We were not told that this location had limited maid service only (offered only every 3 days). It was only upon asking on our 2nd night when we realized our room had not been given extra towels that we realized was not \"changed over\". When we did ask for extra towels or extra body wash, it was like asking for GOLD. She didn't have any additional face towels and no additional body wash. There was never any breakfast offered. Heaven forbid you ask for extra coffee for your room each day. As you can imagine, no coffee in the morning is no good. The hotel is outdated and needs an renovation very much. As soon as you pull up to the entrance, the ceiling is completely damaged. Lighting throughout the hotel needs an update. There is inadequate storage space for clothing, no doors on closet, the ice machine doesn't work on the 3rd floor so you have to go down to the 1st floor and down the hall) and no channel listing for the TV. I wanted to like this hotel a lot more but it's very difficult to do.

Pulled up to an empty parking lot. The canopy over the entrance had holes in the roof/falling apart. Curtains in the rooms were dingy. The lobby was dark and appeared that maybe they were remodeling however there were no construction workers during the week day when we pulled in, or any signs stating they were under construction. I asked to cancel our reservation and left.

After driving 9 and 1/2 hours finally arriving at our hotel we see the roof you pass under in the parking lot looks like it's falling apart but I understand construction happened so that's fine I guess. But then we walk inside. Wait for the employee at the front desk to come in just to find out that the room we reserved plenty of time prior to our stay was not available anymore. So instead of having two beds like we requested, we had one room with one bed which is fine. We didn't plan on spending too much time at the hotel in the beginning. Just a place to sleep is all we needed. We get into our room and for some reason the bedside table lamp has the cover upside down. For some reason the headboard in the bag is cracked all over and little couch in the corner was stained And not a small stain. It was a pretty big stain right in the center of the seat. Getting towels was difficult. It seemed like they were always missing and the air vent in the bathroom did not work. So when you take a shower the whole bathroom starts filling up with steam. Obviously the roof starts getting wet from the humidity from the shower. My father who was staying in the room with me even fell in the tub. The staff was kind but that can only get you so far and then to get to any restaurants nearby, you'd have to hop on the highway Just to get a quick bite overall, not the best experience

The room experience was terrible
Breakfast was not available but mentioned as included during booking! Plug points were not working.
Most importantly the main door was not locking and the staff mentioned they dont have anyone to fix it and have to wait till the next morning which was ridiculous and safety concern! I asked for a full refund which is yet to be processed

Seemingly clean room. Surface areas just a little grungy. Bathroom was suffering from water damage and the tub wouldn’t drain properly. We were there for two nights and didn’t have any housekeeping services over the weekend. The continental breakfast was a lunch bag containing a muffin, a granola bar, and a yogurt with no spoon kept in the refrigerator. Definitely a get what you get vibe. I would not stay there again.

We stayed at this property for one night and reserved two rooms. Unfortunately, one of the rooms we were given had not been cleaned at all. There were no pillowcases on the bed, the pillows were left on the floor, and the curtains were wide open as if the room had just been vacated. There was trash still in the trash can, and the bathroom had clearly been used multiple times and not serviced.

To make matters worse, we were told at check-in that a bagged breakfast would be provided the next morning. However, when we followed up, the hostess stated that there was nothing being given out. This was very misleading and felt like false advertising.

Overall, this experience was extremely disappointing. Cleanliness and honest communication are basic expectations when staying at a hotel, and unfortunately, neither was met.

It was painfully obvious this place has been L O N G neglected. Only 1 ice machine was working, a sign on the elevator advised that there would be no water from 10:00 am-noon, the portico had a huge hole in the roof,
the outside door by the only operating ice machine had plastic taped over it and air blowing through (so it was obviously unsecured). We advised the young woman at the front desk that we had spotted a sketchy looking young man out by the dumpsters when we arrived, and later, after returning at night after dinner, he was still out there. I didn’t see any evidence of security staff and we worried that she was left alone.
Piles of dirty sheets in the hallway were still there when we checked out.
That being said, the room itself was clean, and we left a tip for the housekeeper.
The hotel itself is in a very odd location, accessed by a long drive through an industrial park, and the driveway full of potholes. I was advised it had been a former Sheraton, but purchased by Wyndham 10 years ago.

The first room we were in the toilet wasn’t working properly so we had to get another room the next day because there was no maintenance personnel working at that time.
The next day our tub drain stopper was broke.

