The hotel is actually decent. If you try to call them the front desk will keep hanging up on you because they don't always feel comfortable speaking in English. I can prove this. And they didn't let me fiancé check in before me after i called multiples times in advance so there wouldn't be any confusion. Overall an decent hotel. Owner and investers need to stress better customer service. I might try a new place next time.

Room was adequate. Restaurant was okay , but rather expensive. There was also a smaller children's pool which made for good experience with four year old daughter. Internet wi-fi was included but frustratingly slow. Staff in hotel and restaurant friendly and accommodating. Handy location for shopping . Our room view was of busy intersection in front , but was not noisy. In room coffeemaker. extra coffee packs expensive. They do have smoking rooms available for the smokers. We chose nonsmoking and it was truly smoke free. Your site lists mini refrigerators in rooms , but was told those went away a few years ago during remodel. Would recommend for business or family traveler with children.

Check in was OK, the room was OK, the services were OK, but that was all. I had to \"re-key\" my key every day I was there, and the bill at checkout showed a lot of money was due on the account. I paid through Orbitz for the entire stay and had no other expenses while there... guess I'll have to wait to see for sure if they fixed it. It was OK, but too expensive for what you get, especially in Mexico. I know hotels are expensive in Cd. del Carmen, but it was still too much.

Built in 2003 the facilities are excellent, and the restaurant is excellent as well. Many of the staff speak English are very friendly and helpful. Our only negative comment is that the mattresses are extra firm, however, some people prefer that. They also have free wi-fi in the rooms and a free shuttle to the airport. It takes no time to get a taxi. We did not see a better hotel in the city. Plus, it is right next door to Bennigans Restaurant if you want American food. I think you will enjoy your say.
