This is a property for working people in pemex oil company. The place is dirty, these are suites not a regular hotel with limited, amenities. We insisted and insisted on having them to clean up but they do it every 7 days. There are roaches and an awful smell. The place is quiet which is good. The people at reception are very kind.

the staff is nice but puts their lack of staff into the responsibility of those who are staying there. In the 16 days that I stayed there, the pool was never cleaned, the showers were never attended too, the bedding was never replaced, the provided bfast was never stocked, the cooking amenities were limited and all damaged, towels were never left in the room, the floors were never swept and we were required to attend to ourselves if we needed anything in the rooms. NOT GOOD!!!

The best part of this property is the helpful, courteous, and professional staff. The current construction on the property next door makes the pool a little less enjoyable, but that will be corrected. Talk to the staff and understand how to access the kitchen needs (pots, pans, plates, etc), they have it all you just need to ask and check it out. The room was basic and we did have a musty/mold smell we think coming from the air conditioner.

This hotel is located next to plaza Palmira which has a super market, Boston pizza and various other things. The hotel staff was extreemly friendly and helpful. Nice comfortable rooms. The only odd thing was had to ask for dishes for your room but had a good varity it things to use and no rush to return them.

Te ofrecen vajilla reutilizable lo cual es bueno, pero lo que no te dicen es que no es parte de sus servicios con la habitación, ni del hotel, si no es tienda porque te venden desde 1 vaso hasta una sartén para que puedas hacer uso de lo que ya estás pagando en la habitación. En resumen no lo recomiendo en lo más mínimo.

El hotel tiene una arquitectura llamativa, bonita y agradable, la habitación estuvo bien, sin embargo, el baño de la habitación 128 que fue donde nos hospedamos, tenía una “fuga” de agua, es decir, al bañarse el agua salía del piso del baño y se regaba por el piso. Fue el único detalle, todo lo demás fue espléndido.
