In pictures it looks beautiful, i came after Marriot name but not upto their standards. Staff do not speak any English. Not very friendly but okay service. The room was basic, the bed sheet had dirty stains on i, i complained ( ihad to uae Google Translate to explain them and show them picture as peoof). they changed it right away. Very old towels. It was near beach and that why i booked it and good evening walk around it. I probably will choose something in the city and a bit cleaner hotel in future.

There are several hotels in this city and many are not realistically rated, meaning the actual condition is worse than advertised. I know this because we have business relationships with companies from this city and our partners are often accommodated in hotels.
In this hotel, the condition is really presented very realistically, the rooms are very neat and clean. The breakfast offer is satisfactory.
I would especially like to praise the staff who are very kind, smiling and responded immediately to every request we made.

Very good staff . Desk was very helpful at check in . Room attendant and breakfast staff very attentive. Room was good size with good ac unit . Pool was a welcome relief in the hot and humid weather . Area around was very
inviting and able to catch a super cheap bus to the downtown area .
Ps . Your hotel sign at the front of the building did not turn in at night .
PSs although they advertise as a free shuttle to airport they actually can not enter airport property. Just be honest in advertisement .

Very basic hotel.

I wish I had booked a room at the Fiesta Inn & lofts!! As I stayed there last year. I was pretty disappointed with the overall hotel. Beds, internet, pool, etc.. the breakfast was the most positive part of the stay.

The parking lot is BAD! Vendors clog the entrance; it is used as a short cut for the adjacent street and there is constant fast traffic through it. Location near the beach is great BUT it appears people other than guests are using this parking lot for their beach parking.

The pool at CitiExpress was the first pool we felt ‘safe’ entering on this whole trip (out of 4 pools). The breakfast was great, room was spotless. Everything was excellent.
Only negative aspect was the need to cover the shower drain to block the faint smell of sewer gas with a towel over a plastic bag. This is a common plumbing issue everywhere in MX as the construction methods generally do not enable the use of a ‘P-Trap’. Not anything the hotel staff can fix!

Very helpful staff, clean and comfortable room, good free breakfast, close to beach and a few restaurants, nice view of city or Gulf from upper floors, 24-hour business center with computers/internet/printer. Expedia booking worked without a hitch.

Needs improvement.

Our check in was terrible. Very unfriendly staff. Shower was a trickle almost. Sink always clogged.
No wash cloths.Overall would not stay there again and would not recommend it to no one.sorry but that's the truth, they need improvement in those areas.

Good location if you are on a quick business trip

Probably the best location in Carmen if you are on business. Close to the coast and some restaurants and bars. Very clean room but very small. Check in service was problem free. Breakfast is very basic.

There's nothing terribly wrong with this hotel, but I did expect a lot more form such an expensive stay and a \"respected\" hotel-chain. The room that I was in was tiny and despite being reserved as a room with a queen bed, I was given a full-size mattress. I did complain but according to the staff there was no other option. The mattress was ok, but could definitively be better.

Hotel is next door to Pemex offices, and a plaza with good restaurants, and easy walking access to the beach.
It's location is far from downtown and airport in Carmen, but it's a small island, so nothing is really far.
Hotel is ok, rooms are very small, and continental breakfast is not bad.
Price of hotel is fair,

If you are in CDC for petro-business only, this will probably serve ok. AC was out for 4 hours for \"maintence\" when it was 90+ degrees out. Although in site of the water, not much there other then 3 restraunts

Plain hotel with great location

I stayed for a leisure weekend, even it's not a tourist hotel (or city), it was ok.
Close to the beach, great places to eat next to the hotel.
They also have a small pool good enough for refreshing at least.
Breakfast it's ok, not to impress but makes the early morning before lunch.
This is a business class hotel, no extra comfort, not built for you to spend more than the night time and then be out working

Good location away from bustle of hotels in central area. Not far from everything Cuidad del Carmen has to offer , just not right in the middle of it. Friendly and accommodating staff. No restaurant on location and continental breakfast is a bit sparse. Coffee available in breakfast area 24 hours. Internet wi fi mediocre speed. Restaurants in area with menus in room for delivery. Worked okay for me. Pretty decent business hotel. All non smoking rooms. Will stay again.

Llegué q la 6 pm hice mi registro y dejé mis cosas en la habitación fui a hacer una rutina de gym y fiable regresé y me quise bañar no había agua caliente, el encargado me dijo q no había agua caliente hasta el otro día después de la 1 y resulta que yo hago muc salida a esa hora ósea ni me puedo bañar , y dijo no puedo hacer nada .. pésimo

La primera habitación que me fue asignada olía muy mal y estaba al lado de otra habitación con muy mal aspecto (tenía rota la puerta), la actitud de la recepcionista fue mala, el nuevo cuarto olía raro y no había mucha limpieza, sé que es un hotel de paso pero creo que en esta línea de hoteles siempre se obtiene una mejor experiencia.

Lo que estuvo muy mal es el servicio que ofrecen de traslados aeropuerto hotel aeropuerto. Eso no es cierto. También que estaban incluidos en 5 km a la redonda y tampoco fue cierto. Exijo que me sean reembolsados los traslados que pagué. Gracias

Bueno: Está muy cerca de playa norte donde se encuentran un sin fin de restaurantes y atractivos del malecón costero. Te puedes ir a pie a recorrer todo el lugar, un Oxxo muy cerca, taquerias etc.

Malo: A mi llegada tuve que esperar 1:15 minutos para que me dieran la habitación, y eso discutiendo con la recepcionista del por qué no se me asignaba ya que había pasado más de una hora. Solo así se apuraron a darme la habitación.
La habitación olía muy mal, la limpieza muy bien, pero el olor era muy fuerte, solo encendiendo el clima disminuía un poco. El clima no enfriaba bien, habían momentos que sentía calor.
