Breakfast was terrific, eggs, sausage potatoes as well as the regular cereal, also fruit etc,
Eating places fairly close, walkable.
Airport service while welcome was slow.

The room had a slight smell to it, and the paint was cracking in the shower. Other than that, the hotel was really nice and the staff was really nice. I enjoyed the stay and will book here again when i need a hotel. The shuttle was really easy to get to, although there were some mixed signals from the staff. But either way i got on one quickly and made my flight without any problems.

The main reason I reserved this hotel is that they have hot tub. I had called them before I reserved whether it is working or not. They said it is working. However, when I checked in the manager said it has been broken for 5 months. So disappointed. Tried to cancel it with hotel.com, but it was hard.
Room smells so bad, so I asked to change it.
The breakfast was same all 3 days, not good

Many things on property were broken and not well taken care of. Elevator button on our floor was broken, front doors closed and wouldn’t open until so one had to pry them open. The front desk person was not very friendly. Would not want to stay there again.

We did not use the amenities, however the room had a very musty smell and was not the cleanest, carpet stains, mattress covers not coving the entire edge of the beds, paint chipping in washroom bathtub, seems like the hotel needs a little TLC. We used it only for sleeping for a early morning flight, they had a shuttle however it does not take you to Terminal C. You have to take the tram from B to C. Which took a little extra time.

The motel was clean and in a nice location. However, our door was off the hinges and could easily be opened. When notified the front desk staff we were told that a bunch of the rooms on our floor were the same way as someone had tried to break in and there was nothing they could do! Because of this, would not recommend staying at this motel

You can tell it’s cheap. Stains on most things - carpet, chair, couch. Elevator was scary (buttons didn’t work) - hot tub was broken - airport shuttle was a 2 hour wait, had to Uber to get to the airport. Overall with all the hotels around here, do yourself a favor and pick somewhere else.

A great and convenient place to stay close to the airport if you get stuck and need a place to stay and you do not want to sleep in the airport, which is what we did. So we were there less than 10 hours. Only negative was that their free airport shuttle service was not reliable that evening. We called the hotel several times and waited for a shuttle that never came. I asked another shuttle driver if he had seen our shuttle. He offered to take us to our hotel since the hotel he serviced was basically next door. Next morning no shuttle driver showed up to work to take people back to the airport. But, the hotel did not leave anyone stranded and paid for a Lyft to take each party back to the airport. That worked out great!!!

When i got to my room, tgeh lights wete on, their key wsd on theor enyrybtabke, thevtv wss on. I was svared yo death. Anypne could haveb been in there with a gun. I left scared to death and wanted my mobey back. I left. Still today almost avweek they refuse to give my money refunded. I have never had such a frightening exoerience any where . Now they dont want to refund my money. Its been almosy a week. I recieved anletter saying sorry but we wont be rwfunding your money.

My family and I were supposed to stay February 25-27 before going on our cruise. I arrived at 11:00 PM only to discover that there was a long line of other travellers who were still waiting to get into their rooms as none of the cleaning staff reportedly showed up for their shift that day and rooms were still waiting to be cleaned. After a long day and about 45 minutes of waiting, the hotel was kind enough to book everybody into another hotel and completely refund our booking. I realize this was not the fault of the staff who actually showed up to work. I do appreciate the hotel trying to make things right for their guests.

We stayed one night. Check in and out was fast. Lobby area was clean. Housekeeping should upgrade their standards. Tub, baseboards and floor could use a good scrub and ensure there is toilet paper. The entrance door needs adjustment, it would stick making extremely hard to get in and out of the room.

We stayed for 4 nights with our 3 yo. Cons- Property is definitely not like the pictures. Rooms were OK, but very limited. No sheets or blanket for pull out sofa. No extra toilet paper. Sheets and mattress protector didn't fit the bed. Stains on carpet, curtains and walls. No room cleaning the entire stay. Initially checked into a dirty room, new room keys didn't work (multiple times throughout the stay). It was obvious they were short-staffed. I overheard only 2 HK for over 40 rooms, no wonder we saw a line out the door for check-in one night at 10pm and their rooms were still not ready! Pros- breakfast was good, beds were comfy. Food trucks outside were a plus. Great location, park nearby. Friendly Staff.

