Find a different place to stay. Sketchy people hanging outside the door in the middle of the night. No real person at front desk. Couldn’t get any help with check in problem. The bathroom was clean and updated. One complaint - there was hand/ body wash and conditioner in the shower but no shampoo. The main door to our room had some damage and a large hole. The curtains were dingy with some stains. But I would stay again.

Paid for the room on Expedia guy still made me put a credit card on file when I got there. Place was really noisy people were slamming doors all night. Grab the hand towel to dry my hands and the one underneath it look like somebody rub their ass with it. Also the bathroom was kind of moldy.

I tried calling the day beforeto let them know I would be arriving late. I called 17 times and was hung up on before i could speak a word. I called Wyndem as i am a rewards member and even they couldnt get them to answer. I will never stay here again. Amd i brought everything to the person on the tv screen and she didnt care

There’s a kiosk in front of the check in desk that has a video screen with a young man stationed in Wisconsin to walk you through the check in process. It scan your license, captures your cc info for incidentals, and dispenses programmed room keys. This is for when the front desk attendant isn’t available. Personally, I’m not a fan, but it does the job.

While I should've checked one last time before leaving, usually housekeeping is supposed to turn in any items found to the front desk.

The front desk check in was very nice. The breakfast is ok. I do not like the virtual assistant. If u can pay someone to sit behind a screen some where then pay an actual person to do the job. The guy the virtual assistant called concerning the breakfast was not very polite. He came down like he had been hiding some where and was on his phone. Barely took care of the small issue and disappeared. Go back to human interaction. I will not stay again. How do u handle a serious issue. When i ran hotels it was a very serious issue to not have someone at the front desk over night. I will choose another hotel brand in order to have the REAL customer service. I will choose another brand. To me, virtual assistant is a lazy way to handle customers.

We stayed on a brief overnight during a long road trip. Booked on hotels.com for $99 bucks. Check-in involved a kiosk, which was unusual, but not unpleasant. The kiosk attendant on camera was helpful/polite. The perfumed scent in the lobby was incredibly overpowering. The stairwell smelled like cigarettes from decades ago. The room was small but adequately sized. The door was patched in multiple places- not as secure as we'd like. The bathroom was slightly more upgraded. The beds were adequate with plenty of pillows. The floor did not appear very clean, and there were a couple of small holes in the drywall (not all the way through). Breakfast was very sparse in the horribly perfumed lobby. A $100 room is no longer high end in our economy, but I'd have expected this one to cost closer to $70.
