Front desk was friendly, easy check in. Clean room, it was actually a beautiful clean room. But the cleaning staff sucked cleaned our room 1 out of 5 days, made beds 2 times and that was it. microwave started sparking and the cleaning staff tried to blame us for it. was supposed to get a refund for the bad disrespectful service but still 10 days later have not seen a dime back. For the amount of money we put out for the five days on a long weekend it was not good service. :(

Lovely hotel, good staff & clean room. However, if you are a light sleeper then the street noise might keep you awake. It’s located on a very busy highway intersection, and there was vehicles all night long.

We had a constant ringing in our room and could not get the tv working. No ice on our floor. The fellow that came to our room finally got the tv working but could not understand English. He could not get the remote working and didn’t know what I was asking about the ice machine. The mgr at the desk came up and could not fix the remote and didn’t understand about the constant ringing. He just shrugged and handed back the remote. Picture was distorted as well. The ringing Was way worse when tv was off.
We will never stay here again.

Kitchen supplies were dirty, inside of cabinets were dirty. The dishwasher leaked water onto the floor every time we turned it on. We informed the front desk about the leaky dishwasher and they promised that they’d send a maintenance worker to fix it but nobody ever showed up and we were there for 4 nights!

I have been staying at Best Western hotels prior to, during and after Covid and this was definitely the worst and most disappointing experience I've ever had.
I did not hang my do not disturb sign on my door, which in every hotel I have ever stayed at means I would like my room cleaned.
When I arrived back to my room in the evening the washroom was cleaned but nothing else. The bed linens were not changed and the bed was not made.
I called the front desk and after I told her about my room she asked me if I had specially requested for it to be cleaned. I was taken aback. Since when does a guest have to specially request their room to be cleaned even at the cheapest motels. She claimed that since Covid, Best Western had changed their policy and only fully clean rooms upon special request.
Firstly, I have never had to do that ever even after Covid in any Best Western Hotels and my rooms were still cleaned. Secondly, at no point in time during check-in was this ever mentioned nor was there any signage pertaining to this.
I asked the receptionist what they would do about it and she stated that she could come up and bring me fresh linens. I said and then what? Then she said because all the cleaners were gone I would have to change out the sheets and fix the bed myself!!
Multiple other families stayed their too for our tournament, none had made special requests and all had clean rooms!!
Neither she nor any management got back to me even until now. No apology or response
I did not hang my do not disturb sign on my door, which in every hotel I have ever stayed at means I would like my room cleaned.
When I arrived back to my room in the evening the washroom was cleaned but nothing else. The bed linens were not changed and the bed was not made.
I called the front desk and after I told her about my room she asked me if I had specially requested for it to be cleaned. I was taken aback. Since when does a guest have to specially request their room to be cleaned even at the cheapest motels. She claimed that since Covid, Best Western had changed their policy and only fully clean rooms upon special request.
Firstly, I have never had to do that ever even after Covid in any Best Western Hotels and my rooms were still cleaned. Secondly, at no point in time during check-in was this ever mentioned nor was there any signage pertaining to this.
I asked the receptionist what they would do about it and she stated that she could come up and bring me fresh linens. I said and then what? Then she said because all the cleaners were gone I would have to change out the sheets and fix the bed myself!!
Multiple other families stayed their too for our tournament, none had made special requests and all had clean rooms!!
Neither she nor any management got back to me even until now. No apology or response

Hotel is located away from other tourist amenities so you need a car & on a busy commercial intersection which is quite noisy.

Missed a day entirely on second day, on third day didn’t make bed, just refreshed towels and toiletries. Had to shower early morning or no hot water. Complimentary coffee and hot water in lobby. I brought some but only 3 place settings 3 sets of utensils was a little small also considering i had booked 1 with 2 guests & had another friend book a room so we could have xmas dinner. So half ate on paper plates & throw away utensils. Next the bathtub plud didn't work. My 82 yearold mom bathes not shiwers but we made do. The other things were they ran out of face cloths they ciuld have grabbed some from another vacant room & last the dish washer would start then stop. So aver all we were a little dissatisfied especially withit being a best western. A repeatable hotel. That cost me close to 600.$ in the end.

We have started here a half dozen times, normally nice and clean good service. This time main floor room, bed was straight out of the 80’s hard as a rock, the fan did not work so when the husband took a dump….and the window only opens 2 inches…so that was great, the light switch shocked you if you weren’t paying attention to how you hit them cause they were loose. So if you are renting the bottom floor why not say that and offer a better room, but she was completely cranky,like you could tell she hated her job but the daddy owns it so I have to work her along with my other sisters, grandma, brothers, uncles

None of the towels was clean in our room. They all had stains on them. This place is managed very poorly by those new owners I believe. They do not care about the conditions of the property. Everywhere smells stale. The elevator smells like someone peed in it. Avoid this hotel at all cost.