The tv channel would only change channels going forward and not reverse. Also vent in restroom was loud, vent motor can be be heard through out the day and night. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Look the reviews about the doors not closing is because the handles are not installed correctly, regardless it’s a cheap hotel that’s 10 minutes from the airport… the room was clean. The lights and plugins don’t all work, but the bed and air conditioner work. It’s not somewhere to brag about staying. It’s a heck of a lot better than waking up at 5 am to drive 2 hours for an early flight. I will use it again. Gym had dumbbells up to like 45 or 50 that’s a plus, and the parking was free. You get what you pay for

Hi, I chose this hotel because of the location and due to the assumed and advertised amenities, and expectation for good customer service. Firstly, I was made aware a week into my visit that the facility was coming under new management, so the kitchen wouldn't have hot food.

As a poor result, sometimes, they provided eatable bagels and muffins that weren't hard/old. SOMETIMES!

Somedays, there was cereal with no milk, bagels with no butter or cream cheese, microwavable oatmeal without a conveniently located microwave, in the eating area.

Some days, no one turned on the juice machine and then during the last week they removed the food options and offered bagged premade snacks.

All of the front desk staff, EXCEPT A FULLER SIZED, DARKER SKINNED, AFRICAN AMERICAN WOMAN, was rude and often didn't greet or speak or would roll eyes if you asked for or about something. I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL, and I will post my review on multiple platforms because I feel duped and robbed. My room had no refrigerator, etc, and the lights were out in the hallway at my door and I couldn't see who knocked, even though I was told it would be fixed, but it wasn't after 3 weeks of stay. The only reason I stayed is because of the location.
I am hurt and feel that I should be comped or refunded something for false advertisement and bad customer service. It wasn't until after 1 week or so, when they posted a sign in the eating area saying it was closed for hot meals. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!

The whole place was pretty run down and out dated. The rooms where clean but some of the itwms in the room where broken or didnt work. We were looking forward to eating at the restaurant only to find out its shut down. Also looked forward to the continental breakfast the next day only to find there was no hot food, the cereal had no milk, and there was just a selcet few things to even eat. It felt like we went to a run down motel instead of a prestigious place like a Wyndham hotel. Would have been better off to go to a motel 6. W9uld love to get my money back!

I really enjoyed this place. I am not sure where these other people stayed because I only experienced good things. It was quiet (only heard a few airplanes plus not too many people staying here). They called me to make sure I was coming as I was running late, and everyone was super friendly. They did have several parts of the hotel closed off such as the restaurant due to no staff. They do have very few staff members as this is the off season but despite areas being closed, everything was clean. The breakfast was a bit lackluster, but if they don't have many customers, I don't know what you expect. This place is close to several places: Dunkin, McDonalds, Cracker Barrell.. plenty of places for breakfast. I would stay here again and recommend. It fit my needs and was $293 for 4 nights!

You definitely get what you pay for. I was trying to find the cheapest option since I’ve never been in the area and was only staying for a short amount of time. There wasn’t any large issues, but you definitely get what you pay for. Cleanliness wasn’t the best since I saw stains and dust, toilet you had to flush multiple times in order for it to go all the way down, bathtub was extremely slippery and didn’t have a bath mat to help stabilize yourself, and TV didn’t work for me at all

It was terrible. Our toilet wouldn’t flush, there was a leak from the ceiling that flooded the hall. The front desk staff is not there 24hrs as advertised. The restaurant is closed as well and not as advertised. The plumbing problems here are ridiculous and the photos look nothing like the property in person. Hotel is in a commercial area; nothing around. Driving up to the property it looks run down. Room wasn’t ready at check in time. When we did get the keys to our room 45min later our keys did not work and they had one person working who did not know what they were doing. Average at best for food. The staff was a bunch of kids who had no training in customer service. We asked for towels to meet the needs of 4 people, and never got any. When we asked for $ to be taken off the bill, they said they had no control over the room service and referred us to a nameless manager, of whom they wouldn’t give the name.

We booked the room for 2 nights. Upon checking-in we were given a dirty room. It wasn't clean. Trash was still there the towels were all other the place. We were given another room on the 2nd floor. The A/C unit wasn't working. The next morning we left early and upon our return that evening our key wasn't working. I went to the front desk to give me another key, the lady gave me a new key. Upon my return to my room other guests items/luggage were in the room. We had to leave and get another Hotel. We weren't about to stay there because other guests items were already there. They had no other rooms available. We left and had to get another room at another Hotel. We had a very bad experience with this Hotel. Other guests were in the lobby with different complaints, not hot water, toilet over flowing, their keys didn't work to got back into their rooms, etc.

