This place is low cost for a reason! The owners need to update it and renovate. Non smoking rooms smell like smoking rooms. I had to move due to the smell.

Coffee machine looks great with many options such as a latte or other beverage choice.
FALSE!!!! They only offer coffee, hot water. Remove that machine and only put out what you offer. That is false advertising! This hotel can DO BETTER. You are in the business of hospitality. Do the business!!!!!! I will not return here.

Worst hotel Ive stayed at, we paid for kitchen and the pots and pans are nasty, not anything youd want to cook on there was 1 decent pot we used as a pan out of 3 rooms we stayed in. The staff was very friendly at front desk, no problems there. cleaning service was ok. but not in great condition. and absolutly no sound proofing neighbor rooms sound like they are in your room with you. the second room we stayed in stunk so bad we couldnt stay there. the room they switch us too was better but still not great. AC was really loud and couldnt keep it on and there was absolutly no hot water.

First night the shower head did not work. The carpets aren’t clean and has an odor. Room is untidy and not very well kept. The TV don’t work. The coffee machine and station is filthy!!! There was no hot water on Saturday.
The staff was helpful and the hotel is in a central spot and reasonable pricing but they can do better about cleaning and upgrading the rooms. And making sure everything works

Was one of the worst experiences i have ever had in a hotel - room was not as advertised, carpet was so crusty and old shoes were kept on, the bathroom shower tap was broken, the rod was barely hanging on. Now ash clothes and the air conditioning did not work - room was 34 degrees for sleeping! called front desk numerous times - no answer. Went to the front desk and was politely "dismissed" I did not stay there for the second night; left. Was happy to pay elsewhere.

It would have been nice to have the restaurant open but I understand if it's not affordable to do this. There is one there but it's closed, possibly permanently. We were impressed with the elegance of the hotel and for a very reasonable price.
We were disappointed that the rooms were not sound proof. We could hear people talking in the room next to ours, long after 11 pm. And in the morning at 7 a.m. rude people were certainly not thinking that others might like to sleep in at least until 8. Not the Hotel's fault. Just rude people.

1st room was ok, kitchen equipment pots and pans were lacking. But passable. We switched for a smaller less expensive kitchenette and it was absolutely horrible. The kitchen pots were disgusting would never cook on them. And the smell of the room was nasty couldn't stay in that room. They did let us change rooms and the 3rd was slightly better not as run down. But AC was very loud. No hot water yo shower at 6pm or at 9am the next day. And not sound proof at all. Was like other guests were in the room with us. Not a good experience at this hotel. Staff was friendly and tried to accommodate us. But will unfortunately never return.

Checked into a pet friendly room, carpet was disgusting, bedding was dirty, sink plumbing leaked and lock on the patio door was broken. Went to visit other family in another room with 9month old twins and had them laying on the bed when we noticed a thumb tack sticking out of the bedding right between one of my babies legs, proceeded to rip the bedding apart to get the tack and found a large brown stain on the comforter. Eventually got all that bedding changed and then got them to move our room to something not so disgusting. Moved into a pet friendly room that appears to have newer carpet but the tried 6 different key cards that did not work to enter the room and eventually got a card that worked the following day. Overall very unsatisfactory and they didn’t seem to overly care about the tack in the bedding that could have stabbed one of my babies

We had family staying in 4 different rooms. 3 of them were disgusting and filthy, one had a tack in the bedsheets, and dirty used bedsheets with the floor not having been cleaned either. They came and cleaned the room and changed the sheets. Another room also had dirty used sheets on the bed and filthy carpet. Got moved to a new room that still needed sheets to be cleaned. Card reader didn't work and had to be let in by manage each time as they couldn't reset the lock. Coffee machine in room but had to buy coffee pods. We stayed here about 5 years ago and was fine. It has definitely gone down hill and we will not be back.

I was told by staff they are getting rid of individual coffee machines in the rooms and having a community machine. This machine only has coffee,espresso and hot water. Not enough cups and no lids. Needs to be more organized forsure. No free breakfast. Rooms were missing face cloths and few stains on curtains. Beds were comfy and nice and quiet room on 7th floor and great view. Parking is a disaster when they are full. We had to park in mall parking lot across the main road. Pool was cloudy we did not go in. Nice change rooms and key card access only. Price was definitely where we were looking. Overall stay was good we will be back.

The dirtiest hotel I’ve ever stayed at! I noticed a large dried sticky spill in the lobby on the day we arrived and it was left for the entire 3 day stay. Room was filthy!! carpets stained with visable crumbs and dirt, sheets stained, furniture not wiped down. No one came when I asked for fresh bedding and a vacuum! I ended up buying and washing sheets for our beds and Lysol wipes to clean the room! Dried out plants and weeds , nothing tidied up in the lobby and court yard for our entire stay. I tried to find another hotel immediately but it was the long weekend and everything was booked!

You really should be able to give listings zero stars on Expedia because this place deserves it.

We booked this understanding that it’s a cheaper choice and weren’t expecting anything fancy. But you still expect cleanliness.

From the listing pictures it looked like a typical cheaper hotel but looked clean and well maintained. That was not the case. The front lobby was clean and presentable but once we made our way down the hallway towards the rooms that quickly changed.