I booked this hotel specifically because it advertised a hot tub, but unfortunately the hot tub was not working and the water was cold. In addition, the door to our room was half off its hinges, which was concerning and made the room feel poorly maintained. On a positive note, the staff were polite and courteous. However, overall the experience was disappointing given the condition of the room and the unavailable amenities.

didn't use the pool area. the first receptionist wasn't what I would call people friendly. She was matter of fact, but not all that kind. Our room had no tv service, I went to the reception desk, a new girl told me to unplug and try again, still nothing. The door to room 347 had been screwed together at the top hinge, you had to lift the door up to even close it. We asked to change rooms.

First off you have to pay for open parking in their lot $10 per day. Their trash situation was overflowing in all of the common areas, the first room I was given had a strong odor of mold and mildew the tub was disgusting full of hair the bathroom floor was sticky and filthy. I was moved to another room which I will say didn’t smell of mold which was a plus but again the bathroom was filthy other occupants hair stains all over the carpet, A/C didn’t work the thermostat was set to 50 and it was in the 70’s in the room. The bed only had a sheet no comforter or blanket. There were blankets terribly folded in the closet which were not clean. I’m not one to complain but there weren’t any other rooms available there or anywhere else. I would highly suggest finding an alternative hotel as this one doesn’t coincide with any of the photos or review it was given.

Cant chk in early saying they have no room open but if you pay $40 more they let you in! Cost extra to store your luggage if arrive early before chk in time.
Our room needed good vacuuming, toilet smells & found out someone poop not flash it-told the front desk. Requested for couple hrs later chk out because our flight got delayed was told no because they are fully booked but offered to stored our luggage & I said no thanks. The shuttle ride was great & driver was very polite. Not recommending!

Booked a 2 queen bed room but got just one king bed room. I let them know that I am going to checkin late because of the flight delay. We were group of 4. The room was not cleaned and we found an airpod case in the sofa bed. The room didn't even had a towel. I went out at reception but got no response even after waiting for 30 minutes. In the morning, I met the assistant manager and he said that they were sorry and can give me the 50% back. It doesnt even make sense, despite going through all that, I was atleast hoping they could refund my full amount. I would give 0 star if I could.

We got in early, 10am and kept being told soon, but it was lies! We would have gone and did something with our time after we went and ate and came back when they said to check. They had two room attendants book sick, they knew this, and they made everyone wait and made it the customers feel its their fault. We didnt get our room until after 3pm but some had to wait even longer! The room was barely cleaned, just enough, to make it usable! Dirty towels and beds that looked slept in! Pre booked airport shuttle for 5am, first shuttle of the day, and they almost didnt have a driver, people were booking ubers instead. This was totally unacceptable when paying over two hundred dollars for a room. Will not stay there ever again! It gives Radisson a bad name!

I attempted to check in around 5pm and no rooms were available due to being short staffed and no clean rooms available, per the registration clerk. There were at least 10 people waiting in line at that time and to her credit she was patient and had a good disposition despite being the only person checking in so many people. I was told the wait time would be around 30 minutes. I left and returned an hour later to a 30 minute wait. Upon getting to the room I tried to lock the door and the lock was broken. I called to the front desk to let the clerk know to which she stated that the transport driver would come to check it upon her arrival from the airport pick up. After a 30 minute wait I went to the front desk to request a different room since it was late and I needed to get some rest due to an early flight the next morning.

Check in was quick, however the room and hallway smelled funky. The AC unit was dirty with black and brown dust in the vents. The room was very large but felt unclean (shower was gross, carpet was stained- didn’t feel clean) At 2am we were awoken to repeated lights going off and doorbells/knocking. Apparently they double booked our room. When we tried to check out, at 330/4am no one was at the front desk to give the physical keys too. We called multiple times over 10+ minutes and then had to just leave to make our flight. I would not recommend, had a bad experience, and would definitely not come back.

