This place was beyond disgusting. There was hair, blood, and feces on the wall of the bathroom. Underneath the bed there were probably years of filth and crumbs. The place also smelled so bad in the hallway, lobby, and room. It was atrocious.

This day was good. The room are updated however, I would suggest changing the mattress in the room that I was in. And couldn’t find the vending machine for the height, but overall it was OK. The people were really nice in the front. It was clean. The only other thing was that the bathroom was really tiny so if they do any future updates that may be something they want to update.

I believe this Red Roof location has become a place for long term tenants because the first floor rooms are very small compared to the second floor rooms, which I never seem to be permitted to select.

Also the property is very dilapidated including the rooms. The sink fixtures and bathroom were either damaged or inoperable.

The cost of these rooms should be no more than $50 a night.

Room was clean, check in was good. No outlets that had outlets for a phone charger. Had to go buy an adapter to plug my cord in. Shampoo was opened and half full. Had to ask for a blow dryer, there was not one in the room. Very disappointed in the smell of the hotel.

I have now stayed at this location on 3 occasions. Twice reserved through Hotels.com and once through their website. There appear to be 3 different levels of room which will then include greater amenities all at different price points. That being said tho, the prices are extremely reasonable for its location. Anyway...
This occasion was over the Thanksgiving holiday, so I will do my best to be forgiving of a business at such a trying time of the year. BUT, there are some real issues here...
So, walking in, it was discovered that the room was extremely cold. Not unusual for hotels to do that to cut costs. What IS unusual is for the heating unit to be mostly unplugged, therefore unable to power on. When I go to push the plug in, I discover that the receptacle at the wall, just pushes right through. This makes it impossible for the plug to seat completely inside. Therefore part of the plug is actually exposed while power runs through it. The wall in that corner showed water damage. Rotted out? Your guess is as good as mine dear reader...
We move onto the desk, it seems like a faded spot where a wet something was laid for too long and changed the color. Can't really blame the hotel on that one tho. The dead/mummified stink bug at the top of it was a bit creepy. But it gets worse... trust me. The bathroom looked pretty good cleanliness with the exception of the hair dryer which was either partly melted, or had cheeto chip dust on it... Regardless my curiosity of it stopped there.

The room was gross . There were stains on the skirt around the bed . Stains all over the shower curtain . Walls that had been repaired not painted . Sink was cracked . You can clearly tell the spot clean . Cheap flimsy pillows and only 2 per bed . Shower had mold and looked like it never has had a good cleaning . No refrigerator or microwave. We’ll never stay here or another red roof in plus again

Not a bad property just beeds some love. Room was \"clean\" for the most part. Towels severly stainedn safety latch broke and fell off during our stay, bathroom walls have mold behind door, microwave is a disaster waiting to happen as it has holes on the interior and is burnt. Terrible establishment, stained sheets, room smelled like a public pool. Trash stuffed into peep hole which made me wonder how clean room really was. Surrounding property was over run with sketchy individuals appearing to be leaving there or renting by the hour. Literally was in room long enough to see mess and leave. Front desk told us we could not have refund because we had been checked in for 30 minutes even though by the time I received my room key, found the entrance to the stairwell and found the room, had to walk back to the front desk to get keys reprogrammed, then back to the room and carry in bags. We never even sat our stuff down. I’ve stayed in some sketchy places but this one definitely was way more than I was willing to deal with. At the time of writing this we still have not been contacted by the manager like we was told we would be.

Associates are hard to understand the English was almost nonexistent. Tried to get clean towels gave up went and bought some. Bathroom was dirty there was cobwebs behind door with trash stuck in it. A disappointing experience
While the hotel felt safe, cleanliness and room amenities were lacking. We paid for a room with a refrigerator but were given one without a fridge or microwave. Starting from 8 AM, our door was knocked on three separate times asking if we were checking out, which seriously disrupted our rest. Additionally, when I repeated my question because the receptionist didn’t understand me, she hung up the phone on me. This was very unprofessional. Unfortunately, we would not choose to stay here again.

Our room was dirty, the ceiling looked like it was going to collapse, there were cobwebs all over & stains on the walls from lack of cleaning. It stunk like smoke or was musty. Our bed was terrible with 4 flat pillows. The bathroom was tiny & the pipes or something was hissing if you tried to take a hot shower. There was glass & garbage in the parking lot. We won't return & wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone.

Drove 6 hours. We check in and there is a couple getting drunk right outside the lobby. We go to our room and a “lady of the night” was working our hallway. We return to lobby and I ask manager to speak privately so as not to embarrass him in front of other customers. I was assured I would receive refund in 3-5 business days on credit card since we refused to stay. It’s been over a month and now they are refusing to refund my multi-day stay…so yeah never again with this brand

Don't waste your money.

I had 2 days reserved. The room was clean, however the beds were horrid. One king size bed had a collapsed side. The springs were totally shot and un-useable to the base of the mattress, like a huge pit in the center left side. The TV shut itself off every 15 minutes, and the remote had issues as well. I finally gave up, slept only 4 hours on the lumpy bed, and requested a new room the next day. I checked out, was told to call at 11am to see if any rooms were available, and then had to wait until 3pm to check in. When I did, that bed's mattress was a worn out disgrace. I sat on the bed and my butt touched bottom, and I could feel the wood on the frame below. There was a round cigarette burn hole in the wrinkeled comforter (I don't smoke), and easily visible stains on the sheets. I spent the night at my sister's house on her sofa, and went back to the hotel the next day to shower and check out. I did not sleep in the bed at all. The hotel is old and they did not update their bed. When you rent beds for a living, you should provide decent mattresses, and update an old worn out mattress, and toss linens with stains and holes. Seriously, the two rooms they gave me are bad need of new standard mattresses, and a total waste of my money. I did not request a refund because I had used the room. I realize it is not a Hilton Hotel, but at the very least you want to rent a clean room, a room with a decent bed, a tv, and just get a night's sleep. This failed on the very basic level.

There was a lot of your typical cheap hotel stuff that I'm fine with like the poorly fixed drywall from past leak, the caulking work done by stevie wonder etc, but the \"premium\" laminate flooring hasn't been cleaned in while so white socks become gray by the time you make it to the bathroom (so we never put clothes on the floor and kept our shoes on), and the stained sheets were both reasons the wife has black listed this location. Theres lot of good food options nearby, the price is cheap, and the hvac unit in our room was pretty new and worked well, so probably a pretty valid option for a single guy but a little rough to take your wife here in our experience.
