Overall the staff was great. Very helpful. The pool was great, kids love swimming. No restaurant on site, they did serve breakast, toast, jams, coffee, tea and hot chocolate.
No other options available. Very quiet rooms, and cleaning service was very good. A refrigerator in the room. Would stay again.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room was always cleaned when we returned. We went to Chaing Mai for the elephants so We Briza was a convenient hotel for pick up and drop off. The complimentary toast and hot drink in the morning was a nice touch.

Originally we booked a room for two, but there ended up being three of us. They upgraded us to a new room with more beds no problem at all. Jamie at the front desk was wonderful, friendly and super helpful. The room is okay to look at and the shower isn’t the greatest, but the location is amazing and the beds even though they are quite stiff, ended up being very comfortable. If you like fruit, it’s definitely the place to stay. The market is right out front. The fruit is fresh and cheap. Its a short walk to the center where there are tons of restaurants and bars. Zoe in Yellow is a great bar to hit and if you like Mexican food, Miguel’s is fantastic. We didn’t expect much from the breakfast, but it ended up being a great buffet. More to eat than you need and perfect to cure any hangover. I would definitely stay here again. If you’re looking for a pool though, this isn’t really the place. The indoor pool is small and in a very awkward place. It looks more like a fountain. There is so much to do and see in Chiangmai though, it really didn’t bother us. We loved our stay.

Too noisy and WiFi is not good

Checking in was quick and easy. The staffs were nice and easy to talk to. Except the time when they forgot to pick me and my family up from the mall. We waited an extra 40 mins for them and the excuse was traffic but the hotel was only 10 mins away.
The rooms were decent, the AC in one of our room smells really bad every time we turn it on. The lounges, swimming pool, and eating hall were really nice. Breakfast was always fresh and warm. I love the eggs cook to order.
The one thing I hated the most was, the Chinese guests were really loud, they wake up super early to play Chinese music and it echoed through the floors and walls to your room. They talk really loud so it sounds like they’re talking right inside my room when they’re not.
For some reason, WiFi always stops working from midnight until 6 a.m. Which was very inconvenient since I had to telework. Then it drop on and off throughout the day.

Very loud hotel

There are many people staying at this hotel that feel it’s okay to stand in the hallways and yell at each other at the top of their lungs. The same people take over the elevator and breakfast buffet. The workers in the breakfast buffet were excellent! Very accommodating. The breakfast was very good. The hotel rooms are not as nice as shown on Orbitz. Old dated bathrooms with visible mold in the shower. The bed and pillow is a 1 out of 10. Both are as hard as a rock, literally the worst I have ever experienced. I normally do like to leave negative reviews but I feel this is a necessity to warn travelers to spend their money elsewhere.

This was advertised as a 3 star hotel,

Breakfast was OK, suited more to Chinese new year customers, however they were able to make scrambled eggs for me.
No carpets on floor, No pictures on wall,
It was a fair room, however I wouldn't have rated it as a 3 star, perhaps I am more familiar with North American standards.

There was NO safe in hotel room, and we asked if they had a secure location for our important stuff, they said NO. After my initial complaint, they then offered the use of their secure area.

The plumbing fixtures were outdated in about 1970, I think if they upgraded rooms, it would be more palatable.

Good hotel, not-so-great location, friendly staff

The room was in average condition. The beds were very stiff (felt like cardboard) but no complaints here, as we can handle stiff beds. The room was very clean. The bathroom is in need of an upgrade. The shower curtain was black and moldy at the bottom. The wall behind the toilet was black. Also, the shower is inside the bathroom, with the drain next to the toilet, so the whole bathroom gets wet when one person takes a shower. Besides that, the room was in good condition. The staff were friendly and helpful. Location isn't the best - you have to walk 15 minutes to even get near a laundromat. It has more of a local feel, with a bulk fruit market starting a few steps away. The breakfast buffet is nice, with delicious coffee. We did have to log into the wifi multiple times a day. Overall, good experience but could use some improvements.

