If you want to have a peaceful stay, this is not the hotel for you. It is very clean, the staff is very cooperative; but, the noise level is high for my liking. You can hear people walking through the corridors, furniture moving in the room next door. Everytime someone closed a door, it startled us (me and my daughter). For the rate, you can't ask for more.

This hotel is very nice, clean and the staff are all very friendly. We have also stayed in One in Aguascalientes and found the same great service. Breakfast has a good choice of food. May restaurants right outside the hotel. The North beach is 10-15 minute walk. Downtown a littler farther but if you do regular exercise you will be fine.

El vigilante de noche del 311225 un señor con sobre peso calvo , cuidado con ese personal se ve que es una persona peligrosa, no tiene idea de atención al cliente ni tacto para dirigirse con los huéspedes me instruyo de mala manera a que no usara la escalera con tono retador y provocativo mal muy mal, estaba en primer nivel no hay escaleras como alternativa mas qye las escaleras de emergencia entiendo que quizas no se lo correcto pero uan no hay una acceso alterno que no sea elevador dos hay modos para invitar al husped eso creo que ela clave

Área de recepción sin clima desde hace como dos o tres meses (cada mes me hospedo en ese hotel), Incluso la recepción no se usa y habilitaron una pequeña oficina como recepción, la recepcionista muy amable (llegué a las 8 pm) y servicial, la chica de seguridad poco amable, el recepcionista de la madrugada nunca contestó mis llamadas (deje el hotel a las 5 am), en mi habitación (218) había cabello de mujer en greñas en la salida del baño. tengo evidencia en video.
