Hotel is at very end of the beach so is not a very convenient location however it was blissfully quiet to sleep. Reception and room staff were friendly and efficient. Room was clean although a little dated. Bed was comfortable but mattress felt worn. And bed sheets were a little worn too. Great for a one night stay or for a budget stay.

Beautiful view from the room. Very comfortable accommodations. The restaurant off the hotel lobby was just ok not somewhere I’d go back to. Really a quiet area of town but great walking and taxis were affordable as well.

The room was just fine. Service was mostly fine but there were a few times we called down to the front desk and were immediately put on hold before anyone answered. We assumed they were busy so walked down to the lobby to find out it was empty no one there. When we asked why no one was answering and we were put on hold each time they had no answer at all just looked at us like we are crazy. The other disappointing thing it says and shows a very nice swimming pool area. We checked in and find out its all closed and wont be open the whole week we were there. Lastly there is no workout area as it stated in the amenties. Was not expecting a full gym but maybe just a nice clean outdoor area designated for people that want to exercise. If the front desk service was better and pool open I would give better ratings. The one person there that was great the whole time was Freddy. He did a good job and seemed to care about his work.

We stayed in La Venta Inn for 3 nights in one of the suite rooms. The hotel was very clean and well presented. The room was in a very good condition, and cleaned every night.
We had a fridge in our room which was very helpful.
The included breakfast offering was typical for this type of property in Ciudad Del Carmen, as the hotel is mainly intended for business and workers. Nonetheless, we have stayed in a number of major hotels in the city, and the breakfast here is definitely one of the better ones!
The only minor annoyance was that room keys had to be reset every night, which meant visiting the desk before you return to the room. It was not a problem for us, and we got used to it after the first night.

The location is really good if you want to stay away from commotion and close to the beach. We walked to the beach everyday from this place. The pool is kind of isolated and pool area does not get any sun. WiFi strength was okay. Breakfast included was really good. They even made accommodation for vegetarian request.

I'm not saying this is the Four Seasons or anything...but, this is a wonderful hotel to stay at. It is modern and clean, the staff is fantastic, the location is great,...oh, and I looked out my window to see a bunch of dolphins swimming in the ocean...how cool is that? I don't think you will be disappointed if you stay here. I would recommend this place to all.

Pues lo único que es desesperante es la hora de desocupar la habitación que te hacen esperar para verificar que no te lleves algo o haber dejado manchado toallas o sábanas cuando en realidad pueden dejar ellos mismos sábanas sucias como fue mi caso que la cama no les cambiaron las sábanas porque debajo estaba sucio

La habitación tenía muy hermosa vista al malecon, lo que no estuvimos a gusto fue que no realizan limpieza completa a la habitación, he encontrado el piso con grapas en las últimas 2 visitas (habitación y en esta ocasión en el baño) y en el área del lava manos no pasan ni un trapo, otra vez fue el piso que estaba como pegajoso y es señal de que no pasan ni el trapeador