Can't fault the staff or the service, but the hotel didn't live up to expectation.
It was alright for the money, but I wouldn't stay here again.
The bathroom needed a good deep clean- the shower wasn't great, mould on the shower curtain and pretty poor shower. It wasn't cleaned once during our 5 day stay. They put out new towels and soap every day, but didn't clean it. By the end of the 4th day, there was mould growing on the inside of the toilet lid!!
They also didn't change our sheets once during the 5 days. I would expect them to be changed once at the very least.......
Breakfast was tailored for Thai people, and whilst I am all for getting involved in the local culture, there was nothing for children, and no cereal etc. Bread is sweet bread in Thailand, so having scrambled eggs (which was the only thing edible apart from fruit) didn't really taste great.
I certainly didn't fancy pork & fish with rice for breakfast.
Again, all for experiencing the lifestyle, but this hotel caters for all nationalities, and there was only rice dishes available .... apart from hot dog sausages & chips which was available on the first morning - for breakfast!!
location wise - about a 15-20 minute walk to the night market area and right next to the fish market. Good to see the local market at night just outside by the hotel.
wifi was free, but very poor - kept dropping out - if you sat in reception it was better. But 6th floor - not great.......

The bed is hard like a rock (spring mattress) and the bed is making creaking sound when you make a slight move. Staff are not very friendly. Food is terrible. Swimming pool is located near the reception where anyone can see if anybody swimming. Definitely will not recommend this hotel.

For the budget-conscious who wake up early.

We were on a tight budget, which WeBriza satisfied. The hotel was noisy with what seemed to be hammering in the early mornings so we did not get much sleep - we think our room must have been under the 7th floor kitchen, where chopping started at 6-6:30am til 8am. Nice to have a complimentary breakfast buffet, no fruit in the land of fruits, just outside of the fruit/vegetable market!... and food mediocre at best.

The hotel itself is what You pay for. The night shift is terrible. My friend lives in Bangkok for work and I came to stay here reserving the room for two people knowing my friend would join. My friend arrive late and jus come with backpack and meet me at bar. End of the night We go hotel and the night shift guy very rude yelling at me because I won't pay 500 tbh when all I am doing is asking him
Why do I pay if I reserve room for two people and my friend join me later as plane arrived later then mine. I am very mad and this worker he make me pay 500 tbh for no reason what is the point of having a two person reservation if you charge me for extra person very bad hotel to do that. Scam to receive 500 tbh

Great Family Stay

We spent 4 nights at We Briza in early July. We really enjoyed our stay. The hotel is quite a walk to Old Town and the night bazaar so we chose to take a tuk tuk most of the time as we were travelling with our children (age 9), it was only about 100 baht. As many of the streets don't have sidewalks we were a bit nervous walking on some streets with the kids, especially when it got dark.

We didn't eat at any nearby restaurants. We enjoyed walking through the fruit and vegetable market.

The hotel offers a decent breakfast. Toast and fruit (watermelon and dragon fruit when we stayed) were the best \"western\" options. There were also many other items that appealed to the Chinese tourists.

Our room was very clean and spacious. Be warned that the beds are VERY hard. Our children enjoyed the pool.

We thought this hotel was a really great value.

Fantastic, worth every Baht!

This was actually a great stay for the price! It included breakfast and every worker was overly nice to us! The rooms aren't extravagant but it's definitely a nice, affordable hotel to stay in near the center of Chiang Mai. It's away from the noise at night so it's always a quiet sleep and there is an awesome view from the buffet on the top floor!

This is a fairly new hotel, maybe 5/6 months open, so the taxi drivers at the airport are not familiar with it. Also, Expedia's hotel details do not give the correct telephone number, which is: 053 876 249. (Expedia if you are vetting this please note). The hotel is not too big but is well laid out with a small swimming pool. The buffet breakfast is perfectly adequate but, as seems to be normal these days, it caters mainly for Chinese tastes. The staff are friendly and helpful, Indeed the manager went to the airport with us too see us off.

A place to sleep. I chose this hotel due to it's proximity to the Ping River for Loy Krathong. The hotel is located near a huge fruit/veggie market. My only complaint about the location is the lack of food vendors and local restaurants. Staying inside the Old City is better for food/drinks.