A friend had recommended this hotel as she had stayed her multiple times and said it was a good hotel. We just needed a room to sleep in at the end of our vacation before flying home. Upon walking into the hotel area, there was a strong scent of cheap, stinky perfume or the equivalent of dumping multiple bath and body works scents out at the same time. I’m not sure what this hotel uses for “air freshener” but it was horrible and nothing I’ve ever smelled before. It gave us terrible headaches and the entire hotel including our room smelled like this stinky scent. We got to our “upgraded king suite”, the room was dark and dingy, the carpet had multiple stains on it, the shower head was caked in build-up and there was hardly any water pressure. The bathroom floor was also minimally cleaned. There was no bathmat and no wash cloths. It had two body towels and two hand towels and that was it. Neither of us felt comfortable even taking our socks or shoes off in the room because it looked and felt dirty. When we each showered before bed, we immediately put socks on until we crawled in bed. Thankfully the bed appeared clean when I pulled back the blankets. We debated about trying to get refunded and finding another hotel, we were there less than 12 hours and won’t return to this location. Not up to the standard of other Country Inn and Suites we’ve stayed at and NOT worth the almost $200 we paid. Do not recommend.

Our experience was extremely disappointing. Thankfully, we only had to stay for six hours, but even those six hours were enough to give us a headache. Check‑in was smooth and quick — that was the only positive part.

The moment we stepped out of the elevator on Level 3, the entire floor had a strong, unpleasant odor. It was filthy, and we were honestly shocked. Even my 11‑year‑old asked, “Is this really a hotel?” because the smell was overwhelming.

When we entered the room, the odor continued. From the elevator to the room, the carpets were stained, which likely explains the terrible smell throughout the floor.

I had also requested a shuttle from the airport to the hotel at 9:10 PM. The receptionist assured me it wouldn’t be a problem and asked me to call when ready. What I didn’t know was that no one would answer the phone. I called 15–17 times with zero response before finally giving up and booking an Uber.

The service showed no accountability and no reliability.

Would I stay here again? Absolutely not.
Would I recommend this hotel to anyone? Not a chance.

The staff canceled my paid reservation before I arrived and did not notify me. My flight was delayed and I arrived later than expected at approximately 2 am only to learn that my room had been cancelled and given to someone else. Unfortunately, there were no available rooms in the area, so my husband and I spent the night in the lobby of the hotel. It was not an ideal situation to say the least.

We usually stay at another hotel, we will be going back there next trip. We drive from St. Augustine the night before a trip to catch early flights, This hotel does not offer early shuttles. Avoid if you can afford a little more.

Overall, this hotel was fine to stay in for one night before an early morning flight. It is very close to the airport and does have a free shuttle to and from the airport, which is a nice amenity. The room and the bathroom were both quite clean. The fixtures and carpeting are quite worn and dated. My room was missing one of the two curtains to block out light. The bed and pillows were comfortable. Be aware that breakfast does not start until 6 AM. I missed that because I had to leave for my flight at 5 AM. Overall it was a good stay. No real issues.

The staff was friendly enougn. Not too much interaction, so i can not elaborate one way or another. There is a $10 parking fee charge per day which i did not know about until.i arrived. The continental breakfast was fair. 2 star hotel with a no frills stay.

The three of us arrived at the hotel at around 5:00 PM, but we had to wait for several hours and did not receive our room keys until nearly 10:00 PM.

When we finally entered the rooms, there was a strong unpleasant odor. Additionally, unless we specifically requested housekeeping, the rooms were never cleaned.

Despite the long wait and inconvenience, the hotel’s only gesture of compensation was to waive two days of parking fees—just $10 per day—which felt quite inadequate given the situation.

Overall, this was a very disappointing experience, and I would not recommend this hotel.

We were put into a \"dirty\"room when we arrived after a long day of travel. Urine on toilet seat, toilet paper on the inside rim of toilet. Spills on nightstands. Crumbs and a toothpick on the carpet. It was obvious the (old and dirty) carpet had not been vacuumed. Upon checkout we were told it was a \"dirty\" room that had been \"cleaned\" by front desk associates because of staffing issues. We asked for another room but were told we had the last room available. If it wasn't 2 in the morning, we would have left.
