes or restaurants stayed open in the evening and basically said, “you’ll need to speak to the people who run those places”. She is the gateway to Tremblant and didn’t know the answers to the simplest questions of any new traveller to Tremblant. Excellent client service begins by knowing about the tourist area she’s actually representing on behalf of the hotel.

The room was very clean, spacious, and comfortable. The fireplace was a wonderful feature, especially after a day of skiing, and helped keep the room warm and cozy.
The complimentary breakfast was a big plus and provided a great start to the day before heading out to the slopes.
The location is very close to the lift, and easily within walking distance, making it extremely convenient for skiing.

Intéressant et très pratique. Un hôtel où revenir.
William
Very friendly service from front desk. Great location. Small bed for two (twin?). We thought we would have a balcony, but were told only suites had balconies. We were enjoying the hot tub but were very surprised when we were told by the lifeguard it closes at 5:00. The room was rather dated. The breakfast buffet was decent but no scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage …. Overall, given the price, we expected better.

This was a last minute booking for 1 night. Although not horrible, it wasn't great either. Pool was closed on weekdays. But they did offer a continental breakfast.
Gilles

Kira
The room was nice and spacious. The breakfast was delicious. The selection was small but everything was fresh and there was something for everyone. Great location right at the front of the village.

Staff was not Co-operative, otherwise the property was v good

“Had an excellent stay at Ermitage du Lac in Mont-Tremblant. The hotel offers the perfect balance of comfort, charm, and convenience. Our suite was spacious, spotless, and well-equipped, making it feel like a home away from home. The location is fantastic—just a short walk to the pedestrian village while still being peaceful and quiet by the lake. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. The complimentary breakfast was a great way to start the day, and the outdoor hot tub was the perfect place to relax after exploring the village. Whether you’re visiting as a couple or with family, this is an excellent place to stay. We would definitely return and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Mont-Tremblant.”
For many guests, the highlights are the spacious suites, lake-side setting, quiet atmosphere, convenient access to the village and ski lifts, and friendly service.

We had a great stay at the hotel. The room was spacious and well furnished with a good shower. Staff was very helpful. Location was about as good as it gets for being in the ski village. The included breakfast didn’t have any warm food options and options were somewhat limited so removing a star on that basis, but would still happily stay here again for the right price.
Derick
It was a nice stay with my family !
Glenn
Awesome experience thank you!
Hridi
Everything was great! It would be amazing if there were more fresh breakfast options instead of packaged eggs. One of the staffs at breakfast seemed to be in a bad mood and was kind of affecting the environment first thing in the morning. The reception staff was very kind and helpful throughout our stay!
Cindy
Great customer service!!!
Miriam
Calder
Great property with friendly staff!
Florence
The suite we had was amazing, the bed was super comfortable and everything was clean! The breakfast was okay, it had a range variety of food (cold food or toast) but it was nothing extraordinary. The spa was okay too, nothing special. I do really recommend that hotel for a relaxing stay if you plan on exploring the city more than doing stuff at the hotel.
Annie
Bien situé, personnel aidant et à l’écoute. Chambre propre, lit très confortable. Petit déjeuner simple mais complet. Un excellent rapport qualité prix
Marc
This hotel is very clean. Staff are amazing and helpful.

Everything was great
Michael
I would give this property an “excellent “ rating for the price if not for the tired, soft mattress.
Chrystian
Déjeuner correcte sans plus.
michael
Nice place.
Serena
Great hotel. 2 minute walking distance from just about everything. Bus to the casino is a stone throw away. While it's maybe not the newest/freshest hotel in Tremblant, everything is well maintained and works well. The rooms have recently received a mini makeover and our condo-suite was great value. The front desk staff were amazing. I will come back just for the friendly service. More and more rare to find that in recent years.
Marc
Bien situé, belle chambre et bon déjeuner
Lauren
Staff were incredibly kind and warm and the rooms are beautiful. Our little family had a wonderful stay ✨️
Thank you!
Thank you!
EMIL
Very nice hotel. Very clean. Nice views. Underground parking at a reasonable price. Central heating and air conditioning (not windows-mounted units which can be noisy). Very quiet. Kitchenette with the basics.
George
Kitchen was fully equipped. Room was spacious and cozy and clean. Breakfast was ok, not so many varieties. Bed mattress could be better
Silva
We spent two nights here between seasons, and it was wonderfully calm in the village. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. We’ll definitely be back!
Yves
Nice place

Impeccable ♥️

Bed was small. Aircondition was making a lot of noise and it was difficult to sleep with aircondition on.
Breakfast was limited but it was ok.
The bathroom was recently renovated and it was clean and spotless.

Bien, localisation parfaite. Chambre faiblement insonorisée mais staff compensé. Bon service à la clientèle! Merci

Johanne, the concierge was fantastic in recommending restaurants for us. Room was fantastic and comfortable, except the mattress did slide off the frame a lot
Jennifer
Entrance to hotel was hard to find. Stains on the carpet in our room weren’t nice to looo at. Hot tub jets didn’t work. Power went out for hours and not one person followed up with us. The ladies at the front desk were very nice!! And the breakfast in the morning was a bonus.
Liyuan
The breakfast is very simple.. only a toast is hot.. no bacon. No pancakes… the good part would be the valet ski.. you are able to store the ski in the resort so you don’t need to carry it everyday.
Ansley
Room is nice but could use updating. Breakfast was meh.
Brian
Hot tub was a bit green first night so they closed it early to shock was fine after that
Patrice
Merrill
The rooms were spacious and the king size bed was very comfortable! The hot tub was also big and spacious after a days skiing. Location was great!
Andrea
Great location in the village.
William
Lovely room with fireplace! Separate bedroom was great, and the morning breakfast outstanding -- Would have appreciated better info RE. Ski valet -- and main Lobby fireplace "fire going / "On" duration of day, but all else indeed quite excellent, including parking. Thank you all !
John
Ski slopes easy to get to...plenty of parking...helpful and welcoming staff, family friendly
Richard
Sheri
Clean room. Very friendly staff. Breakfast is a nice extra.

Everything was clean, friendly and nice

Cannot beat the location and the ski valet service was great. The room was nice with the fireplace and mostly updated interior, the bathroom lighting was not ideal for doing hair & makeup though. The hot tub jets didn't work according to others in the hot tub when we joined but was clean and relaxing (I would have appreciated knowing that robes for the hot tub are an additional $50 CAD deposit at check in and not already in the room). Perhaps the most disappointing were the breakfast offerings and that the breakfast staff was condescending as well.

I really enjoyed the stay at Ermitage. Everyone was professional and friendly. Also, the ski valet is fantastic. Highly recommend.
Edgar
Room was clean, breakfast included was a great bonus. Pleasant stay.
Nataliya
Extremely helpful and sweet staff, lit up the fireplace for our group every evening after a long day on slopes.
Rebecca
We loved our suite (it was an upgrade - merci beaucoup!), the staff were very friendly, hot tub was fab, location perfect!
Jennifer
The staff and rooms are amazing. The location is perfect
Serge
Beautiful place right in the village.
Nick
We only stayed the night but the room was better than anticipated and spotless! Staff seemed nice and the location was excellent! I only wish we knew the underground parking height restrictions before arrival - we had a ski box…
Linda
Great location, spacious room, will stay again.
Cameron
Staff was great. Stay was clean and the location is great
Winston
Room was spotless but sofa bed was well used and greatly pass it useful life. This made it impossible to get a comfortable night sleep.
Bradley
Room was nice, but the hot tub wasn’t working correctly and the area had no hooks for towels/robes and the walkway was slippery getting to the hot tub.