Thai Bike Festival

I stayed at this hotel for the Raw Till 4 Thai Bike Festival in 2016. The hotel location is great since it is right in the fruit market area so it makes it easy to bring food back to your room. The hotel had a policy that Durian was not allowed in the hotel. This was disappointing since Chiang Mai is know for its Durian and I was hoping to eat a lot of it there when I visited, instead, we had to eat it outside. The hotel breakfast area on the 7th floor is beautiful, you get views of the city while enjoying your breakfast. The food was extremely limited. Considering over half the people in the hotel were vegan, the hotel did not accommodate very much for the majority of the people there in terms of \"raw till 4\", with all the fruit in the market, there was barely any on the buffet, and when they did offer fruit it was not ripe often.

The hotel is located well outside the city center but we booked it because it was supposed to have a gym facility with a treadmill - it unfortunately did not work and the management of the hotel did not seem to care... The front desk guy was very nice and helpful though. Also, the pool is really small and indoors.

Be carful ! Not recommend !!!

We had really horrible experince with this hotel !

1: The air conditioning had an horrible smell (like moisture or dead rat inside). It takes two days for the hotel to change the room for us. They told us that is not possible because the baby bed is too big (wood and not foldable) to go through some doors…. So we stay one more night in the same room with an horrible smell.

2: After finally change the room, they told us they will move everything for us because we went out for all day. The hotel staff lost two things for my baby very important ! And there is no apology or compensation !

3: The staff hotel didn’t clean correctly the towels and the room. I found dirty shoes mark on the sheets. Two times !

7: The floor wasn’t clean every day. We need to clean it by ourself !

8: Even the panel on the door “ don’t disturb” , the staff still go in the room with the door key by themselves !!

9: The room have a lot mosquito, not because is mountain, it because the stuff they don't close the door when they go in !

For finish : the reception is not professional at all ! They speak really poor english ! when you told them to do something for you , they will just forget in the next second ! laughing and chatting is their're job !

Not recommend It's not the same as the photo and really far to the city !!!

Hotel accueillant mais loin des centres d’intérêt de la ville. se situe dans un \"rungis\" espèce de grossiste en fruits et légumes. le taxi ou tuk tuk est imperatif pour se deplacer... le petit dej est vraiment pas bon pourtant nous ne sommes pas difficile ( café bouilli, jus de fruits chimique, alors ue les fruits il y en a plein autour de l'hotel.. hotel ui accueille beaucoup de car de chinois irrespectueux, ils se reveillent à 6 h du matin crient d'une chambre à l'autre et jouent du piano vers 7 h du mat!

Un très bon rapport qualité/prix. Le personnel est aux petits soins. C'est l'hôtel le plus confortable de notre séjour. Nous avons apprécié la proximité du marche aux fruits et les services de transport de l'hôtel également d'un bon rapport (doi inthanon). Seuls regrets, l'irrespect des clients chinois très bruyants et l'absence de salon de massage à proximité (celui qui est voisin de l'hôtel ferme tôt et il faut réserver).

Sengen møg hård, poolen var midt i lounge så ingen kunne/vil bruge den. Medarbejderne var rigtig sure og overhoved ingen form for service... på hotels.com står der indtjekning døgnet rundt, men det har hotellet ikke, man kan først tjekke ind efter kl 14.00... i løbet af vores ophold booket vi et andet hotel grundet alt dette

Hotel cómodo en el mercado de Chiang mai

El hotel y su gente es muy bueno, el desayuno exquisito, la ubicación del hotel puede resultar incómoda debido a que no está tan cerca de la ciudad vieja y los tuc tuc quieren cobrar demasiado por el viaje. La zona corresponde al mercado de frutas, verduras y carnes de Chiang Mai, hay mucho movimiento por las mañanas y por las noches. Si tienes ganas puedes ir caminando a la ciudad vieja por el mercado o por el río!!!!

悪くはない平均的なホテルです。プールもついています。
市内中心部までは歩けなくはないですが、少し遠いので、車利用を考えた方がいいです。

部屋から扉の外の音がだだ漏れなので、室内の音も外に聞こえてしまうかと思います。
シャワーも日本人には少し暖かさが足りないですね。
従業員の対応はとても良いです。
部屋も清潔でしたので、大きな不満は無いので、値段の割にはコスパが良かったです。
