Not a great stay this time round

This is our second stay at Predator and the first one a year ago was great! This year, not so much. We do understand there are staffing issues everywhere so we are trying to be as positive as possible given staff shortages etc. Check in went fine, but upon arrival to our room we found a dirty pair of socks and a tube of cream from the previous stay. We called the front and they retrieved. There was no shampoo, and when we had some delivered, we opened up the bag and there was more body wash, but no shampoo. The bottles of body wash and shampoo were refilled with the same color of product so nobody was sure if the shampoo was truly shampoo. There was a large clock in the kitchen with no battery in it so not working. The room was not the clean we usually expect. At dinner the restaurant was informed of my severe allergy to paprika, and I received my meal on a bed of smokey paprika sauce. I knew immediately as I started to have a reaction. I let the server know and they offered to remove it from the sauce, but I said with anaphylaxis that doesn't work. They re-made it. I have reached out to the food and beverage manager and received an email back that they would be having a meeting and training session regarding allergies which is great! Upon checkout we didn't receive an itemized bill as the front desk person said she could't finalize it so I am not sure what I was charged or what for. The golf course is amazing! We were disappointed as our first visit there was really good!

Golfers Dream

It is a great location and best if you are planning on golfing. Although the golf rates are very expensive. Food was good but not great at the Range Grill. The young hostess was rude and not very accomadating. Room was spacious and a great outside area to sit but the room is getting dated. Could use an update.

Beautiful family getaway!

This resort is beautiful. Scenic, serene and relaxing. Our 2 bedroom suite was amazing and the master bathroom was loaded. Our family enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back.

We enjoyed the lap pool and steam sauna. We enjoyed the convenience of a good restaurant near the residences. We were not happy, however, when guests who were staying in the room above us apparently arrived back to their room (at about 10:15). We could hear the sound of furniture scrapping on the floor, thumping on the floor and hooting. It was not until a second call to security that the noise quietened down at about 11:45 pm.

The views from the rooms are lovely. The lodge condo was in great condition, bedding was excellent and comfortable, kitchen well supplied, and bathroom shower and tub very nice.

My wife and I come out here every year. Great rooms great views. Shuttles to pick you up and drop you off for a variety of activities. Great hiking on the property and the golf course is fantastic.

Property was fine. The in room coffee station had powdered cream (tastes terrible), napkins, sugar etc in prepackaged cellophane bags which creates a lot of unnecessary waste.

I loved how big and beautiful the rooms were!! Complete luxury and comfort! I did not like the onsite parking. Very few parking stalls near the lodge so you have to walk down to parking on main road. Only 2 handicap parking stalls?! But other than that it was amazing!

Very disappointed with our experience. We had a mouse infestation in our $400+ per night cottage, outdoor pool heater was broken so the pool was too cold for our daughter to use, and we received zero housekeeping until we called to complain. Tried to talk to a manager in person and via phone for the past two weeks to address the issues with our stay and get some kind of compensation, and they are ignoring us. Definitely would not recommend staying here. They charge luxury rates but provide horrible service. Very disappointed because this was a splurge for our family.

The check in process was not very well. We were told check in was 4pm, we did not get our room until 6pm. We were also told there was no where to store our luggage during this time.
They do not clean your room every day and charge you an eco fee on top of this. For the price you pay, I would not recommend this hotel. Very disappointed

Parking was terrible if you left during the day and came back it was impossible to find a spot to park at that was close to the resort.
When I did find a parking spot a distance away and came back a couple of hours later my car door had a giant dent put in it.
Not impressed
This made the trip very frustrating.

Love the place. Beautiful decor in the hotel and rooms. Excellent shop and pizza place.
Sadly the restaurant for brunch was poor. Service was not good and the stack of plates at the buffet were all dirty. A problem with the dishwasher most likely. But needs to be dealt with
Shouldn’t happen at a high end resort like this. Disappointing for the money

I look for Clean and Quiet. When i arrived they lost my reservation which was fully prepaid. I had meetings all day and came to my room which was boiling hot 29 degrees and located next to front entrance and car park. Very noisy. I had meetings all day and came back to a dirty room at 5 PM. Asked desk and they said they don't clean the rooms EVERY day. OMG-$300 + a night and cant do much of anything right. Very disappointing. Our conference as a whole also was disappointed and have voted to move to a new venue next year. Say Good bye to 45 guests next year. Staff are great but obviously being short changed by management cutting corners everywhere and it’s noticeable.

Rooms are spacious and very comfortable and clean. The only disappointment we’re the staff at the reception and sportsfacilities: cold as ice, like they couldn’t care less. Very unpleasant, never happened to us anywhere else in Canada. Staff in the restaurants we’re lovely.

The gentleman at the reception desk was truly not very welcoming...... very matter of fact and unaccomodating. Our lcottage was lovely and comfortable. The food at the terrace restaurant was below expectation for a high end resort. The valet service was excellent and the boys who run the carts were very well trained and of the correct standard.
Although the setting is truly magnificent, service and food needs improvement.
I’m not rushing to return.

Our stay was great. Overlooking the golf course in such a nice room. A few little things that we were disappointed with like the lack of coffee in our room, the cleanliness of the sofa bed and couldn’t charge anything to our room at the time. Other than that everything else was amazing. We for sure want to come back.

No slippers to walk in, towels were like sand paper. Wife slipped in lobby wet floor mopped no warning signs. Got locked outside lobby. Pool closed early could not use guy was super rude. Even swore at us for knocking on door asking if it open for hotel guests. Way over priced 179$ for a double bed. We asked for queen. No view we newly weds. On honeymoon. Way better to stay at sparkling hills near by or down town Vernon. Not worth it. But scenery was nice .

Predator Ridge is a beautiful resort tucked away from the loud busy life of the city. It is it's own little enchanted area and comes highly recommended. My husband and I had the pleasure of staying the weekend for his birthday. The restaurant was delicious and Kaylee helped me make my husbands birthday extra special. She went above and beyond and we are so grateful! What an amazing experience. We'll definitely come back.

We had a two bedroom unit in the lodge. It was very spacious, with a well equipped kitchen and a little balcony looking out over the golf course. The beds were really comfortable and the linens were lovely. The entire resort and what it has to offer is great. Because of its location, there is a fair amount of driving involved if you want to get to the lake, Vernon, or Kelowna.

Nice hotel close to two great golf courses.

Our studio room was clean, spacious, bed comfortable and had a full kitchen.. There is a small, well stocked market on site so finding provisions for breakfast was easy. The room was comfortable, and the outside deck pleasant to spend time on for reading or a drink. Lovely terry towel robes provided.

There is also a brealfast buffet in the golf clubhouse. Lunch/dinner menus interesting and food really tasty.

Stayed in a 2 bedroom corner suite. Had everything you could hope for - good sized patio, awesome soaker tub with jets, large rooms, big comfy beds and a quiet night's sleep. If you want to relax, and play a round of golf or two... it's superb.
