Location is close to LRT station, Savemore grocery store and pharmacy. Decent walking distance to Robinson’s Magnolia-great place for decent shopping and dining experience. The room was not as clean as I’d hoped and the toilet room smelled like sewer. I had to ask my sister for some baking soda to get rid of the sewer smell. Their elevator also smelled like sewer. The hotel is located at the corner of a busy street so all night and at dawn, all I heard was the aggressive honking of jeepney and other drivers.

The doors to the adjacent rooms are really close to each other. The alarm to the exit door would go off randomly as well.

For a 3-star hotel, it smelled of cockroach even after spraying with perfume.. We were there for 2 nights, also encountered that many baby cockroaches running around. Linens felt like it's from cheap motels, dirty. Tried to look for a different room, was ok to pay extra, but was told it would look exactly the same. Hard pass. Could barely use the bathroom, did not dare to use the shower. Absolutely disappointed with the cleanliness of the place. Only good thing was the staff. Polite enough but not too helpful. Walking distance from Robinson's, next door to Gilmore.

Stayed 4 nights in October 2024. Staff are very courteous and accommodating. All of them from front office to restaurant and doorman are very courteous, knowledgeable, helpful and respectful.

The property and location itself is good. The only downside is the drain in the shower. Water is accumulating on the shower floor while showering; it drains but not fast enough so that your feet is not soaked in the water.

The staff I talked to over the phone was very unhelpful. I have explained to her my situation but still didn't give a consideration.

My flight arrived at 10:30PM and was able to check-in by 12midnight. I was requesting to have a late check-out but was instead offered to pay for half the rate for a late check-out of 3PM. How ridiculous!!!

No bedroom slippers, i asked for it - front desk told me to wait for the delivery but no one came.
The breakfast menu was very limited (no fruits) as well as the space/area (2nd floor)
Wifi connection in the room was very poor - i called the front desk twice to report such, i was told that they would check, but until we checked out i was not able to connect to it.
There was a lot of noise which is very audible esp during the night - no notice of whatsoever was given to the occupants/guests (9th floor)

In need of remodeling

The hotel is on a major road so there is nearly 24 hours of honking horns and traffic noise. The bathroom had no towel racks and the shower was a light spray which never really got very warm. It would have been nice to have bedside table lamps as an option over the bright ceiling light fixture. There was only one light blanket on the bed and the floor was not carpeted. The breakfast was not worth the cost. The omelette was greasy and overcooked, the juice was made from a powder, and the toast was cold. We did appreciate that the bottled water in the room was free of charge, though!

Very close to everything

Our blind fell down so its very bright inside the room during daytime, they dont fix it so i decided to move to the other room which is bigger than my old room. During night time you can hear people talking loud while they're walking and the restaurant everyday same menu especially breakfast.

No frills, nothing special

Overall, there was nothing remarkable with our stay on this hotel, so there's nothing much I can say about that. There are a few things I can say about the bad stuff though.

- Inconsistent housekeeping. Few times, towels were missing, toilet paper wasn't replaced and garbage wasn't collected.
- Small cockroaches present! Say what you want about this, but to me, this indicates an issue with cleanliness.
- Bathroom reeked of urine stench when we first got in, quite possibly related to the previous item above. It took a few attempts before they were able to clean it enough that the smell went away.
- During our stay, some of the adjacent rooms were used to shoot some local television show. I understand this is well within the rights of the hotel for their facilities to be used as such, but this doesn't help if your other residents are looking for some peace and quiet.
- Speaking of peace and quiet, there is a rhythmic thump sound that is prominent in the dead of the night. It's almost reminiscent of the sound Godzilla makes while walking. We never discovered what was making it, our theory is that it's related to the A/C system. It's also possible that the sound is there throughout the day and it's just drowned out by the normal ambient noise. In any case, it's very unsettling, to say the least.

A hotel close to Catholic church and mall.

We did not feel the comfort we expected from the description listed... scanty bathroom supplies. The hotel is so basic, just good for a night or two stay altho, valuables are safe because there's a vault.. The Recepttion staff were courteous, so withe guard and bell boys. But, the whole vicinity has a smell that comes from the sewer because the smell can be felt even in the mall area. The street noises can be heard in the room.

Nice hotel with friendly staff. Very little English spoken here, but they are helpful. Location is only a five minute walk to the BTS sky train. Great quiet location! I enjoyed the deluxe king suite. I wish the couch were more comfortable, but overall excellent accommodations.