The staff members that I dealt with for very nice and helpful. But, parking area was dirty, needs repaving. Front desk area was unimpressive. Elevators were old, stopped working once. Room was renovated, but TV remote did not work and the phones in the room did not work. I was told they were rewiring phone lines but only after I called on my cell to let them know that the phones didn’t work. No alarm clock. There’s no hotel shuttle service to the airport. Overall, I would not recommend staying there.

When I arrived in my room, there was a big blood looking stain on the bottom mattress. I was relocated to another room that had two double beds instead of the king I had on the original room. The hallways needed painting. The roof over the entrance had a huge hole in it. Wyndham hotels are know for high standards but this one did not depict that.

This was just a horrible experience. Our room was not cleaned one time in our 3 day stay. I was heading out to a funeral mass on the 2nd day and stopped at the front desk to ask for clean towels (we had to use the first set of towels to cover the dirty floor in the room) and tell them that the room had not been cleaned yet. The manager told me he would have clean towels dropped off in the room while I was gone. We got back that night and no clean towels The floor in the room was beyond filthy. You could not walk around in the room without your shoes on.
Just don't do it -- forget about this one!

The bathroom door was broken and didn’t close. The toilet seat was broken. The tub had weird stuff at the bottom of it. The floors were warped and grimy. The curtain was missing the whole left side of it so when you stood outside you could see directly into the room. There was multiple missing lightbulbs. The only light in the bathroom was on the mirror. The bathroom is so small that you couldn’t stand in front of the sink because the toilet seat is there.

No Bang for your buck,

Staff was excellent, stayed 5 days, housekeeping not once came to the room, made the beds, took out trash, put clean towels in. Evan small things like coffee, cream and sugar never refilled. Asked the housekeeper on the floor and she stated, and I quote\" NO SPEAK ENGLISH\"! Room had no toilet paper, lights did not work, and the TV was so dark when on, might as well not have it on. This was the worst check in that I've ever experienced. When we arrived and finally secured a room, we walked into a room that was not cleaned. It was apparent as the bed was not made and towels were still on the floor. We chalked it up as an accident. We finally got a new room on the 3rd floor. After a 3 hour drive, we just placed our bags down and grabbed dinner. When we got back to shower, there wasn't ONE towel in the room! Not a wash cloth, hand towel or bath towel! My husband went to the front desk and waited and waited....well after about 20 minutes another guest told us that ALL THE STAFF LEFT!! People were trying to check in, ask for various services, it was a madhouse! Someone called the police because there was no one in the whole hotel to help us! (Pictures attached). Another guest told us where to get towels and we just went in the laundry room to get them ourselves.I've never been in a hotel where there was no staff! It was extremely dangerous and placed guests in a compromising situation where we basically had to fend for ourselves! And that fact that the police had to arrive to assist us. Apparently this has happened before! Shame on Wyndham for this action. This is supposed to be a reputable hotel chain. I will be requesting a refund. This was a horrible, dangerous environment for guests.

We came in and waited forever in line to check in. They only had one person working the entire hotel( per the girl at the front desk) the man in front of us kept coming back saying his keys would not work. Turns out they gave him someone else’s room and walked in on them when checking the key! This didn’t make us feel at all confident. The room was unappealing when we went in none of the lights worked. Turns out everything was unplugged and we had to go around plugging everything in. No TV Remote. TV kept going in and out. No one at the service desk for over an hour when we went to go get drinks and ask for stuff. Smoke alarm with low battery beeping outside our room. Overall an unpleasant experience.

Exterior doesn’t match the interior

Honestly, the outside of the hotel was a little sketchy. The road coming in was very poorly maintained, and the exterior of the building was clear need of repairs, had a pool in the back that had clearly been closed down for years. But the things that mattered to me were affordability, cleanliness, and comfort, and this hotel was perfect for what I was looking for the. The room was very clean, the king bed in our room very comfortable. There was a yummy breakfast available to us when we were departing in the morning. The hotel was pretty clean and was very nicely remodeled inside exterior just needs a facelift, but For the price you can’t beat it.

My stay was pretty good! Honestly I wasn’t ready to leave! My stay was good overall. The staff was good. The room was clean and tidy. The only thing that I didn’t like was that the hotel was slightly off the beaten path. Will definitely stay there again.