There was a giant pile of dirt at the front door of our room, dirt and hair all over the floor of the room to the point we had to ask a housekeeper to come vacuum before we got settled, splash marks of who knows what on the walls, the ac unit sounded like it was fighting for its life and the vent was caked in dust, the outdoor “grassy” area was over grown and basically a dandelion forest, the curtains had holes and felt crusty, there was people clearly living in the hotel with their cats wandering around up to your door, and the final straw was the floor fan covered in dust and what one can only hope was moisturizer.

We ended up leaving and getting a room down the road for a similar price a night and it felt like we’d gotten upgraded to the Ritz.

I recently stayed at Divya Sutra Plaza and Conference Centre Vernon, and I was honestly impressed with the value for money. The rooms were clean, spacious, and very comfortable, especially considering the affordable price. The staff was friendly and welcoming from check-in to check-out, making the whole experience smooth and relaxing.
The location is convenient, close to restaurants, shops, and local attractions around Vernon. I also appreciated the peaceful atmosphere and comfortable beds, which made it easy to relax after a long day. I was nervous because the price was "too good to be true" but was pleasantly surprised. The decor is old, it could use a paint job inside but for the very good price it was great. The room was clean, the location is good and it had what we needed for an overnight stay. We have two large dogs and we had a patio door with direct access to the lawn area, this was very convenient. If you are looking for fancy and modern, this isn't it but it was adequate and a great price.

The AC was not working and the room was way too hot. Also because it wasn't working we had no "white noise" to help with sleep. Thankfully we were able to open the sliding door to outside to cool the room down, which then made the outside noise so much more intrusive. There was no screen door on the sliding door, but thankfully there were no bugs that came in.

We got to our room left within 15 minutes. The door jam plate was broken and hanging on by a thread (plus the door looked like it had been kicked in at some point), there was little black hairs all in the sheets, the photos did not look the same as the room, the sink plug was taken out and it was full of hair and grime. Finally the whole shower was stained brown and the couch had white stains and hair all over it. When we informed the staff they were not helpful and didn’t seem surprised.

The hotel's general areas are in very poor upkeep which makes a negative impression as you head to your room. The room itself is better but still was not well prepared for a guest. This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. I booked for four days.The towels had brown stains all over them, the door to the room was very hard to open and close, the bedding did not look fresh and clean. No coffee pot, no coffee, no face cloths, no A/C. It was as though we were staying in a very low grade establishment. Very disappointed indeed. I ended up checking out a day early as I woke up at 3 am with bug bites all over me. During my stay, housekeeping did not come in once. I did not get fresh towels, garbage change or bedding change.

This was my second time to the property but this time it was not a good experience to me.
There was drainage issue in the bathroom. My whole sant was filled with water as there was no drainage.There was coffee machine but no coffee pot or milk. Front desk said they are out of coffee and milk. It was a nightmare to me this time.

Stayed one night with the dogs. Great area for the dogs, but broken picnic table, room had stains on the floor and was not vacuumed well. The hall to our room was also to the pool, which we could hear the traffic to and from the pool and is due for some upgrading. Maybe non pet rooms would be cleaner. Suggestion is a mat by the balcony door so to not track in dirt from coming in and out to the yard and unable to get a king room with dogs. It wasn’t terrible and worked for our one night stay. Would likely seek out another hotel if I returned but it served the purpose for a sleep at a good cost

As a result of another person having made the booking, there was a credit card issue which was resolved over the phone with the person who made the booking once we arrived at the hotel. First room (101- pet friendly) was quite disgusting. The smell of cigars/cigarettes and body odor knocked you over as you open the door. . 2nd room was better. But not very clean. The floors were only swept but had not been washed properly. Splatters all over walls and the door frame int the bathroom desperately needs a wipe down. Needless to say I actually cleaned the room myself. Garbage in hallway was there for several days.

The front desk guy was awesome took me to change rooms, I found 4 other rooms with blankets with mystery stains before finding one that was clean.. but you get what pay for I guess. The front desk attendant was also disgusted.

No in room coffee... and in lobby machine was broken most often. No hot chocolate, or other options. No cleaning staff on Saturday, but we generally don't require cleaning every day, but surprised when we said that we were told no staff anyways.
Staff was friendly but seemed disingenuous and caught lying several times. Over worked as only one person at desk who had to shut down the lobby to assist with breaker outage, coffee machine matters, and pool towels etc...
Walls are paper thin and you can hear every neighbour, opening every door, patio door, and every flush. Also, in the middle of the night someone was opening and slamming a door numerous times, and girls in a nearby room up until 2 or 3 laughing and partying.
Could go on but I will leaving it at that.

This hotel is a good economical hotel. The rooms are basic and a little dated. They don't have AC and there is staining in the tub and various places in the room. If you can get over that the hotel is an excellent price given it's location.

The hotel does offer a pool and hot tub which are well used.

The shower sprayes water off the back wall and it can make the floor near the tub wet. The hotel doesn't offer wash cloths in the bathroom. Housekeeping service is available upon request. The beds are good and there's sufficient lighting in the room.

Some units offer a mini stove with sink if you wish to prepare your own food. The main parking lot fills up so if you arrive later in the evening there may not be parking there. Although, there's ample extra parking along the side which is a short walk away.

I would stay here again as it's a decent place to shower, rest and sleep.