Money well spent

I and my family went here for Christmas 2016. Even though you wouldn't expect much from the facade, the actual hotel area is nice and clean. The staff was very friendly and I really can't complain about the service.

We didn't get to see the roof or the pool because I think it was closed because of the holiday.

Plus point: For a very affordable hotel, they give you more than enough electric sockets in the room than you need, instead of cramming just one extra socket behind the TV like others do.

Where to improve: The WiFi only got decent speeds at around 12mn, although you might not need it that much because the area gets pretty good reception for mobile.

The room was smelly hence my low rating for Madison 101. Check in took a while, they did not give us a key card. They probably missed to do a lot of things because there was a film shooting while we were there + there were a lot of guests. No parking too. We had to do pay parking across. The bathroom was so smelly!!

super noisy. there is no peacefull stay. they are having a under construction at loof deck. from early morning to 10:30pm never stop work and nothing to change even i was complain to reception.

Unfortunately a big thumbs down

I stayed for 10 nights with my fiancee, the hotel looked nice, fresh and clean. We stayed on the eighth floor, on entering the room it looked nice clean and tidy.
From 7.00am every single morning othere was extraordinary loud drilling, banging and constuction noises from the rooms next door, opposite and above, the extremely loud noise continued non stop until after 1.00pm somtimes 3.00pm, we were very dissapointed by this because we really did not get much sleep and there was absolutely no chance of having a lie in until late.
When the room was cleaned, everytime we would have to call reception for extra towels and water because they were only leaving enough for 1 person even though they knew the room was booked for two people.
On one occasion my fiancee was in bed and i was taking a shower, the doorbell rang for house keeping, my fiancee called out to wait for a minute so she could get dressed but the doorbell rang for a second time and then the door was unlocked by the male house keeping employee, my fiancee managed to get to the door before it was fully opened and told the male house keeper to come back later,
we were really not happy about the door being unlocked.
There were no do not disturb signs to put on the door either.
Overall we did not enjoy our stay which is a big shame because the problems we encountered could and should have easily been rectified,
so a very big thumbs down from my fiancee and me.

Pretty straight forward.

Hotel was pretty straight forward. Ull get what you pay for. Nice interiors and close proximity to \"OASIS\" which is our main purpose of staying. Bed are comfy and toilet was nice!! Good value for money! Though we had some issues on our 2nd morning because of some drilling on the next room and that woke us up! But hey! Maybe ull got ur luck coz we were upgraded on a better room! Will definitely go back if we had a chance..

ホテルの外観、部屋はとても綺麗でした。また、地下一階には軽食ができる静かな喫茶店がある。
ホテルの反対側には小さいモールがあるため、日用品、食べ物などの買い出しにはとても良い。
Wi-Fiの接続は、予想通り良くない。
施設全体が禁煙のため、喫煙しない人には快適に過ごせる。
マイナーなホテルのためか、タクシー運転手の半数が住所を教えても分からないホテルだった。

駅スーパー ATMが近くて便利

駅、スーパー、ATMが歩いて3、4分の場所にあり大変便利です。スタッフとは全て英語でのやりとりです。私のつたない英語でも皆さん笑顔で親切でした。到着時冷蔵庫を開けるとドリンクが十分に冷えておらず、接続を確認するとコンセントが外れていました。道路沿いの部屋だったせいか、明け方4時頃まで車の騒音が聞こえました。部屋はとても綺麗でした。前日に空港からホテルの送迎を希望すると断られましたが、当日現地到着後に送迎可能だとメールがあり少し困惑しました。もう少し早く返事を頂きたかったです。料金は片道1500ペソでクーポンタクシーの提示された値段よりは安いですが、マニラのタクシーの相場と比べると高めでした。16時頃に空港を出発したせいか、かなり渋滞しており1時間半かかりました。運転手さんはとても気さくな方でした。駅近のため次回はLRT MRTを利用して行こうと思います。

마닐라에서 제일 맘에 들었던 호텔

사업차 다시 찾게 된 마닐라.
호텔에 대한 품질은 가격대비 성능 어느하나 부족함이 없습니다.
한번 머물러보시면 아실겁니다. 결코 후회하지 않습니다. 너무 깨끗하고 조용하고
시설이 너무 맘에 듭니다. 결코 싸구려같지 않습니다. 한가지 흠이 있다면
와이파이가 너무 느립니다. 와이파이는 못쓴다 생각하셔야 할겁니다. 그 외에 나머지는
여느 고급호텔 못지 않습니다. 절대추천입니다.
