Very Tight - Not very clean

Brand new hotel catering to oil field service people. Tiny rooms, dirty showers. Not very convenient to downtown Ciudad del Carmen.

It's a very new hotel, with tiny rooms, although they are OK for a short stay. The rate I had included a breakfast, which I'd define basic. The personnel is reduced at minimum, with consequent long waits for room assignment, check out operations, and also check in (our room was not re-done until 6 o'clock PM). Location is average, on the main street behind the airport and in from of a gas station. Not nice, but nothing is really nice in Ciudad del Carmen...

Hice mi reservación por Expedia dónde decía una cantidad por la habitación $ y al llegar allí el recepcionista me dijo que esa habitación tenía un precio más elevado, por lo que le pregunté que si mi reservación por Expedia no era válido y me dijo que lo iba a consultar luego de un momento de espera volví a preguntar y me dijeron que ya se la habían autorizado, en todo momento el joven que nos atendió estaba como molesto por el precio con el que reserve por Expedia, siento que por ese motivo el trato no fue presisamente el más adecuado que digamos pero lo demás bien la chica que estaba cuando entregamos la habitacion si fue amable.

Según la reservacion no estaba

Reserve a las 7:30 pm y llegue al lugar 9:00 pm y me dijeron que mi reservacion aun no la veian, que tenia que esperar 3 horas, cosa que me molesto mucho.
Creo que es estrategia para que se cancele la reservacion para pagar el precio estándar de la habitación.

Buena atención

No hubo agua caliente para bañarse. El recepcionista y el chico de la entrada que toma la temperatura traían el cubrebocas bajo su nariz. Por lo demas, recibimos buen trato y en cuanto avisamos que nos faltaba una toalla en la habitación nos la dieron. El desayuno incluido estaba muy rico.

Hoteles pónganse las pilas o capaciten empleados

Bueno en gral solo molesto al inicio por que no tenían los datos de mi reservación no se habían generado al tiempo que llegue, que fue a las 8 horas aprox d e haberla hecho y no me querían respetar el precio por que no sabía. Que hacer. Les mostré todos los mail la app los datos y tardaron en aceptarla y venía cansada con dolor de cuerpo y muñeca por una condición personal. Al final aceptaron la reservación antes de que les llegara la información de hoteles. Además en hoteles nunca contestaron la llamada. En general el lugar bien. La foto es de mi vista de la mañana

El personal en la recepción fue muy atentos en el recibimiento, Me informaron del servicio de transportación al aeropuerto así como del horario del desayuno todo incluido en la reservacion.
Pase una noche confortable, en una habitación amplia, limpia, cómoda y climatizada, cuenta con buena señal de WiFi así como televisión de pantalla plana, se localiza en un área segura y a pocos metros del centro comercial PLAZA PALMIRA donde puedes encontrar tiendas comerciales, restaurantes y asta un cinema.

La atención en la recepción mala\n

La atención en el aeropuerto de Ciudad del Carmen para el transporte al hotel muy mala, pues querían cobrar,, cuando en el momento de la reservacion me dijeron que no tenia costo. Al igual el transporte de hotel al aeropuerto el personal (Daniel) se poryo muy grosero y me dijo que no incluía este servicio. Deben de poner mas atención en estos servicios. Gracias!
